It’s a good hotel but I don’t recommend staying near the elevator and having all the noise.

I would NEVER recommend this place! I booked through Expedia and less than 30min later I cancelled, Expedia called the Hilton and they assured the agent no cancellation fees would happen. They charged my card 95.00 the first night and 2 days later they charged my card another 108.00. After I called and they couldn't find a manager, Expedia called again and they refused to honor the no cancellation fees. This is horrible service! go elsewhere!

Beautiful pool, pet friendly. Stayed One Night in a comfortable bed. Beautiful hotel with a bar inside of it. The breakfast area is like a nice little restaurant. Spectacular views and very friendly staff. Decent priced room. The room and hotel were clean and actually smelled wonderful. The AC kicked in quite well and cooled the room quickly. I will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend staying on business or pleasure. They do have conference room and party rooms as well.

Great hotel. Beautiful atrium and my room was very spacious. Excellent spa shower. Nothing to complain about. Food at the restaurant was really good. Would stay here anytime work takes me to Mesa AZ.

Remodel is finally completed and the lobby looks wonderful. Front desk staff today must have had a bad day before I got there. Its summertime and temperatures and moods run hot. Box fans in guest rooms help circulate the best air the A/C can pump. Exec lounge very friendly and welcoming. Nice property when in high season. I don't give less than 4 stars.

We had our AC break down on the first 116 deg F day of the year and off we went to the only available place that would accept a dog at this particular time (7 pm) It is easy access to the 60, a great location. Several restaurants very close by (Long Horn Steak House, In and Out Burger, Red Lobster and a few more) Although they have food readily near this location the food at the Hilton was unbelievably exquisite! The breakfast was insanely delicious, in fact every meal was a ten for 9 full days! I can not say enough good about the chef, and "resident" restaurant inside the Hilton Mesa AZ. Even the house coffee was off the charts. Not to mention the service, the staff are always happy! Friendly, kind, and professional the whole time. I was able to do my water therapy in the pool and the water temp was perfect. As well as relax and let the water take the weight off. I have a horrible back and without saying a word they obviously noticed and assisted many times above and beyond their job. I did not meet one staff member who was not decent 100%. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a place to stay.

Easy to get to from the highway but get in the far right lane as the turn comes quickly. The hotel is an open design and very reasonably priced. The staff was attentive and helpful and put me in a good location. The elevators are glass and that is always fun. The breakfast was a bit expensive for my taste but I found several places around the hotel I could drive to in a few minutes.

⭐I did not stay the night at this hotel⭐ I attended a work event here, and everything was serviced by the hotel and their staff. We had the cleanest bathrooms, kind staff, fast service, knowledgeable bartenders, lovely atmosphere and decorating, helpful employees that afternoon even helping at the event, and they moved those chairs and tables around mega fast! Also? That food was DELICIOUS ❤️

The Hilton Mesa is conveniently located by the highway and easy to access. With plenty of parking, getting to our venue was a breeze. Inside the hotel was also nice. The hotel bar was comfortable and well priced. The actual venue was nice as well, with adequate space, comfortable seating, and attentive staff.

Friendly staff. Easy to get to and from the HWY. A few good restaurants near by. Lobby is nice as is the pool area. Didn’t give 5 Star only because a couple of the members in our large party had issues with the plumbing, one of which wasn’t fixable so they were moved into another room. Other than that it was a great experience. Almost forgot, the bar is located in an open area in the center of the lobby which makes it nice so that others in your party can see you a want to join in the party.

This Hilton was GORGEOUS. I travel quite a bit for work and not only was this Hilton surprisingly affordable, but I paid more for hotels that weren't as nice in other parts of Arizona. This place has a gorgeous lobby, and a bar with some local brews should that be the direction you want to go. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and the rooms were beautiful and modern. Next time I'm in Phoenix, I definitely plan on staying here again.

I went to this hotel when I was looking for a good place to stay for few days. My brother recommended me this hotel so I decided to come here. The place was very beautiful and the infrastructure was great. The whole staff was very amazing and they were very friendly with me.

They lost our Easter brunch reservation and stuck us in the contingental breakfast/coffee bar area. The maitre d was not apologetic, he was snippy and rude about it. I’ve been coming here for brunch for both Easter and Mother’s Day for over ten years and I will never visit again. You are paying for the beautiful atmosphere and ambience of the atrium and instead get stuck in the coffee bar? The Easter bunny didn’t even make his way over there. We were told there’s nothing we can do. We aren’t on the list abc we can sit in a booth or nothing. There were plenty of open tables available in that atrium. I was appalled at the complete lack of customer service. No effort was made whatsoever to remedy this for us. A very disappointing experience.

It was a nice hotel. The only reason I give it a 3.5 is because one day they forgot to clean the room. Other than that a Continental breakfast would be good.

Good business hotel. Clean property. Good breakfast. Good room service, staff is good, polite and fast. Not many options in room service menu. Was there for a couple of nights, on business trip. Not too many good restaurants near by.

Went for a beer in the early afternoon after playing a round of golf at the cheap course next door. Staff were friendly, but we had a tough go of it, since the glasses and liquor were locked up, and nobody could find the keys. Prices while not unreasonable, did consequently seem a bit steep for a beer in a plastic cup. I'm sure it would be better under more normal circumstances.

What a friendly and accommodating staff! The hotel is newly renovated and beautiful. The bar area is centered in the elegant atrium area of the hotel and is a great place for a quick drink or to meet clients. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed as one would expect in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel. Large rooms. Clean. The road noise was horrible. Stay on the opposite side if the highway. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Strange not having a T V in the bedroom. Only T V was in the living room area. Starbucks coffee shop was nice.

I've been visiting Mesa Hilton since it's Grand Opening, the New Remodeling looks Awesome. Staff is Friendly. This is my get away Favorite Hotel… You'll have a pleasant stay.

Elevators down, only one person working front desk, and digital key wouldn’t work. Decent rooms. Comfortable bed. Shower took long to warm.

This place to had a renovation done a bit and continue to renew. You look very well. The rooms too. You look very contemporary.

Layout is a little wierd but it is an older hotel. That said it has been kept up well. We were there for a work Christmas party and the service was very good. The food an drink was also good including prime rib dinner and a large variety of desserts. Didn't stay the night so can't say anything about the rooms or the rates. Would recommend overall.

Came for the weekend. Company Christmas party. Rooms super nice and clean My only complaint coffee pot was under the TV which was hard to use so I didn't have coffee and my view out my windows wasn't the best but it didnt matter. Servers were very attentive. Thank you so much.

While I did not stay overnight at the Hilton and only visited for a work event, it was a very pleasant time. The lobby of the hotel is clean and beautiful and the employees were very attentive and cleared the tables and served food very quickly. Would consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Went there with my choir to perform at a rotary club meeting. There was plenty of room for us to unload the bus and get set for the performance outside before entering. The room that we performed in is very accessible and easy to navigate.

Had a great visit and stay! There was construction and a wedding going on during my visit in July, but it was quiet and peaceful in my room. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This hotel is standard for Hilton excellence in cleanliness and service. It's spacious and comfortable in the room. We're staying in the original high rise side this time, it's been nicely updated and maintained. The only downside is that they're doing major renovation in the lobby by the resturant area, but it'll be great for the next visit.

Very bad check in experience. I know I was way early to check in, but got to hotel before noon, after traveling with a migraine headache, I stopped at hotel, and asked for any room avail, even if it was different from what I reserved. I was told check in was 4 pm and that was it. Then the girl said if something happened to come open she would text me, I felt like she was patronizing me at the time. With the headache, I did not fell like running around so I went across the street grabbed a sandwich. Came back to the hotel now 1:30 pm was told nothing was still available. I sat in the lobby on a sofa in view of the desk between the time I sat down and the day clerk (black girl named Tiara, I think) changed shift at 3 pm, she checked in about 7 people. She left her shift at 3. I walked up to the desk and asked another clerk if by any chance my room or any room was avail. And she said yes sir your room is ready. Got to my room, which was not any nicer than some Hampton inns. Had to call for a hair dyer the next am, as their was not one in the room. Not impressed with this Hilton at all.

This Hilton property is currently under renovation and the entrance and parking is blocked to the public starting at 5am until approximately 6pm everyday. The rooms are nicely furnished clean and the staff is outgoing and friendly. However many of the guest rooms are facing Arizona Highway 60 and the road house is extremely loud and annoying.

I will Never stay here again. Really bad experience for my brother and family. Free breakfast no. Decent food no. The bartender was awesome. The room was ok but the bathroom was bad. And my room key stopped working. Super 8 class place.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. It is a very clean hotel as every Hilton. Huge rooms with Very good mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is very decent and healthy. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel to a walking distance. Small pool for swimming, but cozy. The jacuzzi has no heater but due to the high temperatures in the zone the water is always a little more than warm. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff and the people of front were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this location to anybody in the future.

Had multiple issues with the room. Good news is that the staff remedied them all. Should have been right the first time but four stars for the fix.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and very pleased with the rooms and service here. We had a meeting here as well which went well. Their bar and restaurant was outstanding. The rate was very reasonable so highly. Very highly recommended.

Custom service is phenomenal. The rooms are extremely clean, well kept, and modern. The location is great — close enough to everything but yet not right in the middle of the business. Breakfast is so much more than your continental breakfast! Will definitely stay here again!

Staff is super nice, especially Deb, Marge, and Gloria. Accommodations are modern and clean. Easy access to highways. Food, ice cream, and bar in shopping center within walking distance. Restaurant and lounge at hotel are good too. Just wish they would bring back the m&ms in the lobby! They make a great snack after a long day at work. They have dog biscuits though.

Nice rooms with comfy beds and a friendly staff. Some issues: desk and housekeeping don't seem to communicate well. Had trouble getting in room coffee. Housekeeping of the rooms is spotty. You can spot the places they gloss over while cleaning. Seems the building needs a duct cleaning. Room smells musty when we walk in and it seems to be coming from the AC. Also, AC control leaves much to be desired. It's either arctic blast or off. Adjusting the temp seems to have no effect. Would stay again, but not at the $150/night this place advertises on the travel sites.

The rooms in the hotel are hot their solution was to send me water to refresh myself because of the heat in the room. Left my truck in the parking lot, and somebody cracked my windshield. The pool is extremely full by night and some kids were throwing food inside the pool which I think it's unacceptable.

A really great experience especially if you get the executive suit because you get access to the executive lounge which offers free breakfast, snacks, and drinks with a full bar! The bartender/room service attendant, Mark, is a super friendly and fun guy to talk with, too. Enjoyed a nice weekend and relaxed at the pool and jacuzzi. I will come here again! One thing that's got to change is the employee in the gift shop. Second thought, just close it and sell only the essentials at the front counter so you can put a real business in their with trained employees who are actually friendly like a Starbucks. Seriously, the gift shop is a joke. Please fix this!

Love Hilton and my Hilton rewards. This place is a bit older but fantastic staff, great price, and convenient location. Plan on an overnight get away a few times a year at this location.

It was a great location for all the things that we had planned. The room was amazing and services were fantastic.

I am only comment on the banquet room and food. Room was fine, food was terrible. Steak was extremely rare (practically raw), salmon was dry and overcooked, mashed potatoes were cold and hardened as if they'd been sitting awhile, carrots and broccoli flavorless. Very disappointing and I'd be mad if I was the person/ organization who planned and paid for the meal.

While this was likely an Embassy Suites in a former life, the current ownership has obviously brought it up to Hilton standards. While lacking in a few areas you would be used to in downtown or resort Hilton properties, overall the hotel is great. The real star is the HHonors lounge at this property, probably one of the better ones in the state.

Customer service was great and bartenders were very nice. Used the hot tubs, which were also great. Just there for business but overall a great stay.

My stay at Hilton Phoenix / Mesa was a pretty good experience. The room that I stayed in was nice, but I did find a Coors Light beer cap on the floor. Service was fine, the food was average. All together, my stay was pretty good.

An older ruff around the edges Hilton with friendly staff and free parking. Our regular king room was very spacious. I was concerned about noise from the freeway but our East (golf course) facing room had none. Things where clean and all electrical outlets worked properly. Plenty of free parking beside the hotel. However there was a bunch of small issues. The hotel itself is rather tired. Worn carpeting, chipped paint, etc. The water temp in the shower would not get hot, only warm. It also didn't drain properly so the tub filled up while showering. The TV didn't work, just displayed a garbled picture on every channel. The layout of the hotel is similar to an Embassy Suites and sound from the atrium was a bit loud at times. There was also a huge sign by the elevator in the lobby outlining the "code of conduct" for the hotel. "No Roughhousing, " "No Jumping, " "No Throwing. " It was kind of off-putting. I can only assume they usually have issues with rowdy guests here. While we saw plenty of family's none were roughhousing, jumping or throwing.

This was a very nice hotel. Wasn't impressed with the bar, as it didn't seem very inviting. The pool area was beautiful. The room was fantastic, as was the service. The only down side about the room: it faces the freeway. The sounds of traffic all night was annoying.

The bar area is very noisy sometimes and Debbie helped to move me to another room. The hotel is somehow worn out and needs attention.

Nice room, courteous staff. And they're pet-friendly (for a 1-time fee of $50). You don't often see hotels this nice allowing pets, but this one does.

The hotel was pretty awesome, the staff was very chill and down to earth. Typical price point. Rooms were what you should expect in a Hilton clean and fresh. The bar area was good. Food was good.
