This is place is in dire need for a serious remodel. Used to be a Super 8. I stayed from the 7 to the 10th. First off the bed is absolutely TERRIBLE. It was very stiff with almost zero padding. Almost like a piece of cardboard atop creaky springs. Pillows were either of terrible quality or just worn beyond use because they were extremely flat. I ended going and buying a pillow to use for the days I was there. Continental breastfast was also bad. They just converted a room into a breakfast area. Instead of a typical waffle batter that you pour on an iron and flip, they had defrosted frozen waffles that were sitting on a wet paper towel. Doughnuts that had been purchased on the 1st were put out for breakfast on the 8th. No fruits. One cereal. Privacy lock on the door was broken/missing. House keeping walked in without a knock. For almost $90 a night I truly expected more. It was not an enjoyable stay.

Decent rate of 98 dollars for a saturday to sunday stay but the lady that answered the phone was very short with me and had an attitude and blatantly told me that she did not he need to hear my story, just give my name address and credit card info to her when I tried to explain something to her. Because of her I am booking somewhere else. This is February 21st and about 8:50 p. M.

If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would. Rooms are RUNDOWN and nothing but the TV worked. The microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi service, and clocks did NOT work. The sheets have holes in them and the pillows are as flat as the bed itself. TOTAL DIVE! Told the man at the front desk and he yelled at us to get out. If you want to get ripped off stay here… if not stay somewhere else.

Air conditioning was out at home and it was 11:30 PM, walked in an requested a room. Very nice, professional and helpful. The room was clean, beds were fine, clean sheets and towels. Great air conditioning. Everything was great.

BED BUGS! When I called the front desk to say something they try to completely deny it so I have now in dispute with corporate.

This place was ok but staff was rude! Got yelled at the minute I walked into the lobby… then got accused of playing with the phone in our room and no one had touched it… which I left the motel before I was ready because that was ridiculous!

The good part is that the room was clean. The room is very dated, seriously needing some remodeling as updating. The lobby is tiny and its the only way to get in to the hotel. No elevator, no free breakfast… The bathroom is weird. I won't stay here again unless there are no other decent options.

The staff here is a joke they are all rude and inconsiderate. We paid online through our Verizon rewards and went to check in they said they got everything but the payment even though we had a confirmation email with the amount paid, the amount due (which was 0.00) and prepaid check in instructions. We had to wait 3 hours in the parking lot for the owner to show up in a uhaul truck with our 2 boys ages 7 and 9 to say they never got paid because they didn't have the power to see if someone already paid or not. They asked to run our card even though we had the proof of payment that they refused to accept and we stated that since we paid online there wasn't enough money in our account and it would decline they asked to try anyway and tried it for different amounts and caused our account to to be frozen by our bank and then said here is your one night here this is all we can do sorry you check out tomorrow at 11am… Do not go to this hotel ever this place is a joke.

Reaks of cigarette smoke dingy and dirty more of a place for more unsavoury people. I was not at all impressed.

I booked this hotel through Expedia. The room was disgusting and the service was terrible. I found a blood stain on my mattress and there was also a used syringe under my bed. I told the lady at the front desk that I could not stay there and I wanted to leave. She told me that I could call Expedia and she would refund my room. I called Expedia from another hotel the manager told Expedia I was still in the room and that they would not issue a refund even though I wasn't even there. Thankfully Expedia refunded my credit card despite what the manager told them.

This place needs to be put out of business! The worst customer service I ever experienced. Its.

We were surprised that, after booking a smoking room online, that there were no smoking rooms and we needed a cash deposit on the room after already paying one via priceline. The 24 your establishment was also closed when we checked out early, causing us to go back to get out cash deposit back.

I wish there was a negative rating to give. First the check in was awful the front desk staff was not at the desk I had to ring the bell and wait when she came she seemed upset and she was rude. She told me she needed my licenses and credit card. The other employee from my company said she was not asked to give her credit card. When I explained the room was paid for by my employer she said she saw that but she still needed my credit card. It was the worst night of my life. The room appeared clean enough when I entered it. But when I pulled the covers back I noticed 2 dots on the box springs so I took a paper towel to see what they were. They were dead bugs. So I figured the room had been exterminated. The sheets looked clean and fresh. So I prepared for bed. I left the light on as I had some reading I needed to do then I saw a small bug running across the bed I killed it. Then another one came out I killed it. I sat up then I started itching. I looked and saw a 3rd and 4th bug. I moved the pillow and several more scurried out. So I got dressed to go downstairs to the front desk which was dark with a sign saying office closed. No one there. I went back to the room and sat in the chair away from the bed and watched as the small bugs crawl out and in of the mattress all night needless to say I got no sleep at all I was checking the chair I was sitting in off and on all night and watching the bugs in the bed all night.

The front desk lady was super rude from the beginning, and told us because we didn't order our non smoking room from the right website they didn't have any left. And rudely went on the whole time we were checking about why we needed to order directly from super 8 site. Then gave us a hard time about giving us an extra towel even though there were three of us in the room and only two towels and had to check the paper to make sure there were actually 3 people. I mean really I can't have a extra towel Jeez. Other than the lady it was fine. But I won't be staying there again.

Minus 7! Worst motel expetience of my life at hotel prices! You fo not want to stay here! The doors at the end of the hallway to the outside, first and second gloor, banged whrnever snyone used them and banged fo hard it shook the walls! At 90 bucks s night we got no sleep! AWFUL!
