Thin and slightly dirty walls are the only real minus of this place.
Beautiful views from the windows overlooking the sea, hearty breakfast buffet, cleaning the room every 2 days without a reminder, helpful staff and a wonderful location are undeniable pluses. Well, of course the price.

The first day we arrived from Toronto, our taxi driver tried to take more money from us because we didn't speak Turkish, but the co-owner Ramzan — who was there to greet us — stepped in to help us. We knew we'd be in good hands! Ramzan and his co-owner lent us the tramway pass, taught us how to use it and how to navigate around. They gave us the room at the very top, and it was very clean and comfortable. What a stunning view we'd wake up to, and a delicious, fresh breakfast every single morning, prepared by the sweet worker. They were always there to answer any questions, and to help us with whatever we needed (even to weigh our suitcases manually and bring them down the stairs! ). Seatanbul is minutes away, by foot, from the major mosques, bazaars, restaurants, busses and tramway. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. If we go back to Istanbul, we will definitely book with Seatanbul, God willing!

I went to this it is better to be safe than the scanned copies to this it is not in the previous two seasons and to develop the just concluded that the departure date to be safe than the known hotels and within few minutes walk from the blue mosque and leave them with the shuttle this afternoon helpful building in which you can make all your shopping and you can get all the services required for a few minutes to be.

Very good hotel, the people who work are very nice and warm, the location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to all the historical and tourist places (Blue Mosque, Saint Sofie, Eminönü, Grand Bazaar…). The view of the sea on waking up in the morning is the icing on the cake.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! This hotel has been the worst experience with accommodation ever! After check in, we found out, the room had been in the different building and it absolutely hadn’t corespondated to pictures and information showed in the reservation app. The building was few minutes walking from the reception, there was no “Hotel sign” and the access there was really unconfortable. We were shocked by what came after. The room was dirty and smelly, even so was bathroom and toilet. According to the pictures, we booked a room with a view, balcony, clean and in totally different quality.
We asked a hotel service for a solution, to give us a room we had booked. Their answear was, they are fully booked and there is not a better room to stay in. They said, that the mistake was on Agoda’s side, because Agoda had provided inappropriate pictures and informartion about the room. They also said, they were not able to cancel the reservation made via Agoda.
The room was that horrible, that we refused to stay there and booked another hotel.

It's not a hotel. Just an inn. Very small old rooms. Torn blankets. Beside a shop full of sleepers. I don't like it at all Disgusting.

I really enjoyed to stay in this apart the stuff are friendly price is affordable area is close to heart of Istanbul breakfast is delicious I don’t need to say anything all I say come and live your life thanks again.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel. It's great place with very good location. Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and most of other beautiful sites to visit while in Istanbull are just around 10 min walk from hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and they are very helpful, specially if you need organised tour they can arrange it for you. There is restaurant in hotel with good food and it's great place for Turkish coffee as well. Also there is small market available just next to hotel. I enjoyed my time staying there and I recommend it to everyone.

Good view for some rooms. Rooms require refurbishment and good cleaning. There is a restaurant close to the apartment called "Marbella Cafe and Restaurant" avoid it and never go there.

A very bad place, old and not comfortable, no suitable reception, beside railway, only good thing is the price which was expected.

Great value for money! Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend them to anyone. We have already booked to stay again soon.

There is a teraace avalaıble whıch ıs whıth full Marmara sea vıew, you can enjoy your tıme there whıth your frıends well, and the breakfast you have on terrace allso whıch ıs ıncredıble
. Anytıme someone there and ready to help for anytıme, and the locatıon is great as well, close by center and near by all hıstorıcal places,
… you all ll be wecomıng there, and there ıs jus not hotel, there you ll feell you are at your home not hotel, you ll be relax and confortable cause,
jus any guestıon you ll have anytıme you can contact from phone or maıl,

I love the place. Very kind and helpfull staff, very good location and the room is quite good. Highly recommend.

I just can say it´s PERFECT! The staff is incredible, they help us so much with some troubles, everything is super clean, breaksfast is excellent, its very close to the center you can go walking. When I come back to Estambul (because i´m going to come back) I will stay here again! No doubt!

Excellent,,,, staff are friendly and welcoming, clean rooms, just ask and and they will accommodate you, trips booked, airport transport booked, restaurant staff two doors away, menu excellent and reasonably priced offering guests a 10 per cent discount, shop next door, sea views available, good healthy turkish breakfast offered, we borrowed the turkish tram line card to receive discounts on destinations, Ramazan and his Staff are second to none … will be back for sure :) Highly Recommended :)
