Property was easy to locate, staff was friendly and ready to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Great room, were had a king deluxe on the 2nd floor. Nice view of the grassy area and lots of space in the room. Had drinks and dinner at Red's and it was great (except for the bread sticks, they were either stale or over cooked).

It’s absolutely beautiful & the scenery is spectacular.

The best place in the U. S. To eat! hands down!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The decor was very cool and the view was pretty good for the location. My wife and I had a fantastic time. We definitely recommend this destination hotel in Sedona.

Very nice hotel, we were lucky enough to be there for a meteor shower, and they had a great presentation from an expert. Was not as clean as I would expect for the price we paid. Was a super location, and tremendously setup to be a great spot, but just didn't produce like I might expect. Still a good place to stay.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel. Tonight has been our first stay here. We had dinner at the Redd, the food was AMAZING! everyone we have come across with are extremely welcoming and friendly. The room / restroom we have are clean and very well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. When we walked into the lobby we were welcomed by the front staff. Very professional and very friendly. The the roof top view is very pretty ♡

Excellent! Customer service really shows here. Room was appropriately designed and up to trend. Large bathroom with double vanity but no bathroom lock. Chocolate bars on each bed pillow. Liked the fire pits at night along with the hot tub. We will be back next trip thru town.

Great expirience. Clean and large room. Great A/C. Friendly staff, very nice property. Pool with food and cocktail service. Beautiful scenery. Didn't go into the restaurant, but the poolside food was decent.

I wish somebody would have posted don't stay here and don't waste your money. I love a good quality hotel this is not it you walk into room and the sheets smell horribly a bleach. We left the 7:00 a. M. Because of it. So you spend a couple $100 for the room then you check in and they charge you another $28 for water. Then they add another $100 just in case you want to spend money in the bar. The front desk as others have said there's not no customer service. And example is we did come early they ask for a phone number to call us when the room was redy 2 and a 1/2 hours later at 4:37 p. M. We walked up to the front desk and ask my nobody called as and they said they were too busy. When we asked in the morning why nobody call das in the issues we had with the sheets of my we're leaving early basically it was who really cares so if you're night staff and your day staff doesn't really care what kind of quality hotel do you have I agree Sedona is beautiful but there so many other hotels to stay the Hyatt looked awesome I should I went to my 1st instinct and went there don't go here just trust me don't go.

I used to cheer for the Arizona Cardinals, and we stayed at Sedona Rouge during our time doing events up north. It has become even more beautiful since then with the renovations and accommodations. My husband and I absolutely LOVE staying at Sedona Rouge. The location is fantastic, the staff is incredibly helpful — above and beyond, and we feel relaxed in luxury. The master suite we've stayed in has a HUGE space with a kitchenette, area to dine and lounge, and the bedroom is massive with gorgeous artwork, fire places, and a spa-like bathroom. The waterfall shower and the bath tub are amazing! Plus, the rustic chic design is so warm and inviting. We can't wait to go back!

Sedona is a city worth staying at least three days, and this hotel Sedona Rouge is the hotel I found in Expedia, room type Premier rooms, 1 King Bed two nights 776.46 In addition to the dollar and the Resort fee, although I think the price is reasonable, but the first night when I found that I am close to the engine room, can not sleep quietly at night, to the counter to express, they just perfunctory said will find someone to check, request to change the room and say full order! Equals no solution! Is the most disappointed place in this travel experience!

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The AC unit in our room was broken and none of the plugs in the bathroom worked. Upon notifying the front desk they sent a maintenance tech to our room and he said the unit was shot. He offered an old fan and called it a night. To make matters worse the next day the front desk said that they could move our room and in exchange for a hot and sleepless night they would credit one day of our $25 resort fee. I told him that was not acceptable and he said that was the best that he could do. At almost $500 per night that was pretty much a slap in the face. I caution you to look elsewhere for accommodations in Sedona. After our stay I reached out to management to try and get a more satisfactory resolution and was told that the front desk handled it appropriately by crediting us the $25 fee. What a joke! The entitlement of management was jaw dropping to say the least.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We'll definitely go again!

Not professional at all, no staff knowledge, their poor but passing. Food is slightly better than hospital food. I won't be back even for free it sucks bad enough to get 2 stars Cruz the lights are on and atmosphere is nice but everything else is a fail.

Enjoyed the stay at Sedona Rouge. Booked on whim while driving to Sedona. Rates are alright the property is beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed the entry way / main lounge area at night with the patio heaters. Parking is convient and property is close to downtown. Quiet place at night, rooms do have fairly thin walls so when maintenance, cleaning people or people just talking in the lobby it can be heard. Overall enjoyed this place.

I only went to the spa for a facial, did not stay at the hotel. My facial was very pricey ($120 for an hour), but you get what you pay for here. The spa was extremely luxurious, with staff accommodating for all imaginable needs (steam room, jacuzzi, showers, tea, etc. ). My esthetician, Chizuko, was amazing! She was not only very knowledgeable, but had a genuine, down-to-earth personality that is hard to find in the spa world. She also has a deep love for Sedona and the natural world, and it was clear that she takes a holistic approach to her treatments and skincare advice. I would definitely recommend getting a facial here.

We loved our room, it’s a distance from downtown Sedona so you’ll need a car, this is probably why it is affordable. We were very disappointed with our 120.00 massages, don’t waste your time at the spa. The steam room was broken and the massages were awful. I have a bruise on my shoulder and my husbands “therapist” had the roughest, dry gross hands and the kicker was when she started the “karate chop” technique that you see in the movies on him! Not worth 40$ Let alone 240.00 plus tip! Our waitress down in the restaurant left us sitting on the roof for twenty minutes, we canceled plans to stay in and eat at Redsband had to find somewhere else to eat on an Friday night, which wasn’t easy. We tried talking to our front desk when checking out and only received a “hmm” noise. Thanks a lot for caring. I would rather spend more elsewhere next time.

This place has a great atmosphere. The pool was very nice and so were the rooms.

Nice resort right on the main street through town. Safeway next door is a bonus. Comfortable rooms with great beds. Could use more hooks in the bathroom, and there's a gap between the vanity and the wall that is irritating because my toiletries keep getting knocked down it. Reds restaurant is very good and reasonably priced for Sedona.

We had a GREAT stay at Sedona Rouge. I booked it on a whim, since its was much more reasonable than many Sedona properties yet had a very central location. It was clean, rooms were large, and staff was on point. Plenty of parking, very quiet, and mountain views from our window. The central courtyard was really welcoming a great spot to hang out in. Wifi was flawless. I took an incredible run on Sedona hiking trails starting from the hotel one morning; my wife got a massage from the Spa and said it was the best massage she ever had! The on-site Reds restaurant was really nice as well. Hands-down the best included breakfast I have ever had (just don't forget to tip your server as well). We had drinks and apps there in the evenings and it was splendid.

It was nice! The staff was very accommodating! However you could hear everytime someone closed their doors because they all slammed and the house keeping carts we're really loud as they went by.

Good location. Fireplace in room was nice. Temperature control was an issue in room.

Sedona Rouge is a wonderful place to stay during the winter. Much of the hotel with the exception of the check in desk, the rooms, and the restaurant are all outside in an open air hotel. Wonderful decorations, the hotel is kept very clean in all areas and has plenty of accommodations.

Absolutely terrific. My wife and I stayed here two nights on our honeymoon and it was phenomenal. The service and staff were excellent, the room was incredible, and the amenities were great. We had a room facing the main road and it was incredibly quiet. Would highly recommend.

The room we stayed in was fantastic. It was clean the view was great. The shower was phenomenal with with one shower head on the ceiling and the other on the wall. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice atmosphere. Breakfast lunch dinner happy hour small plates. The petite salmon fillet with garlic mashed potatoes is a favorite.

Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you want fraudulent charges on your Credit Card! I was charged over $200 for damages done to a chair that were obviously already there when we arrived and they continue to blame on our party. They have claimed that we scribbled all over a cushion and tried to hide it. They have claimed we left chairs stacked when it was obviously done by house keeping in order to vacuum. They are liars and they will continue to push this on other guests. The damage done to this chair was obviously done by a child and not a group of 30+ year old women. I have called repeatedly and sent emails and the senior manager will not revert back or even return a call! The house keeping manager then proceeded to claim that the hotel did not charge for the "excessive cleaning" they had to do, which should not even be brought up seeing that I paid over $1, 200 for this room and cleaning is part of their job! obviously not a well done job as they did not check for coloring done on this chair! Everyone at SEDONA ROUGE should be ashamed and they are LIARS and a bunch of thieves!

We went to Sedona Rouge for spa treatments… I had Yoko who was incredible and my other half had Mallory who was also incredible. I have been to half a dozen spas in Sedona and keep going back to Sedona Rouge as it's just the best, I think they really vetted their therapists out to make sure that they provide the best massage in Sedona… I'd rank them up with the Esalen Institute (truly the world's best) and The Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok (also incredible) …

This is a wonderful, relaxing hotel that gets you away from it all. Our room faced North, towards the red rock formations, which made it even better. The room also had an overhead shower head for a rain-like experience. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, even though it was small and shallow. The Jacuzzi is also very relaxing. Check out the rooftop lounge area for a fun place to stargaze! We would definitely stay here again.

Was given a Pathetic room with AC not working. Slept through the first night to be given another room on request to check the temperature. Second room was full of insects — spiders. Etc although it was much newer and cooler in the 115 az heat. A below average swimming pool, pathetic gym which is useless, kid only breakfast, a chlorine smelling fountain, below average in room cleaning, free "appetizer"'available only to patrons who visit their empty restaurant. And a "resort fee" for no resort amenities. This is not even close to a 3 star place. Find better accommodation elsewhere, for the the $200 a day you will end up spending here. Plus they insist on checkout at 11. On request from manager it is 12. Absurd to say the least.

Our friend that lives there recommended the Sedona Rouge. We arrived tired but couldn't have been presented with a more exquisitely decorated room. Comfortable surroundings, custom furniture, double sinks, which was especially helpful since I was staying with a lady friend. We took some wine out on the patio, called our local friend, we didn't want to leave! The view was heavenly, Red Rocks, a garden, fire pit, designer lighting… they thought of everything! I promise, we didn't care if we went into town! This place is an oasis created by GM, Ed Conway, whom we got to meet (he was working on a Sunday! ), he's the most conscientious, caring gentleman watching over every facet of the operation. So refreshing to meet someone with such heart! Like ripples going out on the water, he makes sure that each detail: service, quiet, rest, all that you need, is there for an elevated, sublime experience. Sedona Rouge will most assuredly make beautiful memories of your trip to this stunning area. We can't wait to go back! MCH, former host for Clint Eastwood.

We chose this spot for a girl's getaway and couldn't have been more delighted! There are so many choices when it comes to lodging in Sedona. It was almost overwhelming, but we stuck to our guns & sought out exactly what we wanted. We knew we wanted a well-rated spa, amazing food, & fresh rooms. We researched spas on Yelp & found the Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa. A few more clicks & we saw the photos of their amazing restaurant/room service. One phone call later & we found out that they had just finished up with renovations on a large chunk of rooms. Talk about the perfect fit. We looked at photos, but in the end it was the staff that really convinced us that this was where we wanted to stay. When we arrived it was dark, but we could already tell that this was less of a Hotel & more of a Resort. First thing we saw in the morning was a view I'd want to get married in front of. Their decorating team really outdid themselves. White leather, dark woods, bathrooms done in almost all-white stone, photos of succulents adorn the walls & the patio is as wide as the room. The mini-fridge was hidden inside of the television stand — we found it just in time to cool our champagne & OJ (thank God! ). The armoire had lights inside of it! Convenience was key in redesigning these rooms & attention to detail was noticeable. I mean, they had outlets everywhere. Walking out of our room we saw people on a rooftop lounging by a fire, a few pool floaters & two hot tubs in completely separate areas.

When we arrived we were greeted and happily escorted to the beautiful newly renovated rooms and we snuggled under the crisp white sheets to dream of the wonders that were sure to show themselves during our long weekend in Sedona! We had a beautiful patio off our room — view of the red rocks was stunning! The location of the hotel is AMAZING and right in the heart of things. One night we even walked to a wine bar! REDS restaurant was tasty, the view from the rooftop was cool, the pool is lovely and the SPA was dynamite! The new rooms are enormous, well appointed and beautifully decorated — the bathrooms were just as nice! (We had a double so didn't get the lovely tub unfortunately — that was my only regret! ) I would highly recommend Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa for girls getaways, friends trips and romantic getaways!

Awesome location with a great view. The staff were helpful and easy to reach. Parking was plentiful and the food at the restaurant was great for snacking on in the room.

The views were spectacular and the service was even better. We will definitely be returning. A quiet and relaxing getaway. Ask about airport drive views. It's a must see and relatively close to the resort.

I like the rooms But hot tube wasn't warm. I'm from oregon and was looking forward being outside in hot spa and stars. And You can do yoga in morning but be there 15 min early. I went ten and missed the class. The restaurant has great wine and food. Front desk was so nice. ealry.

The room was nice with fireplace, high ceilings and the Reds Restaurant was great! Walk in shower with glass doors very clean. But… awful outdated tv, and the ac/heater unit is just nailed above the bathroom door! Thats a Motel 6 unit!

Service was sub par, front desk staff was friendly but not terribly service-oriented. I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. Wished we hadn't felt rushed out on our day of checkout. We received no thank you note or prior notification the night before, and were promptly bombarded by a tacky phone call and room service just after 11 o'clock on our check out day. Felt more like "kick you out of your room" service. Gym is small and has only a weight bench and few treadmills. Spa is unremarkable though missouse staff was friendly and did a good massage on my wife and I; it was very pricey and not nearly up to par with the ambiance and service of a place like Burke Williams. Observation deck was too bright for stargazing and we were ripped off by the concierge who hooked us up for a Pink Jeep Tour at more than 3X the price than that offered downtown. My advice: spend a little more to stay at an actual resort or signicantly less to stay at an Inn or Motel with Canyon views. This place sells itself online as a resort, but is really more on par with your average Marriott. No Canyon views either; obstructed by a large and gentrified Safeway shopping center.
