However: DO NOT expect the same level of satisfaction if you are tempted to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pecos, TX! Run! Sleep in your car on the side of the road! Do NOT stop anywhere in Pecos, TX if you can avoid it. You may not smell it, but this place stinks!

Great place to stay. I've been to a lot of overnight stays and this place had the best room and food. Very nice staff. Very clean. Softest bed and towels.

Bed and pillows very nice. Pool was closed. Been nice to soak up some Rays. Didn't have to swim. Needed the break.

Stayed here overnight on a work trip. People have been friendly, clean areas, and well maintained room. They have a pool and it was mostly clean and refreshing. It's close to some fast food and a newly opened steakhouse, which I recommend. Good place to stay.

I am totally enjoying these amazing new beds! All the staff is so very helpful and friendly! The rooms are super clean! And EVERYONE enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Almost forgot to mention how much my little cousin Clay enjoyed the pool!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was a pleasure to speak with the night staff desk clerk. She was very warm and inviting, informative and caring. This hotel was clean. My hotel room was clean as well as having all the amenities in their correct location within the room. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and the view was just fine.

10 years ago this place was probably great I have preferred Holiday Inn Express since they were new and now it seems like they are aging and declining. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk were very nice and pleasant and professional and fun to deal with. However this location is in need of some maintenance the switch was broken on my light the tub stopper was a faulty broken so that you had to fiddle with it to get the bath tub to drain the chairs were stained and the sheets didn't look like they've been put on fresh or at least they weren't stretched tight it look like somebody had been laying on them the waffle print of the mattress was contoured to the sheets it was kind of weird and gross. And I had no shampoo there was conditioner lotion and body wash. Yes I know I could have called downstairs to get shampoo and I could have been moved to another room but at the end of a long day all you want to do is get some rest get up and go again. Hopefully Holiday Inn will pay attention to Google social media and not just fix the problems mentioned in the room but doing overall maintenance verification check. Oh yeah and the light bulbs in the lamps sucks the compact fluorescents are dim gloomy and ugly looking. Either go back to incandescent or upgrade to LED Costco has them for a dollar a piece.

If you want your room cleaned don't go here in March. Was there March 20 2018 for two night with hiking group. 75% of hiking group rooms were not cleaned by 4:30 p. M. Although we left the hotel at 6:30 a. M. Another person had the same problem two weeks prior. Talked with management and they called it March Madness with many excuses instead of taking responsibility. Management how about hiring a couple extra people during March and paying them a little more.

Very clean and neat for an isolated town, but twice I came out of my bathroom in the middle of the night and my door was propped open like someone had came in butt didn't want the door to slam on the way out. Really weird and creepy.

The only reason I'm docking one star is cuz this is one of the few Holiday Inns that doesn't put cookies out for the guests. I'm petty like that.

Very decent hotel with great breakfast. However I think 2 people working on the breakfast would be much better, as one person wasn't enough to compensate for the demand. Really cool pancake machine.

Easily the best basic hotel experience I've had in a while. Front Desk was courteous, even at 11pm. Breakfast buffet was thorough and very well kept by the workers. Don't expect anything too crazy, the rooms were standard, nothing special.

We always stay at Holiday Inns Across the Nation. We are especially glad to have the Holiday Inn at our hometown, Willcox, so that when we return we have a great place to stay that is convenient. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly, and it's definitely the nicest hotel in town. One of the greatest features for us is that at they allow pets. That's getting harder and harder to find as you travel. We stay here several times a year and my husband stays off and on when he's there on business. I want to compliment the lady in the breakfast room. She is always very polite, right on top of things, and it is a real joy to have somebody so pleasant taking care of that. That's not always the case and the other Holiday Inns.

Adequate, but a bit tired compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses. I am attaching a photo of the floor of the elevator. Our bathroom floor tile & walls were similar, just a bit worn around the edges. Good breakfast. Friendly staff throughout. This is what we have come to expect at HIE.

Clean room, close to the Highway, great staff, I had questions about town and Brenda the Manager gave me good directions and pointed me to a couple things I didnt know. Rex Allen and Marty Robbins from this town. Most enjoyable and a gem between Texas and California. Highly recommend.

The rates were amazingly reasonable for a Holiday Inn express hotel. Hotel staff seemed extremely friendly and helpful. There is great truck and RV parking all around the hotel but pretty sure that hotel doesn't own the property. Right off inner state 10 in across the street from the truck stop.

Real clean and comfortable. 4 stars Because the A\C was not on. So the room was hot. But once on the room cooled off nicely. Love the 4 pillows per bed. Staff is super friendly too. Sorry no pictures. But the room has everything you need.

It is a pretty place to stay when your on the road and need a place to stay at. Such nice and clean rooms. Very affordable and it does worth the price. I recommend this place to all people. We will definitely stay here again.

On top of not getting the handicap room on the first floor all of the ice machines are down!

Really nice large clean rooms. Good breakfast come with the stay. Not the normal Continental breakfast. Bisquits, grays, frittatas, etc. Good pool area too.

Best place to stay in Wilcox. If you're a racer and coming into town for an event there. The Holiday Inn express offers a Inde Motorsports Ranch preferred rate — Just ask for the Inde rate when booking a room. Clean and modern rooms — Great Breakfast — Excellent selection of TV channels. Close to Inde MSR @ 11.7 miles away. aw.

The first room we got had a couple of wet spots on the carpet (probably from cleaning). But the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us to a better room at no charge.

Right off the freeway this hotel has Great service! accommodating to our needs lots of good channels name brand shampoos and conditioner clean beds stocked up on toilitries 3-option shower head. Great Wi-Fi connection. Good breakfast just food is spread out across the room and there are 2 cream cheese flavors so read before you eat. Also simple checkout.

Room was nice. Someone above us was loud like heavy stomping for 2hrs. Called the desk and was taken care. Friendly staff. Water pressure for the shower was not good.

I ordered pizza using the phone in the room. I got charged $5 for long distance. Room had a rhythmic hum that kept me up all night. Shower had no pressure whatsoever. I wanted to address these issues with the staff, but arrived late and left very early in the morning. My previous experience in this hotel was very nice, staff seems nice even with my very brief interactions. They are very good to inde racers ;)

Great place to spend the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It has an easy access to the highway to be on your way. I paid $111.00 with tax include. Not bad for a good nights rest.

Walked in late, only have suites available. Got a king bed for $114. Was happy to settle down, a bit pricey maybe but room was nice and very clean. My second trip from NH to Cali and I've had rooms for less but some were pretty nasty. Taking a liking to Holiday Inn Express. Always know what I'll get. Nosho Gilli.

This is the nicest, most comfortable hotel in Willcox. If you are familiar with the brand, you will find everything you expect. For those with oversize vehicles, this hotel has one of the biggest truck parking lots I've ever seen. While it is right across the street from a TA with three different eateries, there isn't much else within walking distance, and that's why I held back a star.

Very clean place. I was a walk in. Always ask for a deal she offered 90 per night ' I told her I have aaa and asked for the best offer. 79.00 so I checked the room. Perfect place.

Front desk employee Jamie was very rude and nasty, hotel is under construction not mentioned when I made my reservation. I'm very disappointed.

Have reservations get to the motel everything under construction no elevator for the third floor on the end she was going to put us on only stairs she did not mention this that the motel was under construction and no elevator use that's hard for handicap person to do the stairs when I can't no other rooms were available only non smoking and we are smokers so that left us out to stay the night there bad attitude when I call back and told her that she needed to tell the customers that they have no elevator use I told her I will be calling in the morning to speak with a manager.

Great place to stop along I-10. SAFE and quiet with parking for big trucks. Fast Wi-Fi. Great value with a discount for CDL drivers.

Hotel is ok. Not the best express in have stayed at. The town is nothing.
