Not in the greatest of area's but staff is friendly and accommodating. Good spot if you're in a bind or just need a place to stay for a short time, studio has kitchen in it so you can cook and has fridge so you can buy groceries, close to bus route and stores.

Awful. Hated it. Holes in walls in room and bathroom. Loud people. Drug deals all around. People fighting at 1am. Cockroaches. Bad smells. No kitchen utensils. Just gross.

The manager is respectful nice helpful and other tenents there are curtious and friendly laundry room is awesome and rooms are good size with apts pool a d Jacuzzi are great! Clean rooms!

Checked the room. Dirty nasty. Cockroaches and droppings. Mattresses filthy. Missing light bulbs, wiring exposed, smoke detector broken laying on dresser. All in all pretty bad. And then the desk clerk, he should not work with the public! If I could give no stars that would be too much.

Owner is great worked with us since my grandmother is disabled and can walk stairs he put us in a down stairs apt that wasn't supposed to be available.

Don't waste your time coming here. Cockroaches and other bug all over. Wont give a refund either. Better off sleeping in the car. Also lot of sketchy activity/people.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here! the owners are both sex offenders the motel is in her daughters name so they dont get in trouble or disclose anything, look them up we did and further more the bed bug problem is so out of control the bugs are clbing the walls inside and out and the needle problem outside by the trash can is gross watch your kids so the dont get ahold of them.

Stayed here with my sister due to a family emergency. Got a two bd 2 ba condo for a good price! Mary was very friendly and nice. We did not experience any bed bugs or cockroaches. Furniture was retro but nice n clean. Clean sheets, nice and quiet. Near Banner Baywood Medical Center. We stayed at a second property down the road from the office. The not so great thing was A/C not working. Housekeeper needs to dust a little bit better, but it was not crazy layers of dust, just a little here and there but other wise we were comfortable.

Horrible place, to high for what they charge! You don't even get a decent bed just smelly and nasty!

One word describes it: ghetto. Very poorly maintained. A bucket was under the bathroom sink to catch the leaks. Aluminum foil under the burners on the stove and in the filthy oven. Broken ceiling fan and dangling wires were the smoke detector should have been.

Miles motel is the new Motel 6. Since Motel 6 is greatly improved miles hotel has taken their place no coffee pot no ironing board no hair dryer in the rooms. TV remote not working. Had to go get my own change of towels, had to empty the trash myself. Saw lots of people driving in getting out of their car and going to one of the motel rooms quite often quotation mark don't know what's going on there quotation mark. People out in the parking lot arguing and fighting. All this happening in the two and a half days we were there got to go wife's bitchin.

Bugs. Bugs. And more bugs. Sketchy people. Not safe. My car was vandalized. Kids run around with no supervision. Cops are always there. It's too expensive for what you get. Unless you are paying for bugs. Roaches and bedbugs to be exact.

This place is absolutely horrible, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. First the lady at the front desk was absolutely horrible, she was very very rude, next when upon entering the room we saw dead roaches on the window seal and crawling around the kitchen. Then as we tried to relax as we were only suppose to stay for one night we were sitting on the bed when a bed bug fell onto my food from the ceiling. When we tried to ask for a refund to go stay somewhere else the lady informed us that she couldn't give us the refund but she could send us to the "cleaner" across the street. If you like bed bugs and roaches then this is your place. Will definitely be contacting the BBB to get this place shut down.

This place is absolutely disgusting we bought a room for 1 night and stayed for about 30 minutes before we saw at least 5 cockaroaches and 4 bedbugs! Attracts a sketchy crowd that makes you feel uncomfortable to even sleep in their bug infested bed, this is a place I will be calling the better business bureau about.

This place is horrible. I would give it a negative star if I could. Its the most disgusting place I have ever been to in my life. Every room has bedbugs, cockroaches and mice. The previous owners still manage the property and continue to talk (scream) and treat their renters like dirt. They also owned Silver Creek apts where I lived. A lady that lived a few doors down from me had her apt. Flooded at least three separate times. Her carpet was soaked, not by rain from a storm, but by SEWAGE! Human feces and urine!

There were roches everywhere! The front desk lady Mary cursed me out and asked me to leave the facility when it was brought to her attention, she would not refund my money. I would NEVER in my life stay here again they were rude and unprofessional! I give them 0 stars.

Came to get a room for 5 nights to be with my father whom is in critical condition. 1st room had no lights, they gave me a 2nd room again no lights.! Asked to refund my money of $336.00 NO REFUND was given. The rooms stunk and beds were not made… owner claims the room had lights but went to a d iffrent room with 2 beds our room had a king. Scandals is what they are… I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering I was in need but this was crazy… DO NOT GO HERE…!

The place is dirty and VERY overpriced Bed bugs, ROACHES hella roaches so bad it's infested. You walk on the carpet and it's so dirty your feet turn black. The entire place needs a pressure wash it's so gross on the sidewalks. The management is rude and money hungry. They should never rent to families, children SHOULD NOT be here because of the drug use and filth. Please do yourself a favor and don't get stuck paying weekly rates like we did, go anywhere else! The broadview motel is worse though… beware Main St Motels : (

Can't believe this place is open… dump. Needs shut down! Horrible experience. Late at night getting into town from Indiana, tired, sore and needing rest… 3 girls. 2 sisters and a granddaughter. We stopped there. Very rude, place had wires with lights hanging from ceiling. Large window with no covering over it. (did have filthy broken blinds laying where they fell off) Electrical outlets hanging, curtains were almost green with filth. TV didn't work, it was old and huge. The smell was enough to make you sick… why is place open. Will definitely get ahold of someone to do something about this…

Only came to this motel cuz I could not find anywhere else. Went by 3 places that said vacancy and was no vacancy. Miles Motel had the only vacancy so that's the only reason they get 2 stars. I opened the door and seen 3 roaches. That's only the begining… I checked the room like I do in every hotel for things that should not be there! I found 3 hyperdermic needles with what looked like crystal meth or heroine in some of them. I did not sleep very well cuz the roaches. I could not even shower cuz I did not want bugs in my luggage. As a matter of fact I do not think I opened my luggage. I'm not rested nor did I relax there. I do not recommend for family's or people that don't use drugs.

Place IS a dump and needs to be shut down and then Bulldozed! The owners are horrible slumlords who never, I mean NEVER do anything but collect money from the poor individuals who have to live there, most stay at this place because of financial problems & the owners know this and use it to their advantage. I witnessed over charging of rooms especially when The Department of Economic Security was footing the bill. The rooms have bed bugs, and Cockroaches. I don’t think they ever clean the rooms. Ovoid at all costs! The Colonnade Hotel is it’s counterpart & no different in my opinion. Stay far away!

Aesthetically it is ok but it attracts a certain crowd for whatever reason. And that's how it has always been. It is unfortunate because it looks are deceiving.

I could not believe the bugs all sorts we had to leave in the middle of the night it was disgusting!

I think it's great. If you want the Hilton go find a Hilton Head.

The rooms could have been cleaner and they should make sure the ain't any bed bugs.

Horrible horrible . Dont take family there. Roach bed bug motel. Too many people oversosed ambulance at 3am. Omg. Windermere down the street. A Lil better than here. Even the park bench.

If I could give it — 5stars it wouldnt be low enough. Unless you like bed bugs and pedophiles I wouldnt steer clear of the mile. Because they are crawlimg with both.

After staying down the street (Broadview motel) this place was like the Hilton! Lots of bad reviews but come on — — it's a cheap motel you get what you pay for. No bed bugs thank goodness, there's roaches but as long as you keep your room clean they don't come around much. Carpet is dirty, hot tub isn't hot lol about my only complaints.

I was picking somebody up to take them 5o casino I do ride share for extra money. Anyways ithis place is run down and screams notell motel.

Dont even deserve stars. My family stayed I the hotel for a couple of weeks while we waited for an apartment to be available in the back. There were roaches everywhere, holes in the walls, the furniture was broken, the bed was being held up by cinder blocks, and we couldn't figure out what was biting us in that place. Well we finally got set up in an apartment at the miles and we've had a HUGE PROBLEM WITH BED BUGS! Now we know where all of the bites came from. This whole place is badly infested with bed bugs! And if anyone knows a thing or two about them, once they are in your belongings it is very difficult to get rid of them. You will most likely end up having to toss most of it in the garbage. So the landlord refuses to do a heat treatment in our place, to actually get rid of these things. She has a guy come spray once a week, which IS NOT HELPING THE PROBLEM, at all! I've called different places trying to find out what anyone can do, and nothing can be done! As if the roaches were not enough, myself and my baby keep getting eaten alive by these things. We've complained numerous times about this and to no avail, they will still not heat treat our place. We can't save the money to move paying 950.00 a month plus our utilities either so we are stuck here. My recommendation-DO NOT STAY AT THE MILES! Yes it is cheap and convenient, but is it really worth it? If we new about the issues we'd have, we wouldn't have moved here in a million years.

The room was clean but there were roaches everywhere until I put down the powder they gave ME to use. After a few hours the infesting had reduced to a normal problem… the staff are very courteous and accommodating. Lashawn was very helpful when our ac unit started leaking and the ac guy came within the hour and solved our issue… Overall, it was cool.

The manager/owner Mary is amazing. She's kind, polite and way over worked. She gets 5 stars. I wasn't happy with the Maid service though, I had to clean the apartment/ suite before we could use anything. If there are any women who have housekeeping experience and don't drink on the job, please go talk to Mary, she works too hard and there's no way she can pick up this much slack. Thank you so much Mary.

Decent price, sketchy neighborhood. Our room was nice, clean, and recently remodeled. My biggest issue was the smell. You know that industrial strength air freshener places use to mask other odors? (Probably cigarettes in this case? ) It smelled like that. Overwhelmingly. Leaving the windows open did nothing.

Stopping in to see a friend about a lcd screen and vaping techniques, the room numbers could have been better lit. But the rooms were nicely furnished, and the room temperature was very refreshing. Here in arizona, it's a must.

Been here since February, regrettably and have seen many things (some on a daily basis). Everything from bedbugs and the improper/incomplete eradication of them; as well as the police doing patrols sometimes 2&3 Times a day/night. I have even witnessed the police on foot, standing between the two buildings just listening (at almost 2am). I liken this place to an interactive tv. You can either sit back and watch or join in and become an active member. Our A. C. Went out yesterday at about 6pm and instead of having a maintenance man or a. C. Company come out to look at the central a. C. Unit, I was given a phone & told to make sure I returned it. I still can't believe the amount this place charges for rent! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I desperately wanting 2 weeks to hurry up so that I can get the hell out of this hotel. This place is a serious abomination to any kind of health code building code or any other code.

Do not stay here. These people are rude lying nasty and very violent. If you are late on rent and you tell them they will flip it on you and kick you out. The whole staff is on it. Don't trust anyone there period. They will all go thru your room your mail and steal. They should be shut down with out a doubt. Oners husband is peeping tom. They have bed bugs and roaches there. They will blame you for it. To much drug and bad activity there. Cops there 24/7! the owners need to be locked up for good along with the whole staff! stay away from this place! they also own colonade, some apts on main and power. Stay clear of these people.

Had no choice everywhere else was booked. Walked into a very smellie cigarette room. Beds are from 1970 — T. V. From 1960. T. V. Would not work with remote. Carpet has been there since they opened. Beds are on the floor, god forbid your 6 ft tall. Was woken up at least 7 times by people up stairs stomping. Water burned my husband while in shower, due to people next to us turning off their shower. Felt like I was being bit by bugs while I was sleeping. That was so creepy. All for a $104.00 Dollars.

When we opened the door to our room thwir was no bedspread and the furniture was moved about. The lady at the front desk apologized and said she would put us up in a condo down the road. These condos were seedy little apts where the sliding glass door didnt even lock. When we asked about getting a refund we were told that probably wasnt going to happen. We decided to go back to the main hotel and take our chances! We were given the same room with still no bedspread and we rearranged the furniture ourselves! The lamp bases were broken, lamp shades were nasty, TV remote was broken and did not work and we ran the hot water 2 minutes without getting hot water! Worst hotel experience of my life! I should have read the reviews first!

A real dump. We had a weeks reservations and couldn't leave. She would not refund any money. Called us liars when we complained. Do not stay here. Floors were filthy. You got your feet dirty walking on them. I'm not fussy, but this place was terrible.

This place was a dump! The first room I was given, I walked in, turned the lights on and roaches scattered like rats going after cheese. I went to get my money back and the lady in the office said no, there is no roaches in there and that her workers stay in there and called me a liar. She then gave me another room key so I went to that room and it was nasty also. Back door had no lock or anything for the slideing door, window wide open and unable to close it, dirty, sticky floors, no burner on the stove, run down, furniture broken, missing drawers and falling apart, an actual fire truck water hose, no towels, among many other issues and just nasty! The place should be written up for health code violations and shut down! Horrible place.

The Owner is very kind and professional. She gave us a couple discounts and made our other decisions not even worth looking at because the great price and the size of the place. People here are very friendly and the cleaning crews are also friendly and know the rules of the property to have it managed and operating at ease. I would highly recommend if you happen to need a quick stay. Its affordable and very spacious and offers comfort with tranquility! * * * * * :) Happy Customer!

By far the worst place we have ever stayed! All the bad reviews on here are true. Just wish we would have read them before we payed. Discusting filthy place.

Bed bugs cockroaches phone didnt work fridge didnt work I had cockroaches crawling on me they wouldnt give me a refund or switch my room and other people were in the office complaining about mold totally disgusted me.

Where to start? I get there after a very long day of traveling expecting my room to look like the picture they have posted on the website. WRONG! I open the door and the first thing that hits me is s horrible smell, then it gets worse. I walk into the kitchen and the fridge is leaning backwards, and against my better judgment I open the door. It wasn't cold however it was turned up all the way and the freezer had ice all over the walls. The stove was filthy and all the knobs were missing. I walk out and an overpowering smell of pot hits me. I go into the office and Mary tells me there are no refunds then sends me over to a "condo" she had and tells me I will love her forever. I figure let me give her a 2nd chance, waste of time! I get over there and it takes me 10 minutes to open the door. I walk in and there is a brick holding up the couch and very large roaches (3 inches or bigger) in the bedroom and living room. I call her and tell her this and she wants to put me in another unit, when I tell her my standards are higher than this she argues with me then hangs up. If you want to save yourself the hassle don't even think about going to this place.

Terrible! First of all, I became homeless and went to the Miles Motel the first night the light fixture in the bathroom was pouring water out of it I called the owner (Mary) and she gave me towels and a mop to clean it, And refused to move me to a new room, then my refrigerator is warm to warm to keep food or milk in I told Mary and she did nothing! These people dont refund your money no matter what! Mike the husband told me it was 255.00 a week and charged me 290.00 so beware Pay the extra money AVOID THE MILES MOTEL.

Stayed one night and things seemed fine. Dingy and rundown but OK for the price. 2nd night, bed bugs came out. Disgusting. Fled when we found them at 1am. Reported to the health department.

Its not the miles motel, its a trap. The owners are like hitler with mary running the joke. The colanade, the silver springs apt and the calusa trace apt all within 2miles of each other. All with bed bugs, but dont tell mary about the (shes related) she will kick you out with out your money. Make sure you take all your belongings when ever you leave or they will.

Don't come here! Me and my fiance got bedbugs for past few days from staying a night there. Worst customer service too.

Pulled into the motel. There was screaming going on with 2 men in the parking lot. Looked like a fight would break out. Looks like you will take your life in your hands. Went in the office and someone was complaining of bed bugs. I left.
