Great location, friendly staff, wonderful service and good food.

No pool. Jacuzzi not working. Limit 1 item n drink for breakfast. Tv not working properly. Palm guys to cut at 6am. Never told us this when we booked.

The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the bed and bathroom was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the room coffee was excellent.

Great hotel. I teach here about every 2 months. Friendly staff and always professional!

Everything but so sad couldn't swim only bc it's under construction.

So best western has stepped it up. I needed a single room but on a budget and last minute and the lady who helped me found me the perfect room. It was obviously a room no one rents often due to it being smaller and so far back u feel secluded. Which is exactly what I needed. The rate was 80$ a night. U might think wow kinda pricey. Incorrect between there awesome breakfast above and beyond service in a beautiful room w/fridge and microwave. I will continue to bring my business here from now on. Thank you Staff and management for making a nightmare get away more like a resort staycation. ❤

The warm welcome by the staff and the cleanliness of the room as well as the freshness of the towels and bed linens. This was my second stay at a Best Western Plus and I am definitely planning on choosing them again when possible.

The customer service is Stellar, Housekeeping spot on! The amenities are plenty! Breakfast is fully supplied. 5 Seconds to the nearest interstate. Location… they're all the things you need in your own neighborhood. Of course we're returning we are repeat customer at this location for all the above reasons. Congratulations it's not everyday I get to brag about customer service and all the things that go with it. So thank you. But the biggest thing they remember my husband has a health condition and they always put us on the first floor nearest the door or the exit. Namaste.

Extra clean and great staff plus close to everything right off the freeway.

A decent hotel overall from service to the actual room itself, but much to be desired in terms of upkeep. On the surface our room was relatively clean with maybe 5 pieces of dog food strewn about, this location is pet friendly for a fee. Bathroom was clean but the toilet seat hinge was broken on one side making it difficult to use. Room service was mindful of our belongings and replaced anything that was out of place like towels and sheets. In the end, the hotel is as good as what you paid for so temper your expectations. I would recommend it if you're looking for a good hotel on a budget.

Beds were poor but stay was super. Great food, quiet, clean. Just drove cross country from S. Carolina and this by far best accommodations we had. People/staff were super. Great stay. Just need better beds.

Very nice hotel, room was nice clean and cozy. The pillows were so comfy. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good, although it didn't have fruit but it was still good. I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel for the price. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were hairs on the floor and in the tub when we arrived. The shower drain was also clogged with hair and was severely rusted. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they were quick to offer me another room to switch to. However, despite this, this hotel is a great find for the price!

Everything was fantastic. Last minute booking late at night. Jason at the counter was pleasant. There was an older gentleman who came in and wanted to chat, Jason had small talk with him while explaining the amenities of the hotel and how they would benefit him. Very professional, as a manager in customer service it's always nice to see someone with soft skills like his. Keep up the great work. Upon checkout my wife worked with a Jennifer or Jamie (I'm awful and can't remember) but she helped us out immensely. If our AC ever goes out again I'll stay here in a heartbeat!

The rooms were great, clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and superb. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had. They had eggs, sausage, biscuit/gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. The rate was fair for all of this compared to other hotels around the area. They also had outdoor pool and Wi-Fi if you need it.

When I arrived exhausted from traveling all day, the smiles at the front desk really made a difference. The staff were friendly and took care of everything for me. The room was very clean and the room cleaners did an awesome job making sure the room was ready when I returned to the room. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal for the kids and excellent coffee. Overall this hotel is a 10 in my mind. Super experience.

Nice clean hotel, quiet, the room service staff are eager to clean your room. Front desk staff are very happy to help where they can. Nice hot breakfast, they shut it down a little early. Pool outback, plenty of parking. Not real friendly to large vehicles though, right next to a major highway easy on and off. Microwave and refrigerator in rooms. Washer and dryer on first floor for guests. Elevator so easy access even for wheelchairs or other handicaps.

Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. Price was great too. The bathroom was clean, until the following morning, when I was getting in the shower, I saw hair stuck in the drain. I informed the front desk and they stated they would inform the housekeeper. Not sure if they cleaned it, because they put in a stopper. The housekeeper also forgot to leave us clean washcloths and did not sweep the bathroom floor on our second day. Overall, it was a nice stay, with a good breakfast (could use some fresh fruit). I would stay there again.

Fairly priced for a conveniently located hotel right off the 60. There is a very large bizarre stain in our room so I wouldn't call this place updated or modern, but the beds were comfy and the room was as quiet as the average hotel. I paid $10 more in Phoenix for a much newer hotel which looked cleaner but there was a roach there, so technically the Best Western plus is cleaner despite the obvious stain in the carpet and outdated furniture. I was also unimpressed with being told it would cost $25 to check in 2 hours early when the room rate is $65. As a BW member I'd expect a free early check in if the room is available, not to be charged nearly half the rate for 2 extra hours. The pool was also very cold, clearly it's not heated which I know isn't needed in the summer but it's May 1st, why can't it be heated in the off Months?

Excellent location just off highway at Gilbert Rd. Wonderfully cheerful, informative reception desk staff. Well organized housekeeping staff. Attractive breakfast area but additional table space needed for high volume (e. G. Saturdays when sports teams or other groups are registered) mornings. Good closet space in rooms, lighting good, bathrooms excellent but be aware slippery tub surfaces. Very attrractive pool area with tables and chairs.

Great hotel and great staff. Pet friendly too. The front desk staff has been super helpful during our stay and the cleaning staff is very friendly and efficient. They even asked if we wanted them to vacuum since they knew we had a cat in the room. Definitely recommend if you are in the Mesa area.

Checking was easy and quick. They bent over backwards to accomate all of our requests. Housekeeping staff were so nice. Breakfasts were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Very friendly and courteous staff. Staff accommodated for us to check in at 12. Which saved us a couple of hours roaming around the city. Great place.

It looks like a hospital from the outside and it's in a strip mall but once your inside it was great. Clean and comfy rooms. We had two adjoining ones so that was nice for our group. Staff was nice and helpful with directions around the area.

I stayed at two BW "Plus" hotels during this visit to Arizona (Mesa and Tucson). Compared to our experience at the Tucson location, this one palls in comfort, appearance and dining area for breakfast. My initial request for a quiet room away from the elevator (shaft) was ignored but we were able to change it. The initial room assigned reeked of cigarette odor in addition to be its location next to an elevator. The overall value is not there compared to our second experience at the Tucson Plus hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to someone seeking a pleasant and comforting accommodation.

We stayed here twice within 3 weeks for 5 nights and 4 nights each time. We had to fly in from Chicago after my mom went into hospice and then afterwards. We were able to get a room easily, and their bereavement price. They were very nice and helpful. They also serve a large hot breakfast buffet every morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at best Western mesa plus. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. And Tomiko was very helpful with bringing us our towels and shampoo in a timely manner. Our room was very clean. And Christine was very nice to us also.

My son and I had moved to Arizona and stayed here for a week and a half until our apt was ready. Truthfully, I really loved staying here of all the Best Westerns. I drove from Ohio to Arizona, only staying at Best Westerns. This one, was the best of them all in cleanliness. It was quiet. The pool area is absolutely Beautiful! Staff was very accommodating and helpful as they knew we were gonna be there awhile. And the inside decor was beautiful as well. 5 stars easy from me ☺

This was our least favorite of 4 Best Western used during our recent week in AZ. The gentleman at check in did not give to us our welcome bag as platinum members. The light above the chair in our room didn't work. The entire outlet was dead, so our room was quite dark. We tried to get an upgrade, but nothing was available. Breakfast is served in the lobby and it was crowded. We sat at the high counter along the window. The seats were hard to get up on. I am vertically challenged. The gentleman who checked us out was smiley, friendly, concerned about our stay and professional.

Delicious breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. They had the most comfortable beds and supply multiple pillows which makes it that much more comfortable. Outdoor pool left a bit to be desired but still quaint and was a lovely spot for our morning coffee. Location wasnt anything special but still near everything. Overall it was a very pleasant 6 day stay.

Excellent service and hospitality.

Convenient location although it was hard to find. There was no signage on the road and the hotel is located amidst mall area. The rooms were comfy but very small. I would not recommend for more than a night or two.

We stayed here for 3 nights, with 2 rooms. One room didn't have a remote for the TV. We requested one and they never responded. Also, it looked like they had just done some repairs in the bathroom of one of the rooms before we got there, and it was never cleaned after the repairs were completed. It was still very dirty with the dust etc. From the work. The second room was better, but when we got there, there weren't enough towels in the bathroom for the 3 of us, and the next day the cleaning people didn't clean the room at all. When we brought it to the management's attention, they did get it cleaned, but took the towels and soap and didn't leave any new ones so we had to call them again for towels, etc. The staff did respond quickly, but the fact that we always had to call to get the towels, etc. Was annoying. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.

Good location. Small rooms need to be upgraded. Rude front desk staff. Hot tub out of service for our 3 day stay. When young man with red hair at front desk advised of issue. His response was, " oh really! Then he actually said, hey why I don't I give you $20.00, And just call it even! Not only to my self but also to other guests. After 3 days on the morning we checked out . They finally posted hot tub out of service. Great job!?. Best to look else where. No longer a Best Western customer!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a Best Western Diamond member we were fortunate enough to get upgraded to a King Mini Suite. The room was very large, clean and had all the amenities one needs. Breakfast was very good. The most important to me was the comfort of the bed and pillows. I had great sleeps. We love Best Western.

Great stay! I was in and out fast however check in was smooth as well as checkout. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well stocked with all the amenities you Need! Forget a toothbrush? No problem, the staff helped me out with toothpaste AND toothbrush! Highly recommended to everyone!

It is an awesome hotel, I would recommend it to anyone. I had great experiences with this hotel. It has big closets and big bathrooms. There's a lot of room in the room. There is really good cable. The people are nice. There is a great view no matter what side your on of the hotel.

The check in/out process was very easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when staying at a hotel.

We stayed 4 nights. Good breakfast, nice big room with 2 king beds. Nice pool but need to fix the key card getting back inside from the pool area. Otherwise it was a nice stay!

Nice hotel shout out to the receptionist the ground floor is the place to be. Ive Stayed here twice now. Jake the night time receptionist is lovely as can be and always helpful and accommodating the pool is typically warm and enjoyable the rooms are spacious and clean. Wonderful experiences both weekends I've experienced here with a bar in direct adjacency.

First trip needing pet-friendly accommodations, definitely recommend this hotel for such. Location afforded easy access to everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Every employee we dealt with was great. No complaints, definitely will stay here again.

A short, local stay while our air conditioning was out. The rooms were clean and cooled well. Busy area and parking lot. Feels more like a city hotel than a resort. Close drive to water park, shopping, movie theaters, etc. But no desert views or mountains out any of the windows. Great, free full breakfast with hash browns, waffles, fruit, and more. Allow up to 80 lbs. Dogs to stay with extra fee! Which I think is unusual. Even when ours barked it wasn't loud next door. Our bathroom seemed to be cleaned but towels were not restocked and the toilet seat was still up. Not a big deal. They say they have toiletries and to call front desk if you need anything. They did not have tooth paste though. Overall, a comfortable stay away from home for kids, adults, and dogs alike. Would be good for families with younger kids who want an affordable stay in an area with lots to see and do.

Great service with a decent breakfast. Rooms are clean and the AC is cold. My room had 2 very comfortable queen beds with plenty of pillows, a microwave, 40" flat screen, and a fridge. Bathrooms were clean and tidy and they left out plenty of towels for us. Wish we had some filtered water around! Overall our stay was great and a great price! An affordable and pleasant staycation.

An absolutely fantastic value. Property is very well kept, inside and out. Breakfast is generous and always fresh. Best of all, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The General Manager came to greet everyone during breakfast and obviously cares about the happiness of the guests. Our compliments to each and every team member for making our stay so great!

Our room had a leak in the ceiling hence a wet spot on the carpet. Something sharp outside of the bathroom door stabbed my husband and I in the foot. There was a creepy hand print in the wall near the window. The breakfast buffet and pool were very nice. Upon checkout we told the front desk about the problems with our room and he told us he didn't know why they put us in that room, "it's the last resort room". He gave us a $10 gift card for Cold Stone Creamery…

The manager, Mr. CHRIS was great from the point we walked in the door. Greeted with a smile. He continuously asked if we needed anything. He made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Mesa. The manager, Chris Schilt.
Was not only great with people but he worked in ever area from management to housekeeping. A couple wanted to set at a table for breakfast and the another couple had left the table dirty, he cleaned the table. Then he saw the trash can was filled and the other staff was, he emptied the trash. Best Western need more like Chris Schilt. My family and I travel alot and this was tne best hotel stay we ever had. We will be back.
Oh. Can not forget about the wonderful young lady at the front desk, Kiana. Aways having a beautiful smile on her face. Anything we asked for, she made sure we got it right ways.

Our stay here was amazing. Front seat receptionist were very polite and helpful. And our room was wonderful. Housekeeping was very nice as well and did an amazing job every day.

This was a good hotel for anyone looking for a cheap room in Mesa. There are lots of rooms so it is a great place to stay. It is close to a ton of great shopping and restaurants. The rooms were always clean and very nice. The pool area was under construction while we were there and we got woke up to a jack hammer going off every morning at 8 a. M. Which was a little annoying that they started so early. The breakfast was really good and they had hot and cold options so it was nice to have variety aside from the normal continental breakfasts other hotels generally offer.

The experience was OK for a one nighter. The 2nd floor has carpet missing as soon as you get out of the elevator, the pool they show in the main picture for this hotel is being demolished and has tractors parked next to it. The front desk worker claims they told all the online sites about the pool being torn out, but I haven't found any evidence of this claim yet or I would have booked a room somewhere else. The "cable" TV is mostly just a bunch of local channels. But I did find HBO… The breakfast was good though. Like I said, it was OK for one night, but I would have been very disappointed if I booked an extended stay and wanted to swim.

The list of amenities says that their are kitchens in every room. That is not true. They are just normal rooms And the television just has basic channels. No History or Discovery even at a minimum. That is pretty unusual. The rooms look decent though.

Last year in October at company book us a room for us when we're in town processing for a new store the rooms are amazing and the service are great too.

So I have driven by this place and have never noticed it. I booked through Expedia and got a pretty good deal. The lobby is beautiful, very clean and smells nice. Free coffee all day. The room was very quiet, on the top floor and super super clean. The king bed was soft, the sheets were a high thread count and the pillows were just right. But what was the highlight of my stay, was the sausage gravy and biscuits… very delicious. Overall, super pleased and will be staying here again when I come back to town.

The room and ammenities were great. Customer service in the lobby needs education and when you grant a late check out don't knock on the door every 30 minutes.

Marriot Rewards member. My fourth time staying at this hotel. Usually very good. Stayed 3 nights in room 331. Heater ran away during the night up to 80 degrees. No TP or tissue refill by chamber maid. Massive party until 3 AM on 2/4 in room next door. Front desk called my room at 1AM asking me to keep it down. Must have been 20 kids running up and down the halls and banging on doors. Great breakfast and Wi-Fi. Restaurant/bar next door is really convenient. Good burger and wings for sure.
