This place is amazing. The rooms are extra large and they have so many activities for all ages.

SUPER friendly staff and very nice accommodations. With the variety of pools on-site we could always find a place to relax. We'll definitely be back!

Only bad experience was the dryer … yes it warmed up but didn’t dry, 3 cycles later they were air drying on the veranda. They did send Chuck the engineer, who explained the it wasn’t drying because of the settings. So we did it his way, still multiple cycles and too many hours, to get the clothes dry again on the patio. The day before we left Engineer Chuck put in a part…and said all fixed. No, it wasn’t… air dyed our last load before leaving. I do feel sorry for the next vacationers who get that Casita. I wonder if it was pushed off to see if the next vacationers said something.

The staff are nice and professional. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Lastly, there are four pools to enjoy. Have fun.

This is a amazing resort! The staff is super professional, knowledgeable and helpful and the amenities are amazing. I'll be back here in two weeks.

Place is huge and beautiful, but better customer service and cleanliness is an issue. The restaurant and bartenders are kind and amazing.

This was my first visit to the Scottsdale Area. The resort was in a nice and upcoming area. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed the activities scheduled that I scheduled. It was relaxing and I'm looking to visit again, but in warmer weather so I could enjoy the pool area. I'm from Florida and it was too cold to get in the heated pool. I loved the western atmosphere.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. 2-bedroom was VERY spacious and so awesome! Loved the slides & pools.
They even did a social distance trunk or treat!

Really great and nice. But the refrigerator was not cleaned out from the previous guest. Other than that it was amazing!

Unfortunately we were lead to believe the water slides were open and they are not for the duration of our stay but the amazing customer service made it all better. There are 4 other pools for plenty of fun and the rooms are amazing spacious and clean.

Our villa was very comfortable. The pools were easily accessible and there were a variety of activities for our grandchildren. All the hotel staff were most pleasant and helpful.

It's holiday season but we sure don't feel like it right now. We checked in at 10:30pm today12/27, and we were very happy with the room when we first got into our room: it's very spacious, clean and quiet. We traveled all day to get here and were very tired also excited to explore this place tomorrow. However, when we were getting ready for bed, we found out there were no blankets and fitted sheet for the sofa bed. We tried to call Resort service, front desk, all the numbers we could find, maybe 20 times, nobody answered. We even called the corporation, spoke to three different people. The answer was that they could not reach anyone at the resort either. The room was only set at 59 degree, very cold. I finally called 911 hoping they might be able to help us reach the Resort security. They said they did not know how to contact the Resort either. At approximately 1:20am, a man from security called because there were a 911 message. At 1:30am we finally got a blanket but no fitted sheet. My daughter just used one of the flat sheet as a fitted sheet. This Resort seems very big but no Resort service/front desk at night? I am already not liking this. I also don't like the fact that there is only one night stand for each bedroom. I have to get out of the bed again to put my phone, my glasses and my jewelry on the dresser after I got warm in my bed.

Stayed for a quick 3 night birthday getaway from WA state. It was beautiful, easy to find from Phoenix and comfortable clean lodging! All of the service teams were pleasant and accommodating! The selection of food and drink was also fantastic! Cannot wait to book my next vacation here, cheers!

This resort surpassed our expectations. The four bedroom villa was huge, extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed! Shout out to the front desk for having the most courteous staff and excellent customer service. We will be back.

Checked into our villa and the staff was friendly and very efficient! We cannot wait to get this vacation started!

All around very good resort. It has four pools and a restaurant on the resort.

The decor was beautiful, very spacious and clean. Stayed on the third floor and it was quiet. No views of the mountains but there fun activities and in a great location.

My wife has liver cancer and not to go into detail but we had some trouble when we arrived. I would like to commend Destin, Taylor, and Shane as well as the whole staff for going above and behond to help us with our stay. The people here are great.

Great spot to take the family. The best part are the four pools. Each offers something different. The largest has 2 water slide that are really fun. At the second largest pool they play family movies during the night. It was cool swimming and watching a movie on a theater screen with surround sound.

Good resort, just south of 110 and north east of Phoenix. Plenty of pools to use, and main pool is great for kids with a splash area and a couple of water slides. 2 bedroom unit has a king size in the master, queen size in second bedroom. Full kitchen with plenty of space to entertain. Pull out sofa in the living room. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and the whole area, in N Scottsdale Road, feels very upscale. Resort is well kept, and some units where being upgraded.

Spent a week here with family. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was very nice and comfortable! All staff very friendly! No complaints at all! (except to say… I would've loved an elevator as we were on top floor). It was our 1st visit to Arizona and we will DEFINATELY return.

Excellent water slide area for kids and families. Great activity center with pool table, video games, tv's and more. Fitness center is nice and the activity center looks right into the pool so you can stay inside while others play in the pool. The Orange tube slide is faster the the green slide and both are awesome for all day fun. The kiddie area has a water dumping bucket and 1ft pool area with zero entry for smaller children. 4 different pools! Great on-site Restaurant! Overall very nice rooms and would recommend this spot for nice family getaways.

This is our second year coming here for a week-long family reunion. We love it here. The kids (all 10 and under) love the pools and the activities. I love having a private space for my family with a kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and most things you'd need. I wish there were more dishes and utensils and that there were non-glass options I could give to my young kids.

The room was amazing at first glance. We had a great time, the only downfall for me was breakfast. We were expecting a sit down breakfast but instead had to order in the market place and wait 25 min to get it. By the time we got back to the room since the dining room was"closed" for a meeting we had about 15 to actually eat it before having to check out. Which by the way check in at 4pm and check out at 10am didn't really give us a chance to enjoy all the activities since we were only there for the night. So next time we'll try for a longer stay.

Great for kids. The rooms are wonderful, with a living room, full kitchen and dining in the 2+ bedrooms suites. Spalsh pool with slides and another pool right next to it. The activity center has things every hour for the kids (making sand jewelry, Bingo, team triva, and coloring). It’s a time share property, so no maid service and fresh towels, but they have a washer/dryer in your room.

Fantastic place for families! Staff is amazing and pool is way cool with water features and 2 water slides! Rooms are HUGE! I'd recommend this place to any family or friends coming to visit! When I need a staycation I know where I'm going! =)

I like a lot it's nice and big and I love the pool and the other cool stuff but… I do not like how I can here the people up above us. But it's okay I still love it.

Nice rooms, they were huge too. My kids were even impressed how great it was. There were lots of things to do.

This place was AWESOME! When going to visit family at this Holiday Inn was worried about where we all would sit. This was like an apartment. Had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Will definitely remember this place for future visitors/family.

Very nice place to stay. Our Villa was spacious and clean. Nice kitchen to do breakfast and lunch so we don't have to eat out every meal. Beda are very comfortable.

The rooms are really nice, lots of space for my family. I love the splash pad and slide area at the pool, my little ones can play in the shallow pool and my big can can ride the slides and swim. They have fun activities scheduled all day, so we don't get bored. The staffis friendly and helpful.

We did the time share tour. It was your typical high pressure sales tactic. We only went to collect the $100 room voucher. The property itself was very nice looking. As you looked deeper the buildings are dated and in need of maintenance.

One of my favorite resorts. Great location, close to the Diamondbacks stadium and next to highway access. Great pool, with a separate area for a kids mini-waterpark and twisty slide. Activity center has videogames and a pool table. The rooms make a lot of noise though, from the doors wanting to slam and the floors magnifying all your footsteps. I recommend a bottom floor room.

I found the resort to be very clean and the staff was very accommodating. They have lots of activities for adults and children such we all enjoyed, including an egg hunt on Easter. The kids loved playing in the pool with the water slide, and I enjoyed the Serenity Pool. It was warmer than the other pools and the hot tub was bigger. Scottsdale is a nice area to visit with plenty of family friendly things to do for all ages. We also visited Tucson and the Grand Canyon during our stay. I wish we could have stayed a few days longer!

The location and rooms were nice. The biggest concern was the lack of insulation between floors. Every step from above was like they were going to crash through the ceiling. Other than that, we are enjoying our stay. Great staff!

My husband & I have been to this resort 4 times so far, we just love this place, this is a very nice resort. We used to go to the Las Vegas resort, the Scottsdale resort is so much nicer. Is close to shopping & restaurants too The rooms are beautifully furnished, the kitchen is supplied with nice appliances. The grounds are always well manicured. All the employees are friendly & willing to make the guest happy. We will continue coming to this resort!

We stayed in a two bedroom condo style room. It was modern, clean and very well equipped with a large kitchen and dining room. The pools were well maintained. Overall a great place to stay if you want your own place to stay and make meals.

The apartment was large with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The multiple pool options were great. I liked the western themed entertainment. I would definitely stay there again, if I am in the area.

One of the best Holiday Inn Resorts I've visited. Rooms are spacious. Great kitchens. Staff was Fabulous, especially at the activity centre. Lots to do for families. Great pools. Central location.

It's very nice, love the view from our balcony, the kitchen is large, but you have to go all the way around the bar top to turn on the kitchen lights, not convenient, the staff is very friendly & accommodating. Check in was fast & easy. Didn't care for the new restaurant not that it wasn't nice it was it's just not my style, I am a true TeX Mex fan you know enchiladas and crispy tacos, rice… A special thank you to Chuck & Garrett for all their help they were great!

Beautiful suite, very spacious (bigger than our home) accommodations. We didn't get to use many of the resort features, but friendly staff was helpful when we had issues (door key was unassigned our second day, no baby crib in room as requested). Parking was limited our first night, a Friday, and it was tricky getting to our building since the lots don't connect. Once we found it, it was easy to access in the future. Would definitely stay again.

Recently renovated but still an old style Holiday Inn. TVs were really small and room didn't get much natural light. Restaurant was good and good service. A very early check-out time though.

These rooms are so nice and comfortable! I thought this was going to be a "regular" Holiday Inn and was pleasantly surprised. There are three pools, the grounds are well kept, and there is ample parking. The restaurant here was reasonably priced and served very good food.

Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and fresh. Kitchen and laundry rooms are available and come with utensils and soaps and detergents. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. There are a number of pools for children, families and adults. The rooms however, could have been more sound proof. All in all, with the warm dry weather and plenty of sunshine, it is very enjoyable.

My wife and I had a 3 night chill out after leaving the West Coast and Yosemite — the resort are small apartment blocks around 4 pools with a central market place consisting of a restaurant, bar and small shop. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spotless and furnished to a high standard — we used this as a laundry stop and the in apartment washing machine and dryer were excellent — can’t comment on Scotsdale as we chose to stay on the resort — we dined at the restaurant (Mexican) one night whilst I cooked the other 2 nights (we bought our fish etc from Safeway’s which is a around four miles from the resort) — would recommend this resort — in particular families with children appeared to be having a great time.

It was the location's first group event after a $60 million renovation, so the event was tailored to garner a lot of positive reviews. 7-course meal with cocktail pairings, and everyone was very accommodating! I have many food allergies and was able to partake in 6 courses, plus cocktails. Hoping future events offered here can live up to the great service and high quality provided to us last night.

Great experience. Staff is super great! Activities are fun and plenty even in slow season! Room was super fantastic! Gave it a 4 rating because of my knit picky ways, i. E. Kitchen is stocked but a few baking neccesaities were not included like muffin tin, baking sheet, whisk, electric beaters.

Nice place. Clean friendly atmosphere. Scottsdale is a great area and weather is so nice. We are from Canada and came for a week on a time share. Would give this place a 3.5 to 4. It's not an all inclusive resort but for what it is it's reasonably priced and service is good as well as it's clean and organized.

Came for a weekend getaway with the kids and hang with their grandparents. Very kid friendly with several pools, a couple of waterslides, a splash pad playground in the water, and activity center with games and activities to keep them busy. Also very accommodating for adults with a nice restaurant and bar that actually serves very good tasting food. And a coffee/juice bar. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is very nice. The walls are kinda thin, and you can hear your neighbors. I don't want to fault the hotel for that, because they don't know if you're going to have noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. Parking is fine, the pools are excellent. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice!

This resort is exactly adequate, and not much more. Enjoyed staying here; the staff are friendly and helpful. It relies heavily on the surrounding Scottsdale area, since there is not a lot to do on-site. I was impressed by how many in-suite amenities there were. It seems like they have pre-empted most questions we could have by placing things inside the rooms.

We loved our visit. Staff was great. Rooms were awesome! They had everything we needed in the kitchen. So clean. The kids loved the water slides. Thank you for afin stay cation.

We had a great time here! The location is quiet and close to the 101. Our room was amazing. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a pull out couch so there was a ton of space. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc… There were 4 pools and one had a great play area for the kids with waterslides. Highly recommend staying here.

I love this hotel. They have lots of great pools for the kids with water slides and zero depth for toddlers. They have games and movie nights. The staff is fast to respond to concerns and very friendly. We've had an amazing stay and the "room" more like apt was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. Love this hotel.

It's very nice, the room is huge and spacious. They have cool activities too. The only thing that I don't like is my room is right by a pool they are upgradin so I have to walk around the building to get to another pool, but the pools are nice too.

I highly recommend staying here. I literally gasped when I opened the front door to our unit. Super spacious, beautiful furniture and linens, luxery countertops and full kitchens, so much seating, and wall outlets/usb ports everywhere! The swimming pool area was flawless and the pool was refreshing. There is a washer and dryer in each unit so we were able to do our own laundry, and its a very quiet picturesque location.

There was a roach under our bathroom sink. The bed sheets had hair and two dirty brown spots. This experience was the first and had to find another place to stay @ 10 pm. Nice rooms but need a few changes in house keeping.

Awesome Resort, Clean, Newly Renovated and has a lot of room. Fun things to do around including Golfing right next door to the resort. Me and my family had a great time, and we thank the staff for being so helpful.

Horrible place, bad customer service, long customer wait times, on hold forever if you need anything and hidden charges all over the place. Do not dare to try to change your dates either. I was verbally warned about this place at a dinner party but my wife and I wanted to go anyway and couldn't imagine being that bad. We should have listened. We travel often all over the world (I'm an Operations Manager for an international company) but never had problems like we experienced with Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale. There are nearby places who easily top this place.

The site is under construction and notifications were not phoned, mailed or emailed to those of us who booked early (November/December). My husband was in the website at that time and the planned construction was never mentioned. At this time it is noted however no courtesy is extended to those in residence. We flew in Friday and we were at the GC Sunday-Tuesday so this morning was our first experience of this Holiday Club location courtesy with construction noise at 8:15. I called and asked when they expect such noise to begin and was told their "agreement " with the contractor was "no noise before 9 am". Too bad they don't enforce it. It continued beyond my SECOND call to complain. I get up at 4:15 for my job. Being awakened before 9 due to ignorance and discourtesy is just plain rude and unacceptable. Ineffective management is a disgrace. If we had KNOWN when booking we would obviously not have stayed here. If I could give half a star I would!
