This place is super clean and cute! It redefines the idea of a roadside inn in a small town. The suite we have is nothing short of amazing. It has new, mid-century modern furnishings. We have to full living room, two baths, a kitchenette, and two full beds. The parking lot was recently paved with pavers and there’s a dog on property that is super friendly and sweet. The outdoor patio area had cute lights, seating, and a bbq. There’s a hotel property next door that I hope they rehab and include in their current set of rooms. You cannot beat the price especially for how amazing the property looks. We are blown away at the accommodations and will stay here anytime we want to enjoy southern AZ and the surrounding wineries.

Rooms are clean and the beds and towels are soft. The rooms do not have that "hotel" room smell. Greg is flexible and accommodating. We stay here every time we come to Willcox Wine Country.

Great price. Even greater room! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bed is comfy and bathroom was a pleasant surprise with the modern updates.

We stayed here with a wedding party. This hotel was WONDERFUL! The patio area was the perfect place to unwind after the afternoon wedding, next time we will bring some meat to throw on the grill! The rooms were very clean, everything has been remodeled so it is very nice. The last room on the top floor was the PERFECT bridal suite, since it had 2 bathrooms, a livingroom with large couch and even a kitchen! Everyone felt very comfortable and at home here. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch — at this price point, you expect much less. We would highly reccomend this place to any groups — tour the wineries in the day, enjoy a BBQ with friends on the patio in the evening. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Excellent 2 night stay. Room was clean, A/C was quiet for once! Bed was comfortable. Finally a hotel with decent water pressure in the shower.! Excellent rates.! Free continental breakfast was typical. Looks like place was recently re-done. Accomodating staff. Highly recommend.

If you plan on going to the Chirachuas this a perfect place to stay the night. Greg, at the front desk, is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels in my time & this one is by far one of the best. So clean & comfortable. The decor is beautiful! And the price unbeatable! Wilcox is better for it! If you find yourself here, this has to be your choice. You'll be greatful you did!

This place is a hidden gem. It’s been completely renovated. A slice of Americana due to its location and architecture. Drive the extra half mile and stay in a clean comfortable room for a great price.

Very nice room, on the main road off the highway. Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and amenities of the room. We showed up late and got checked in quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Will defiantly recommend to anyone.

We stayed here based on a reference from a young lady that we Adore, that formally worked at the days inn, where we had always stayed, after some very nasty issues at the days inn, we ran into this young and she suggested the sunset inn. We could not be happier! what a beautiful place and yhe staff is awesome! we will definitely make this our new resting spot!

Started staying here when they first reopened for work. Greg and his chocolate lab are always about and greeting folks with a smile. This trip my wife came and was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. Great quiet place away from the freeway. Always clean and fresh rooms. Tile floors are great and reassure you rooms are clean.

Stayed one night. Very clean room and bathroom. Seemed recently refurbished. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hairdryer in room. Beds were great. We all slept well. Continental breakfast included bagels, muffins, doughnuts, bananas, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, tea as options — we couldn't complain. Could hear clunking around from upstairs guests at different times during our stay. People who worked here were welcoming, efficient, and courteous. I'd return.

We just stayed at the AZ Sunset in for two days as a base to see the Sand Hill Cranes that fly in the area for about four months a year. The room was perfect and seemed recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable — we slept well — and the bathroom spotless. The Inn is well cared for and the hosts are welcoming people. I have stayed there before, but it was even better this time. Highly recommended…

Very clean and modern rooms with very comfortable beds, coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves. A very adequate breakfast in the lobby includes fresh fruit, juice, cereal and pastries. Have stayed here 20 + times over the course of two years. Pet friendly, quiet and convenient location with great hosts!

When the gentleman at the front desk told me the price was 60 per night I was not expecting much. The room was VERY nice. I would highly recommend this location.

We are doing a bike trip around Phoenix, and this is one of the best motel on the circuit. Value wise, may be the best. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Originally checked into days inn hotel a couple blocks away from here, and it was just Absolutley uncomfortable and dingy, dirty feeling. We came here and looked at their rooms and they were SO much better! New modern day furniture. The beds are more comfortable than our own at home! Fresh linen! Flat screen wish DISH! Amazing bathroom set up! Just amazing service provided by the manager and her adorable sidekick dog! This stay has been amazing for me and my two cousins! Thank God we got to cancel the other place and stay here instead! I definitely recommend coming here! Very friendly here! God bless everyone!

Greg was polite, the rooms were clean with nice soft sheets and comforters. The floors in our room were a beautiful wood. Breakfast was a great selection of doughnuts, rolls, cereals and yogurt. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and charm.

I stay at the Arizona Sunset Inn quiet often. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and I can always expect a great nights rest. Greg and Stacey are wonderful people and you always feel at home and a part of their extended family.

Great price for a quality room. The only issue I had was a lack of outlets to charge my devices and an abnormally small toilet. I have paid more for less though.

Great place with great prices and clean! Bed was comfy, even though the pillows were a little too soft. I wish they had a swimming pool, but not a big deal. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! With it being a bit off the highway, there was minimal noise, even from the train tracks next door (the train doesn't sound its horn through town). The room was clean, cool, and efficiently lighted. I especially appreciated the ample storage room, the (laminate? ) wood floors, and the comfortable beds with soft blankets and fluffy pillows.

This is the best motel in Wilcox! Quiet and away from the highway traffic and noise. Friendly front desk, dog named Macy welcomed us at office! Will take cash payment and deposit which was a big plus. Clean, very comfortable updated and new beds and bedding, mini fridge/microwave, flat screen, armoire, tile floors. Overall comfort for the price. Continental breakfast was awesome — more than most!

Beautiful, very clean, comfy beds. It feels like home away from home. We usually stay at Hampton Inn but this place is much nicer. Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Cozy, clean and comfortable.

Awesome place! Bed was crazy soft and cumfortable. Linen was soft as well. Bathroom was very impressive. Based off the look of the town itself and outside appearances you would never know! Total diamond in the rough… Fabulous hotel!

Lovely small motel — friendly helpful owner, clean nice, spacious rooms. Convenient to nearby National Monument — where we went for long walks in the woods. We took a food and water with us and spent most of the day in the hills on trails. The town of Wilcox is full of friendly restaurants — some really excellent.

Hi this hotel is awesome friendly owners very clean rooms and everything is new renovated. I would stay here again. 1A + new beds + outside area where you can sit and enjoy the weather.

Greg & Stacy are always so welcoming and go above and beyond for their guests. They deliver that small town bed and breakfast atmosphere that so many places have lost. They take pride in their Hotel and it shows in every aspect. I would recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Can't say enough positive things about this motel. Clean, comfortable, super staff/owners, affordable. About the only way you could get a better place to stay is to spend hundred (s) of dollars on an upscale hotel and I don't have that kind of money. I would rather stay at a place like this anyway. Will absolutely stay here again if in the area. My wife and I were on our 30th anniversary trip and had stayed in five different motels over seven days. This one out shined them all by a long shot!

My husband and I stayed jan 21-24, 2016. We have decided to wander around and see arizona. This hotel is just redone completely over. The rooms are very quiet, the bathroom is fresh and new. The small breakfast was very fresh and coffee good. We paid $203.00 for three nights! The beds were great, the town is a little sleepy but there are eight wineries to go visit, very nice people at them all! We took a day trip to bisbee, lots of fun. We had a great amazing relaxing time. Loved the hotel and the owners! Don't miss this one!

Was very pleasantly surprised by this place! Pet friendly (with $10 fee) and very reasonable rate for room with two beds ($50). The room was newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Good continental breakfast, and walking distance from local restaurants. If I'm ever driving through Wilcox again, this will definitely be my stopover.

Greg and Stacy made a our stay an awesome experience. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Loved the newly remodeled rooms. We even enjoyed Macey the bellhop dog, she is so friendly and polite. The Arizona Sunset Inn is now our go to place on our motorcycle. The room rates are not only affordable but the best value we have found in our travels. Looking forward to our next trip and we're bringing friends with us.
