We show up well after check In time and still had wait 15 mins while they cleaned, go in and find a live roach in the bathroom they move us to the room next door. With hesitation we planned a 2 week stay, went to go pay for the 2nd week and they wanted us to pay $100 more than what they originally said. Go back to the room and find ANOTHER live roach twice the size of the first. Management was super rude and blamed her employee instead of taking responsibility for her poorly ran establishment. Discusting place and disgusting management! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The photos on the website are very misleading. We felt very unsafe in this location, there were people hanging outside our door all night long. The bed frame was broken and sticking out, the internet didn't work, the room was dirty, The fan didn't work, there were chips missing from the counter tops and cabinets, the comforter was stained.

Reserved room for 4 nights. Night 2 card keys wouldn't open room. Had to walk to lobby, wait, get card keys reactivated. Night 3, card keys wouldn't open room. Had to walk to lobby and get keys reactivated. Told desk manager would like keys that worked. She said for my safety they are deactivated each night. I told her she should have mentioned that when I checked in! I have neuropathy and husband has bad knee. Cant walk back and forth all the time. In town for my dads funeral. Stressed enough aa it is! pathetic. She told me they are deactivated for my security in case I lost them! they have hotel name on them. No room number! she doesn't even ask for my ID!

This has been a horrible stay since we arrived. We were here for 8 nights. We were ignored for 3 days when regularly requesting towels. We had 3 cats and they charged us $20/pet/night, and would not negotiate a lower rate claiming cleaning fees. (We wanted to stay for 2 weeks. ) Room smelled of smoke on entering (obviously didn't use cleaning fees after previous guest illegally smoked in room). We thought one of our cats was lost when housekeeping cleaned; later found said cat in a hole in the box spring mattress. Staff claimed our cats were not responsibility of staff, and did not communicate pets to housekeeping. Multiple items broken in room including: door lock, door handle, kitchen floor, unrepaired leak on bathroom wall, bathroom fan, mold in bathtub, burn marks on carpet, and holes in box spring mattresses. Most staff are extremely attentive to hotel policy (probably for fear of management or owner action), but are unresponsive to or dismiss our requests. Follow-up on our requests rarely happened. Website misrepresents attractions; only nearby attraction is Golfland Sunsplash, which is unlisted. Website advertises business center, but area for business center in lobby is empty. Avoid like the plague.

It says pet friendly but you will have to pay $10 a night for each pet you bring, you'll be charged $250 for each undisclosed animals if found. *$100 deposit can be done on credit card or cash (I would suggest cash) I left no damages to the room and I did get my return on the day of my check out. If you use a card it will of course take longer. *they say it is mandatory for the rooms to be cleaned every other day or you will be fined and asked to leave. *Pull opens at 6 a. M. And closes at 9 p. M. (there are no locks on the pool doors) *I would rate a 1-2 star for cleanliness *I would rate a 3 for graveyard customer service, a 1-2 for daytime customer service in the office. The cleaning men and women were extremely helpful kind and courteous. I give them a four-star. One of the gentleman even assisted us with the TV while he was cleaning. They always said good morning and smiled when we saw them and we're very polite to all of us. I honestly enjoyed them all. *No lights in or around the pool*Outdoor pool*Kitchen includes a frigerator with freezer and a stove and microwave and a sink. Cupboards and cabinets. No kitchenware, so bring your own plates or spatulas cups and bowls Etc… *AC takes awhile to kick on and cool any of the Suites but that's to be expected in the desert I suppose. *Infested with cockroach and miscellaneous bugs. Graveyard staff was polite in the office morning and evening staff was rude and disrespectful well disregarding the clear health issues at hand.

Add a guest for over 2 weeks iI beento say that the staff and management are all best of the bunch. Greeted every day with "good morning" from every employee I possess while taking my dog out. All that are dog lovers stop and give her pets and greetings. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Large bathrooms with single cup coffee makers, mini fridges and microwaves are great! I can't remember ever hearing the word 'no' as an answer from anyone on staff. On the short if things, I would recommend staying here if you need a place to stay.

Price for rooms are decent. Otherwise I would not suggest if you have a little family. The people who stay around seem like regulars. Men look at young ladies in an uncomfortable way! Plus the cleaning gals come in at a later time to give towels, which seems sketchy. They should of done it while cleaning the rooms!

Way too much activity at this place. Shady kind just so families are aware pick somewhere else. Rooms need updating and smell of cigarettes very strong!

The place was very dated, the staff were rude when we asked for extra towels, the room was super hot and we were told to provide our own fan. The kitchen was supposed to have utensils and it did not. The pool was super green with algae and we were told it was being cleaned and that they shocked it and should be ready by noon. They tried to charge us for 2 nights when we only stayed 1. They were trying to refuse a refund. The people staying there on a regular are not people you want a family around.

This place is a joke. The privately owned run down place charged us an arm and a leg for a filthy room. Then when I complained about it. The man proceeded to tell me that they don't issue refunds and that he was only the night audit. Which he lied… and so he said he could upgrade our room for $15 more. Which I should have walked then but we we're too tired to argue. Well the next room was just as filthy. It was disgusting to be honest. And when it was time to check out I asked for a lil more time and the guy said no and made us leave by 11. Very rudely I'm pretty sure he got mad because I complained about the filth. But oh well I will not ever stay again. The worst experience ever.

Front desk didn't care that we didn't have hot water. Plus no dishes or pots in the room which had a kitchen. Bogus parents night away.

No wi-if, no hot water. Moved to a smoking room — we all smell like an ashtray. No discount for services not delivered.

Room is renovated and clean. There's stove, fridge, microwave and no dishes, not even cups or plates. Bed is comfortable enough. Staff at checkup didn't have a clue about anything. Couldn't even unlock the door without serviceman. Our door access code was changed on second day. When we returned from nice walk through the Desert botanical gardens door wouldn't open. No apologies were offered. Otherwise location is good and price good. Just prepare yourself for surprises.

There is huge problem here 1) pool dirty 2) bed bugs 3) people rude and shady and 4) high prices decide before you rent these places. You dont want your family to suffer with bedbug bites.

Specifically the rudest, most insulting employees were Mona, Gracie, and breakfast attendant. I paid in full for two days, and in the morning when my husband went to get breakfast they questioned him. They had asked if he was staying there, he said yes, and yet they continued to question him. They ended up calling the police on him (for no reason other than he wouldn’t give them his room number, which he didn’t feel he needed to tell the breakfast attendant as she’s not even in uniform) and the cops came, checked his ID, and told him to have a great day because clearly he was a guest who was staying there and paid in full. Afterwards, not only was there NO apology by the employees, but when he asked their name (to report them to their manager obviously) Mona played dumb, repeating “I don’t understand” when she was the one questioning him earlier and in full and complete English. Then when he asked Gracie, who wasn’t even originally involved, she also played dumb and refused to give any info on who had given him improper treatment. It must be noted that we are not homeless nor drug users and usually stay at 5 star hotels yet due to the marathon in town we had to settle for this place: the hotel itself is just fine and clean and everything one could expect, yet these employees are horrendous and I would NEVER stay there again due to their rudeness and honestly idiocy and failure to exhibit basic manners (which is their job).

The room was just right for our needs. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great. I would stay there again.

Pretty cool place. Good location… Room is Good enough. A small 1brm apartment is a better description. WITH pool and Hot Tub… And close to everything… there is a noticeable hint of the Dark Side here. But it doesn't overpower your stay. " Dark Side"" means exactly what yu think it means… ALOHA.

A little tattered but comfortable, cheap, and pleasant staff.

For what we paid the room did it's job while visiting family. It's close to restaurants and centrally located. The rooms were dated, and I thought the cleanliness was questionable. The TV in the living room area didn't work at all. There TV in the bedroom was not set up correctly, so each time you turn it on you need to reset the programming. After three nights, it got kind of old. Breakfast was traditional Continental, again, not so hot.

Run down. Don't supply any pots or pans to cook so I don't know why you have a kitchen. Walls are thin. Wasn't the cleanest. Had a fan instead of air conditioner. Breakfast was very simple. Coffee and breads. Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing. Good cheap place to stay if you just need a place to stay for the night.

We arrived slightly early to check in, Jessica was super helpful let us check in early so we can make our event. So that was nice, we have a two room suite but the room to the right only has a fan no a. C. The bathroom could have been cleaner and I wouldn't waste your time with the "breakfast". The beds are very comfy and they have new tv's in every room.

Horrible service! I booked the whole month and on 3rd day the kicked me out saying someone else booked the room which is impossible cuz I had it booked. Also has no hot water.

The room was gross especially the floor and bath tub. My almost 2 year old had completely black feet from walking on the carpet. The beds we're not the greatest. The hide a bed was discusting. I didn't even want my kids sleeping on it but didn't really have a choice since there was no where else for them to sleep. Thebreakfast was a joke. Not worth eating. The pool and parking were the best part of the trip. The pool was nice and clean. The hot tub didn't work and tiles we're missing. Overall I would never stay there again. Especially for the price. You do not get your money's worth!

Management and owner leave much to be desired. Front desk staff are very pleasant and strive to be helpful. Customers should come first but my experience with the manager and the owner was horrible to say the least. After waiting in line at the check in desk for several minutes while the clerk assisted other customers, the owner interrupted me to find out from the desk clerk how many reservations he had for the weekend. Really? No, what can we help you with or an apology for interrupting. If I hadn't been in the middle of an already prepaid stay for multiple nights, I would have left and booked a room elsewhere. To make matters worse, management doesn't leave the clerks with sufficient supplies to accommodate the guests. I was visiting the front desk for a do not disturb placard for my door. The desk clerk couldn't provide me one, If none of this has alarmed you, the room was decent for the price. You get what you pay for. My room was clean and I felt safe staying here. Advice to the owner and the manager, your customers or potential customers come first.

Horrible! My sisters and I got there, room was hot! AC was not on, took forever to be a decent temp. AC is only in the living area, not bedroom. AC kept clicking and turning off, very annoying and frustrating. Decor is very outdated. Fridge was dirty. Carpet is nasty, one if my sister's feet was turning black. I had to sleep on the couch — do not use the pullout bed! Mattress was stained, had a ugly sheet, just disgusting. We told the front, lady was not apologetic and did not care. We also wanted a small get together at the pool with others, they did not try to understand or accommodate our needs. Price was cheap (my sister booked this place, not me) but do not stay here.

This hotel is running a scam discovered only after I booked a room, confirmed by the manager but then told I had to cancel the booked room and go online to fill out forms and extra procedures wasting precious time as an appointment was pending. The card wouldn't be refunded by Expedia for over 4 to 6 weeks if at all. Then charged again to hold the room as they don't take third party reservations and double charge the card weeks later in hopes the card holder won't see the extra second charge… Stay away. Police were called after I exposed the manager. He asked me to call the owner then renigged and would NOT allow me a chance to save my trip. Double dipping is the term, illegal no bur why advertise on over 20 online sites only to have every customer cancel and recharge.

The worst place to stay and spend ur money people better off going to AMERICA EXTENDED STAY AROUND THE CORNER! THE HOUSEKEEPER LADY CARMEN who thinks she the OWNER I FOUND OUT SHE WAS NOT! SHE STEALS ENTERD 3 OF OUR 4ROOMS WE RWNTED AND WENT SNOOPING INTO OUR PERSONAL THINGS WE CAUGHT HER ON OUR SELF CAMS THAT WE SET UP IN OUR ROOMS, they do not clean well at all they rip people off and take deposits for no reason. The pool was GREEN the place was really nice but never again THE PLACW HAS BAF COSTOMER SERVICE. Calina is very helpful nice and cortiouse as for carmen she is a thief!

Same rate as motel 6 but way nicer rooms, with refrigerator, micowave, coffee maker ect… Ok stayed next weekend this time they gave me a room with two rooms, TV room with kitchen plus bedroom, sounds good but bedroom had no AC so it's like 90deg. In there, all bad cuz it's az.

It could be worse, but I still would never stay again. For starters, the A/C had a strong smell of urine coming from it, and it wouldn't go away. The kitchen drawers didn't work, no one fixed it, even after we called the front desk. One of the housekeepers told us that the room hadn't been cleaned in a week when we had only been there for two days. This could've been a mistake, but it is still disgusting to think about the rooms not being cleaned before guests arrive. One of the rooms had be-be gun bullets in the wall, and the pull-out couch mattress was filthy. Lastly, the room that didn't have an A/C took hours to cool down, and still wasn't comfortable after three days. We called the front desk, and all they said was "It takes about five hours for that other room to cool down. " If you can find somewhere else to stay, I strongly advise you try to find somewhere other than here.

Worst experience at a hotel my family has ever had. Walked in the hotel room (myself, my spouse, and my 4 children). 2 room suite with a couch pullout and 2 queen beds in the other room. A/C was off. Cool and comfortable 90°+. Turned on ac and went out to dinner. 5 hours later we returned to find it still very hot. Slept on top of bedding because of the heat. Spoke to the graveyard employee in the office the next morning, he wrote my room number down and said we were one of five rooms that had complained about the ac not working. Went back that evening and spoke to the same graveyard shift employee and he responded with oh they haven't fixed it yet. Another horrible night's sleep. My spouse spoke to Mona the employee the next morning about having our money refunded and was told they couldn't do that. She contacted her manager and my wife spoke with her on the phone and then Mona told my wife that no record had been made about the ac when I talked to graveyard employee twice. We still haven't got our money back. Do not stay here. Price is cheap and for good reason.

Wouldn't recommend staying here as soon as I showed up it was a problem I told them we decided to go somewhere else when they wanted to charge us a 100.00 deposit an they wouldn't return my Id and debit card I asked politely over an over for my cards as soon as I said I was gonna report my card stolen they ran my credit card an proceeded to charge me for the room for around 100 for the night. Your hotel mist be in rough shape if charge someone when u don't want to stay at there hotel. After being polite and the 3 people in the front wouldn't give me my cards I started to get mad. I at least expected a half way decent room. When we walked in there were roaches on the kitchenette and around the headboard. I took pictures. Stay at your own risk u might leave with more than u came with.

Filthy! Our room was beyond disgusting! I don't even want to give it 1 star! I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned! Mildew stains in toilet. I had to ask them to clean room each day. But the only cleaning they really do is make the bed and empty garbage. I gave housekeeping a good tip to clean the toilet, which she did but not they well. I would have left hotel but I was with other family. My dads room was not as filthy as mine, but his TV didn't work. He told front desk but of course they never fixed it.
