The hotel is not very, the worst thing is that they are introduced cockroaches. I brought home a cockroach, it's good that in time it was discovered and destroyed.

This hotel does not deserve these stars, No Wi-Fii in the room, the rooms are unclean and small, view from room is terible all what can you see is trash. Staff is so unfriendly and they don't know to speak english, breakfast is so bad and unhealthy.

The feeling is twofold: 1. Located very convenient, the old part of the city-in the middle of the shopping district, close to tram stops, walking to Ayia Sofia 15 minutes…
2. The staff tries to please, polite and smiling. But somehow dirty and do not see the effort to keep your hotel in proper condition. As if waiting for something, whether the repair is a dismissal.

Very nice hotel. Cleanliness in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the morning breakfast is the kitchen Razgnobraznaja bravely what dushhe like. I bet five.
The hotel is in the center of Laleli it is very convenient everything is close by.

Good location. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

I loved Aspen. My room was spacious and always clean. Kitchen staff were my favourite s. They made my stay there extra special. I was always dining alone so they used to send special treats from the kitchen. I definitely will stay there whenever I'm in Istanbul which is 6-8 times annually. Aspen is my new favorite hotel. Its central, safe and clean. Staff always go out of their way to assist. My no1 hotel.

Sorry Aspen hotel. Rooms are very small. Not comfy. The greatest thing was "Crazy chef Haten" on breakfast. He added a beautiful atmosphere at the restaurant.

Bad internet, no visitors go up-stairs, small rooms, small TV, room card wasn't working, boiler not working, finally, the elevator goes automatically to 7th floor then goes to your floor.

Not good hotel to stay, Rooms too congested & lots of traffic noise around. Daily Breakfast same, no variety.

Nice hotel with an amazing staff and breakfast service.

Initially asked for non smoking rooms with a double bed and single bed. They gave us a smoking room and two single beds instead for three peopke. Made several complaints and finally got the room we asked for. That night we realised they only have us single blankets which was not pleasant at that time. The swimming pool is open from noon till 6pm for free. After six you have to pay for the swimming pool. Also the sauna is not free… The assistants are somewhat helpful but you have to be quite demanding to get what you asked for. The hotel is situated near local transport (metro, buses and tram) and some decent restaurants (pasa doner which we ate for breakfast, lunch dinner and then breakfast again XD).

Not what I expected. Unfriendly staff and they talk to you while taking to others which looks unprofessional.

Good hotel near train and subway stations. Good breakfast. A lot of shops arround.

Good, but not great. Things I liked:pool, location and view. Thinks I don't like:Numbers, service. Food was great! (not like in antalya BUT GOOD) This hotel is four star rated but I would gave 3 stars for it. One more thing Next to it is famous shopping center. (i 'don't really care how it was called) AGAIN VERY POOR SERVICE!

Located in the "English" quarter in the Centre of Istanbul. Near many shops, mainly wholesale. The hotel Jaco Parrot lives. Rooms are small, the view from our was spooky, but pure. Breakfast is quite acceptable, and the restaurant is located on the roof with views of the city and the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is available in the public domain no.

When they came, the room was not ready. Came to expect.

Having read the reviews online, I was shocked. But the choice was small. Most travel agencies in Minsk (Belarus) suggested tours for 6 days in Aspen hotels, Erden or Grand Ons. The reviews are all were, to put it mildly frightening. We were in Aspen. At the reception there is a sign on which proudly flaunt 4 (! ) stars (which is obviously overestimated, but by the standards of the Istanbul solid three star all the same you can give) and price per day for 2-bedded room 200 (! ) the Euro. I. E. If people come by and ask for the room with them require unrealistic money. Our tour cost 500 dollars per person for 6 days together with the flight (it cost the 360). It turns out, taking into account deductions for the meeting party, somewhere 50-60 dollars per day for a double room. Now about impressions. At the reception hardly speak Russian (know a few common phrases) and even less English. So if you need to find out the information (how to get there, or book a tour), you have to speak Russian-English and use gestures. But this is the only minus of service. The Turks are very friendly, and helped things drag on the bus during the eviction, kind. Problem with it was not. Small room 603 on the 6th floor. Clean, plasma TV on the wall (on the 1st Russian channel ORT), two twin beds, recently made repairs in the toilet repair (bath with shower, washbasin and toilet). Although I have to admit, after taking a shower, even with closed the leafs, a little water flowed near the toilet.
