Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely landscaping. Quiet, except for the ‘quiet pool’Delicious dairy free smoothies, beverages and food at the Splash bar. Fantastic bartenders and service. Close to shopping and dining. Clean room, super comfy bed and linens. Private terraces; not so fab or private. Overall a fantastic stay and I would go again. I had a blast! 🌵🥂☀️

Calm, serene, beautiful…. Perfect place for a couple days of relaxation! The beds are ridiculously comfy, like sleeping on a cloud!

Sheets, bedding, and pillows were dirty, room was not properly stocked, and my wallet was stolen from my locked room during my stay. When I tried to call the front desk to report it, the attendant was very dismissive and telling me that no one is supposed to touch my stuff while cleaning the room, so it couldn't possibly be them. I called back after looking again to ask for a record of everyone who accessed my room with a key card and was told it wasn't possible. Received a call back from the manager a few minutes later, who told me to call back in the morning and ask again. When I did so, they told me there was no record of anyone accessing my room, but wouldn't let me have a copy, or see for myself. There are no cameras facing anyone's doors, or patios (unless your room is near the pool, exercise facilities, or front office). So if your room is broken into, there will be no way to prove you were the victim of B&E and based on my experience, you will be dismissed by the staff without proof of the crime. Go figure. To top it all off, I was told I would be followed up with after they searched the garbage to see if someone dumped my wallet onsite, and have received ZERO correspondence after leaving my info with at least 2 different people. If I could give 0 stars to reflect the level of care and service I received, I would. This was supposed to be a nice break from my crazy, stressful life.

One of the best Resort locations my wife and I have ever stayed in outside of Kuai, HI. We just got here on our first day of 8 days here and we are already impressed. Friendly, helpful amazing staff. We are here for our anniversary (3 years married) 10 years together. Thank you for an amazing place!

I really liked the resort, great location and it was very clean and recently refreshed. The staff was generally friendly. I did have a problem with two guys at the front desk, Justin and Devin. They were not very accommodating at all. I was there from October 17 to 24. I asked to be able to check out at 10:30 to 10:45 am and they both said no and would not budge on that at all, even though the place was barely half full. I pressed the issue somewhat and they would not waiver a bit. This is extremely poor customer service. They seemed very happy to be unagreeable. I believe they need to be reassigned to something else.

The staff is friendly and they on top of the safety precautions. The location is ideal and close to a lot of amenities.

Awesome staff. Very responsive to our requests and minor issues. Barbecues were nice, plentiful, and very clean. Pool area was terrific and awesome waterfall. Rooms were clean and spacious. We’ll be back!

Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff! Of all the resorts we have vacationed at, they were the friendliest group of staff members by far! We also loved the layout & luxury of the resort! Last but not least, we were so happy to have the pool open during the COVID restrictions and felt as though they made the best decision concerning balance of safety vs. Freedom of pool activities.

Our family LOVED our stay at the SDO. Loved the pool and amenities. Kids loved night swimming and movie night at the pool! The margaritas at the Splash were AMAZING!

My first time here, this is a nice quiet place, the staff was more than helpful and the room was clean and cozy. I would recommend this place and would definitely come back here.

The villa was very clean and the location is very good. My husband and I come for Spring Training every year. I liked the big king sized bed. The room is equipped with a kitchen (no oven) and washer/dryer, which made it very convenient. What I did not like was the villa was dark, 2 slider doors and no windows, so little natural light. Unfortunately, we had people above us that seemed to be moving furniture, every evening at 8 PM. Very annoying. We didn't use the pool or anything else. I'm not sure I want to stay again, but others may like it.

I have to admit the Sheraton Desert Oasis grew on me each day we stayed. (7 days) Well maintained property! Loved the waterfall pool and large open cave like jacuzzi behind the waterfall. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The Splash Grill by the pool was convenient offering cocktails, beer, wine, apps, salads, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas and even a couple of desserts. Stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa. Seemed small at first but turned out to have everything we needed. We had a great vacation!

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Our room location wasn't the best as we overlooked the adult relaxation pool so anytime we used the patio I felt bad if my kids made a ton of noise. The freeway traffic could also be heard from our side of the resort. Otherwise everything else was great. Pool service was fantastic and our room was clean.

Always enjoy my stays at Sheraton resorts. Desert Oasis is a smaller property but very well maintained and super clean! Second time staying here and doing day trips to Grand Canyon and area scenic sites. Scottsdale is upscale and a pleasure to visit.

This was my first trip to Arizona and we loved every moment spent at the Sharaton Desert Oasis! We stayed for seven days on the third floor with a bedroom & bathroom, full kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and jacuzzi in the bedroom… and a lovely balcony. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We LOVED the pool with the waterfall, the friendly service, and the convenience of the location. Everything was perfect. Anyone who stays at this beautiful property will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at this property for such a lovely stay!

Great place to stay. Staff is great there and the room was awesome. Lots of activities during the day. Driving distances weren't too far from this location. I would say the only thing we did not like was the bed.

Fantastic resort! Located decently close to super markets and Costco. Very nice suites with patios and balconies. Well manicured pools and grounds. Professional staff. The main pool is quite the site, very impressive size, volleyball net, waterfall and they also have inflatables for rent or sale. Daily events to give you plenty to do. I loved this resort!

My family and I stayed at the resort for a 7-day vacation. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There room was just enough space for my family of three. The air conditioning in the room was great at cooling everyone off. The Splash Bar was convenient for poolside food and drinks. I recommend the shrimp tacos. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We love the Desert Oasis! We have been owners since 2001 and they always keep the property so clean and updated. We hadn’t been there for a few years but the updates were fabulous. We had the one bedroom villa with the lockout and was perfect for our adult children who came with their baby. Staff is always friendly and of course, the pool is the best! The food staff at the pool was always there to ask if you wanted anything.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for our wedding anniversary. We had a beautiful room, one bedroom, 2 fireplaces, a Jacuzzi and a patio. The room was updated and spectacular. The staff were all Amazing. We will definitely be coming again. I recommend to anyone who enjoys relaxation by the beautiful pool and waterfall. The jacuzzi behind the waterfall is wonderful. Lots of daily activities also.

Nice location. A smaller property, but well maintained. The pool is pretty much the center of activity. The resort, itself, is located in a quiet part of Scottsdale and reasonable distance to area attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Suites tend to be quiet, even with young families around. Master bedroom is spacious. Dining and kitchen are nice. Living room is a little tight, but reasonable. Since the weather is normally very good, even a family of 4 would tend to be comfortable, since they can get outside. Overall, a relaxing getaway.

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is a great stay with wonderful amenities. The gym is 24/7 and, although somewhat small, is modern and enough for my and my guests' needs. The main pool and the accompanying whirlpool are quite large. The pool has a waterfall feature, as well as a volleyball net. The pool staff are friendly and do an excellent job of maintaining the area. They are not shy about interacting with guests and making sure that they are cared for without being intrusive or annoying. The front desk is at the ready and quickly respond to requests and personal needs. There are many gas grills on-site and each one is immaculate (cleaned to a mirror shine inside and out, daily). I stayed in a smaller one-bedroom suite that is modest in size, but functional and sufficient for my wife and toddler son.

We have visited two years in a row and are already planning our next visit. Ideal for families with young children who want a vacation where you can be entertained without leaving the property. We spent the whole day at the pool (so nice having food and drinks on site) and at the playgrounds. Grounds very well maintained. Night life is not far away. Ideal rooms for families, with the master having it’s own doors to shut and the living room area being separate. Kitchen area to cook. Close by Whole Foods and any shopping you need. We take advantage of the Sunsational Savings deal — stay 2 nights get third night free.

We are big fans of the Sheraton Desert Oasis. Our family has stayed there many times. Comfortable rooms. Lovely pool with plenty of shade and sun. Friendly staff. Great location. Very easy to get around with the 101 so close.

We have been staying at this property all week with a check-out tomorrow. The unit is a 2 bedroom lock-off. The building is extremely quiet and must be well-insulated with so little noise from other units. The location is great and the staff is friendly and considerate. We will move to Canyon Villas at Desert Ridge which is our home property, but we would definitely rent a unit here in the future.

Beautiful property. Everyone has been super friendly and whenever we request items for our room they ate super responsive and take care of the request quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great friendly staff, especially the pool staff. Clean facilities. Room was pretty good. View of the parking lot but newer decor. Parks were good for the kids. A little out of the way but easy to get to most places around Scottsdale etc with hwy 101 loop close by.

Great place. Good service. Units are very nice. I would recommend a dining area with regular tables and chairs, not the higher tables & chairs. My wife had a hard time with them due to her knee surgery.

Over the top… get the Premium Room for the best experience. Avoid the north side. Fantastic place to enjoy a week or two. Scottsdale rocks!

Employees are all awesome, facilities are all clean, pools are AMAZING. The rooms are not all equal as some are finished better than others. The one thing that is less than satisfactory is the amount of light that gets into the rooms due to their layout. If a sense of openness and lift is important to you, you'll be disappointed with the rooms. If you don't care, you won't notice. Otherwise what a great place for the family!

Arrived via rental car, approach was good since the Sheraton has its own turn in/ turn out lanes. The check in drive up circle was also very ample and beautifully greeting. Check-in was easy, and was in a very large and comfortable lounge, the business center was also located here, each with its own printer. The resort has quite a few buildings for guest/owner accommodations. Each building is 2 stories (no elevator), with about 6 units per floor. Each unit is a lock-out, so the unit can be larger or smaller as needed. Each building has two bbq grills, so get some steaks at Costco. There are even pomegranate trees outside of the building, so we picked a few to enjoy. The buildings are all situated around the heated pool, which is about the right size for the number of guests. Waterfall and separate hot tub are nice features. The room was recently furnished and finishes are modern. We were in ONE side of the lock out unit, which was very tight for a family of four. Bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but had a Jacuzzi that we never used. Kitchen was great, full refrigerator, 2 burner range (no oven), microwave, sink, and all the small appliances. Staff service is very quick if you need something in the room.

Oh my gosh! Where do I start! My husband and I stayed for a week. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Helaine, was wonderful getting us set up on our Grand Canyon tour and answering many questions. We will be coming back for more of this beautiful resort! The Sheraton Desert Oasis is the best resort I've seen so far! We will probably purchase a timeshare here soon. Thanks for the awesome vacation and experience Sheraton! R. & S. Smith.

Staff are friendly and informative. The resort is clean and well kept. They have a restaurant next to the pool, and will provide room service. We stayed in a one bedroom with a limited kitchen and a little balcony. Overall good size for the two of us. We were in the far back so our window was looking the back parking lot not sure what views the other units have. But the front door was facing a nice pond. There is good amount of parking. The resort is close to a lot of different grocery stores, all within a 5-10 minute drive. So far it has been a nice experience. Only thing I wished I asked for was a room closer to the pool.

Fantastic. Where do I begin? My wife and I came here on our honeymoon via time share and we were extremely pleased. The service that was provided is second to none. Mary was our concierge and was a tremendous help with guiding us around to great local restaurants activities. She was super nice, kind, thoughtful and professional. Everytime she saw us she made sure to ask if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Next, we met Josh. Such a great guy! Energetic, funny, extremely knowledgeable of Arizona and all it's wonders. He was referred to us by Mary for the hiking and swimming tour. He took us on an incredible tour and always made sure to spend time with each guest and answer any and all questions. He was so much fun to hike with and I would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone! And the splash grill serves some really killer tacos! The sheraton desert Oasis deserves '5 stars' all day long! Thanks for the memories!

I have just spent a 2 weeks family holiday in the resort with the time share and I can say that it well deserves 5 stars. Location is absolutely great. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes away from the town center with all the shops and restaurant. Short distances are rare in the US and very appreciated when traveling with kids Rooms are very spacious and Modern. They have Kitchen, AC and a very nice gas fire to set the evening mood. Everything you can expect from Sheraton. Pool is pretty big and never felt crowded. Big waterfall sets an authentic scenery and the pool staff was great. Staff in general in the resort has always been very helpful. The gardens are also worth mentioning; they are very well well kept and it is a pleasure to just walk around. The only downside worth mentioning is the rather small gym room. There is only a couple of running machines, couple of bikes, couple of cross trainers and a single weight bench. I found myself having to go back to my room a couple of times because the gym was crowded.

It is a lovely place! The room is really great. Very nice decor. Very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is nice. If I would have to complain about anything… they need to put Yoel bars in there. The shower and toilet are in an area together separated by this awesome frosted sliding door. Very unique. The only thing I didn't like about the kitchen is the cabinets are sitting for me awkwardly (because I'm short, and the placement of the cabinets! I can barely reach it. I ended up keeping two of each dinnerware, cups etc on the counter so I can reach them. The pool is very nice. I have to say this place was really a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely come back here!

We spent Easter weekend at the resort and we loved it. The rooms are really nice. They're basically small condos. We even had our own patio and washer and dryer (which was super convenient). There were a couple of playgrounds for the kids to play at and the pool with its waterfall and splash pad zone was great. It was a large area so there was enough space for adults to enjoy a drink by the pool and enough space for families with kids to play without really bothering couples looking to just relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and agreed that we would stay there again.

So these guys have friendly staff and the rooms are awesome. They are like small apartments and very modern with gracious finishes from granite countertops to wood floor moldings. Try them out.

Its a nice and central place to be able to explore Arizona. However durring our visit they failed to mention that the pool would be under renovation for the majority of our stay. There was only a weak attempt at compensation.

I am an original owner of Orange Lake Resort got accommodations for family members, they were very dissatisfied with no activities to do on the resort. This is not a good resort there is nothing to do beside the pool. Need more activities, resort shuttle bus to take customers to different sights that are here in Arizona. To the Owner, You need to get the property next door to expand. Get a waterslide, putt-putt golf, just something more to do…

Was great beautiful. The pool area was awesome! Concierge was friendly. Everybody was friendly and treated u like if you were on a cruise.

Rooms are perfect for small families. Beds/pillows are comfortable, has a full fridge, stove, full kitchen set and, washer dryer. ComesService is quick and courteous. Pool is very fun and splash pool food is good. No complaints with this resort.

I LOVE this place! The rooms are beautifully decorated, and I read they just redecorated this year, so I'm looking forward to seeing them the next time I visit. I've been coming here for several years, every other year, with my two children and husband and we always have a great, relaxing time. The girls love having their own place (the lock-off unit) with their own kitchenette, which makes our master unit very private. :) The pools are lovely; I do enjoy the adult pool — you feel like you're in an oasis, alright, with the palms overhead and the quiet seclusion. The landscaping and ground are very nicely kept up, and the staff always friendly and accommodating. The high speed internet is no faster or slower than other resorts and hotels I've stayed at, but if that's what's important when you're vacationing, stay home! They have a pretty decent and very inexpensive snack bar by the pool, but I'd love to see them open up a sit-down restaurant at some point, as well as a convenience store with more groceries. The location in North Scottsdale, while not really central, is still pretty convenient to most things since it's right off the loop. Can't wait to go back to my home-away-from-home.

The surroundings are truly amazing. You can almost feel the grandeur and the warmth of the place when you walk around the corner. And the light and the flowers in the spacious reception and lounge area feel so welcoming. The rooms are elegant. Love to stay here forever.

Great hotel and location. Wi-fi free and excellent. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Rooms are great and resort is well-maintained. At the poolside typing this listening to the musical performance at night, it is beautiful out here.
