Baaad experience… we needed help from police … never go there! Surprised at all positive reviews!
Vey bad experience with this Hotel’s Staff and management. They falsley advertised on their website that they offer Spa, massage, sauna. These features I learned have not been working for some time but the hotel failed to disclose this information on the website. I canceled my booking the same day and the hotel still charged my credit card as if I stayed there and is ignoring all my calls and emails! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for false advertisement and fraud! Please do not use this hotel for your stay. They are very unethical and have very poor customer service!

The hotel itself is nice. Food is great, rooftop terrace is great, location is great. But there is a big minus: Absolutely everything can be heard from the neighbouring room! Your neighbours can make or break your stay. We are unfortunate to have had 2 groups of very very noisy and ignorant people in the duration of our stay who were smoking and rowdy in the room next us. Nights are impossible to sleep.
