It is a beautiful, restful place.

They still try hard to get to the presentations. Just say no. They do have great activities and events to enjoy.

Even though it’s our first time here the staff is very polite and helpful… the scenery is very beautiful and we have enjoyed the hiking.

Day 1 — warm welcome, awesome views and total relaxation!

Beautiful… everywhere you turn … the views from my condo were exactly as expected. The location is exactly where tippy want to be. The hotel staff… from concierge to front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were friendly and helpful. 5 STARS for sure!

Spent 5 days here, located away from street noise, plenty of parking, we did not have a BBQ grill near our bldg, seen that other bldgs had them. Grocery stores and shopping close by, walking might be a 10 minute walk. Really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here.

My son and I enjoyed an incredible stay at this resort! It was quiet and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. If I am ever in the market for a time share I will most likely go through Wyndham.

Great location, close to town and sites. Stayed in a two bedroom suite, just wish they had three bedroom suites. Other wise we had a great stay.

This Wyndham place is very friendly. All the employees we met were extremely service oriented. They helped arrange tours, offered extra soap/shampoo etc generously, and were willing to offer advise/directions on what to see and do. Loved the herb garden that guests were able to clip and use in cooking.

Absolutely love this resort! Best customer service ever. For some reason our reservation didn't show on their system, but they manage to find a room for us, and when the extra mile by upgrading us to a deluxe suit.

Absolutely the most amazing and wonderful experiences I have ever had the blessed chance to experience. The music events are classy and outstanding, the staff is undoubtedly the kindest and the rooms are just like home with Washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful trip to Sedona and the resort was wonderful. We have stayed in Wyndham resorts before and love it every time. It was also nice because we had plenty of room to spread around after a fun day and two showers made showering much easier and faster.

We had a super great one-bedroom with nice view and were very Happy with our unit. Then on Sunday, hubby and I went hiking on The Ridge Trail. Unfortunately, he took a spill. Somehow, he and I managed to get to The Old Post trailhead — not far from the Sedona Wyndham. Being a stubborn male, he wouldn't get medical attention till Monday. Great care given at the Sedona Medical Center ER. Ankle isn't broken but badly sprained. No stairs for him! Wyndham Sedona staff was super g…reat! Made arrangements for us to move to a ground floor unit, gave me that unit's key for him to stay in "our new ground floor" unit while I packed up everything, moved it all and now we're firmly residing in our ground floor unit. No weight bearing activities for hubby for days = no more hiking or sightseeing for the rest of this Sedona trip and I have to drive our giant FJ Cruiser — that I've never driven before. Kudos to the Wyndham Sedona staff!

Very a nice place! It was really like renting an apartment. 2 bedrooms with kitchen, living room and dining area. Patio with beautiful views (we where on the 2 floor) Kitchen fully equipped. Master bedroom with tub. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds and bathroom. And stackable washer and dryer!

Great location. The view of the mountains outside my room was phenomenal. There are lots of things to do within a short drive from the complex. The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. You get discounts at attractions and restaurants nearby for being a guest. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a good deal for the price. I highly recommend!

Lovely facility with nice extra activities and amenities. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was well stocked for cooking. The sleeper sofa was really comfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

Love this place! This is my wife and my favorite place to come and unwind. We spent the Christmas holiday there this time, and loved it! Heated outdoor pool and spa, indoor sauna, game room, nightly activities, etc. The list of great stuff to do in the area is almost endless! I can't say enough positive things about this property!

Awesome place, great location that is walkable to many places, super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful accommodation with all amenities. A home away from home. Add to all these great discounts on the local tours. We are sure to return to this place in near future.

It's a nice resort and staff are friendly and helpful. The live-in accommodations with kitchen are equipped to handle basic meal preparation. Location puts you close to Safeway and Whole Foods as well as lots of restaurants if you don't want to cook. The rooms are clean and well kept but could possibly do with an update. We enjoyed our stay and we spent a lot of time exploring Sedona and hiking and the resort is a good central location for activities.

Very spacious living space. It's enjoyable to stay there. Doesn't feel like just another hotel.

Good concierge. Had to move rooms due to AC issues, but process was easy. Quiet neighbors and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and peaceful stay. We enjoyed our room very much and had restful sleep. The location is great for exploring nearby. We didn't take part in any of the activities because of time constraints.

Great, quiet location. Nice clean rooms with full kitchen and washer/drier. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Security isn't rude, but they are always around and it gets a tad bothersome at times. Glad he's there, though, I suppose. Constant sales calls to the room and amways trying to upsell packages. Very bothersome during a vacation.

The views alone are worth it! The rooms are beautifully put together, quiet, clean and updated! This resort is one of my new favorites and I can't wait to go back. The surroundings are just beautiful. Love that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. Every employee I met was gracious, helpful and very nice!

The property is beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the amenities are adequate. I only gave you four stars because I don't really appreciate the time I have to spend at the concierge desk getting my parking pass while staff is pushing discounts for excursions and prizes, then telling you that you can't have them unless you attend the owners meeting. 30 minutes of my time I could have been relaxing after a six hour drive. Ask me if I'm going to attend the meeting first. I will tell you yes or no if I will go. Please don't waste my vacation time. Nothing against the staff, they are just trying to do a good job, but not in a method I appreciate.

Beautiful view, great and clean rooms, pool and check in center were very close and the staff were extremely nice. Security is noticeably flawless and important to Wyndham as they have several guards checking on the safety of the guests. Fun place to stay with many things to do around Sedona. I would definitely go again.

Very nice rooms, their pool/hot tub area is very decorative and the hot tub is very large.
And depending on the room you get you'll see the beautiful red rocks.

The location of this resort is beautiful and very close to nearby grocery stores. The lobbyists are very friendly and nice.

Very clean and nice rooms for the price. No other place came close to Wyndham in price/what you get value. Very happy with the location, room and feel of the place! Staff stayed late to let us in which was awesome!

Wyndham Sedona is one of the best Wyndham Vacation Resorts. We love the units, spacious and tastefully furnished. The staff and sales people are friendly and helpful. And of course, the red rock views are spectacular. We first bought into the Wyndham system at Sedona and consider it our home property. We would recommend anyone to buy Wyndham Vacation Resorts "timeshare" points. It's the only way we travel.

Great place for families to stay! Full sized kitchen and washer and dryer! Plenty of space! Pool and hot tub were pretty nice too. We didn't do any of the scheduled activities but nice that they offer them. Front desk were very nice and extremely helpful.

The resort is really nice. The staff is great. My kids loved the heated pool. The views was spectacular and I loved the fresh air of nature. A special thank you to Alan Holt for helping me with my room and Robin for introducing me to the awesome jeep tour. My kids had a great times. We definitely would go back in the future.

We took advantage of an exchange to stay here. The accommodations were nice and clean and the location was perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. We would stay again.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Overall had very nice quality furnishings. The pool was good. Service was good. Over all its a nice resort.

Beautiful location and very close to amenities. Rooms are modern and very clean. Water sometimes takes a while to heat up inside the condos. Can't speak to any hotel employees without being hassled to attend a timeshare presentation … Even though we're already owners of wyndham time share.

We stayed here during the Sedona mountain bike festival. Very nice grounds and location. The pool and hot tub were clean. Many people out and about. We would definitely return!

We stay at the wyndham Resort for 1 week every year. We love Sedona. We are timeshare owners at this resort. Love location of resort as we can come in from Cottonwood instead of thru Village of Oak Creek as it avoids all those circles and heavy traffic (we drive here from PHX).

The room is great, we even were able to get the one next to us. The service is wonderful. Only bad part was the weather!

Not impressed. I've stayed in many wyndham locations and this one was pretty bad. During our week long stay, we encountered tons of problems. Firstly, the water wouldn't get hot so showering was unpleasant. We even called maintenance about this problem and it was not fixed. The bathroom was crawling with ants. Everywhere. And I mean everywhere. We filled the jetted tub with lukewarm water (since that's the warmest itd get) and when we came back, hundreds of dead ants were floating in the water. It was disgusting. The washer about tore itself apart during a load of laundry, the dryer's filter was not even installed, it was just lying there inside. Typically during a week long stay with Wyndham, the room gets cleaned at least once, and it never did. At one point I found my 10 month old son chewing on a bandaid he had found somewhere in the room. *Barf* The staff wasn't as friendly as I've seen at other locations. I will say though, they didn't hound you as relentlessly as most timeshares do to go to their presentations. Probably because their bribe was pretty lame. Lol. ($50 gift card) Will not be staying here again.

The location is great. The room is great. The service is great. Everything is great. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice clean updated units. Staff very nice and helpful. Tons of tour discounts available thru the guest services desk. No elevators if you stay in a second story unit staff will help with getting luggage updtairs.

Wonderful location. Extremely helpful staff. Great information on local hikes. Lots of activities to join in the resort. Definitely worth a visit.

Situated at a very convenient location, with quiet privacy on the grounds itself, this resort allowed my family to enjoy a super holiday. We hiked some 35 miles and each day returned to the comfort of the two-bedroom unit. Very clean, spacious, well laid out, and support by super friendly and supportive staff. A comfortable five stars.

Great location — right smack in the middle of everything so you can get anywhere fast. Amenities were nice, though not quite luxurious.

This is a nice property with a beautiful view. Our one bedroom suite was very roomie and had a great balcony where we were able to enjoy a nice homemade breakfast with gorgeous view. Nice big jacuzzi tube which I enjoyed. Wish the bedding would have been cotton duvet with a down comforter. Customer service was good. Great hiking that is fairly close. Town closes down early so head out on early side. Loved the restaurant Elote and A Day in the West off road adventure.

Pool and gym are open 24 hours — that's a plus. The staff is really nice. They have free things like snow cones and hot dogs by the pool and offer walks and different activities both free and of a small charge.
