Really friendly staff, excellent food, really good atmosphere, clean as a whistle and there's even a beauty spa on site with superb staff 5 stars.

Most exquisite resort that encorparates everything. The restaurant food is always fresh large choice of foods and drinks. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere. The yoga is the best on the island with a range of the top class teachers in Thailand here. Great Lil spa onsite with a large range of treatments available and the owner and staff cannot help you enough I think this is the best all round place on samui.

I absolutely loved my two weeks at Visit Natural Detox Resort, so much that I wanted to stay another week. Amazing group of people over the two weeks to spend my days with. Delicious and nutritious food from the cafe, always keeping me full and energised for the workouts. The resort isn’t super strict so I felt like I was having a holiday while working my butt off. Highly recommend this place.

A cosy resort where you feel welcomed and at home from day one. Lander and his team of instructors and staff are awesome and keep you motivated to progress and enjoy every moment of your stay with them. I will miss the morning cardio nature walks with Lander and Rosa, the wonderful yoga classes with YaYa, Anne and Michael, the grueling cardio work outs with Delores, the boxing at the boxing school next door and the self defense with Steve! The beautiful pool and garden, the wonderful restaurant with its inspiringly delicous and healthy food and the great team of wonderful women working at the resort! Thank you all for a moment to tresor, a reboot for a healthier life!

Natural detox resort is a Great place when you are in need of a radical change! Three times a day activities And sports combined with the detox menu is a blessing for both body And mind. I stayer for two weeks And loved every minute of it. Got back into the habit of sports again, lost quite a few kilo’s And feel amazing.
Next to that Lander And the staff are Great. They are always there to help And advise you. On training, food or what to do on the island. They bring the Great positieve vibes that completes the stay ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just moved to Koh Samui four months ago. Ladies, you know how difficult it is to find your next favourite salon — — well, this decision is easy! Just got a cut and colour from Carla and Om, and it's fabulous! First rate all the way. I highly recommend the service to anyone — regardless of how picky you might be about your hair!

Comes highly recommended by me! Lander and his team are supportive in every way possible. If your thinking of doing a detox including fitness with yoga thrown in, this is the place. All levels of fitness were welcomed as I had a back issue before arriving and was unable to do certain things but that was not a problem as there was always an alternative! Great results! At 61 years of age this what my overweight and lethargic body needed to get back on track to new beginnings.

Clean rooms, nice pool very tasty but a little expensive food. Just a short walk to the beach. The area to do yoga / exersize is great and the staff are super friendly. The muay Thai gym next door is quite loud sometimes.

I am so exited to have completed my first detox. The results are astonishing! I strongly recommened this place. Everything is awesome: the people, the other guess, the classes, the food … I want to go back!

Original planned to stay 3 nights but ended up staying a whole week. People are super friendly, the teachers are very professional and one of the best I encountered and the food is delicious and healthy. Will definitely stay there again if I ever return to lamai.

Excellent map, vegan dishes, organic coffee, extra fresh products, and a very friendly staff. Personally I did not stay at their hotel but I frequented their coffee every day and it is really a place that I recommend so well on you are adept of vegetarian dishes and even if it is not the case, try!

The room was very clean and the bed was very good. Very basic bathroom without soap. Hosting is absent at night and if we have a key problem we are delivered to ourselves. Nice pool Friendly staff except the Audie Treasurer so bad value for money. Too expensive for the service and Thailand. Go your way.

I visited the resort over Christmas 2017 with my fiance. The resort was lovely. We stayed in the cute little bungalow by the pool and found it very comfortable. The training was exemplary and the food was delicious. We both seen results and felt great. The trainers were first class and accommodated all levels and abilities from around the world. We only spent 2 weeks there but if I was to book again I would book for 3 or 4 for better results. If you're undecided — take my advice and BOOK IT.

Awesome experience. I booked for 4 weeks and ended up staying just over 5. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and helpful from Caroline & Billy the trainers to Nok and the rest of the resort staff, it feels like a big family and I felt very welcomed here! I signed up as I wanted to start enjoying exercise again after a few years out of it. It was the perfect decision, the morning cardio is varied and fun, from awesome hikes to long swims and cycles around the island. Yoga was the perfect relaxation every morning to stretch the body and be ready for afternoon strength and conditioning! The way that the program is structured is incredible in terms of making sure everybody is pushed to their own max with no one feeling like they can’t keep up. Caroline makes sure that everyone is doing the best suited activity for their own abilities. Also the flexibility of the program is great and so personalized, I was able to join Billy for some longer swims once I mentioned I was a fan of swimming and I really really enjoyed those! The resort itself is so comfortable and relaxing with spacious rooms (that were serviced daily which is a bonus I didn’t expect), fresh water delivered to your room daily, great healthy food and flexible menu on site, massage and laundry just outside the door. This made it really easy to focus on the exercise as everything else was taking care of you just needed to show up! Fabulous exoerience and good value for money, I will definitely be back!

Spent almost 4 months at Visit. Best decision I could ever make to lose weight and get back into shape. Have become addicted to running! Wonderful staff and great trainers. Amazing path to self-discovery. A special thanks to Caroline for motivating me and teaching me to run! I will miss our beautiful yoga teachers, the blueberry smoothie bowls, the early morning 8km jungle run, racing in the pool and of course Lom the kitten. Thank you.

I came to Visit in June/July of 2017. And I cannot say enough good things about this resort and the fitness program. The resort itself is wonderful, clean well-sized rooms, beautiful pool, yoga space, an on-site healthy food cafe, and wonderful service from every single staff member. I came to the resort to detox and get my health and fitness back on track. In three short weeks I was able to lose 16 lbs. I felt better than I have in years, had energy to spare, felt more confident in myself, and felt like I could take on the world. When I came home I continued what I learned at the resort and I'm already down another 12 lbs. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and excited to help you accomplish your goals. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it!

Life changing experience. I reached all my goals I wanted in my 4 weeks Triathlon program and even more. At the end I realized that it's not only a training which leads me to reach it, but mainly an amazing people which you'll have an opportunity to meet there. Highly recommend!

I Loved every minute of my stay in the visit natural resort. Great coaches, great atmosphere yoga and strength classes everyday and morning workout this is what I was looking for to come out of comfort zone, I trained here for 4 weeks and it changed me I lost 10kg I am very pleased great healthy food in wild tribe restaurant in resort gonna miss that too I am a different person now I would surely recommend lamai fitness visit natural resort, Going back for sure :) this place is magical. No matter what your reasoning is to come here, it will exceed your expectations! I am so happy I got to train in lamai fitness and meet such remarkable individuals. It was a fitness holiday.

Great place to kickstart your health and fitness goals or get you back on track. The trainers, staff, and fellow travelers that you meet make the experience here one to remember. The café has wonderful food that is both delicious and healthy, and the gym sessions with Billy and Caroline will push you to your limits (in a good way). I always felt accomplished when I walked out of a session. Come here, eat clean, and give the workouts your all and I promise you will feel — and look — your best!

I had the pleasure to spend a good few weeks here at the beginning of the year. What an absolute gem of a place. I loved my bungalow (superior), and the wild tribe cafe. Food is awesome, so so tasty and so healthy. My favourite activity was the weekly Buddha Hike and meeting so many really really lovely people, especially Caroline and Billy. The fitness training far surpasses any other weight loss camp I've visited. This is hard work but fast results! Running, hiking, circuits, yoga. There is a real sense of community at this initiate resort and by far the best food and training in the area! I can't wait to come back later in the year. If you're looking to meet like minded friendly people of all ages, backgrounds and sizes with a goal to support each other in reaching for an improved lifestyle and fast fitness/weight loss results, this is your place! Also the fabulous lamai beach is literally a 2 min walk. See you again soon visit x.

I had an amazing time here — initially only signed up to two weeks, I ended up extending my stay as I enjoyed myself so much! I joined with an aim to gain mental and physical strength rather than lose weight — and this was the perfect supportive environment in which to achieve those goals. I left the camp with a better body and my mind in a much better headspace after having broken down physical barriers and achieved things I never thought possible despite suffering with a chronic illness… I’ve been raving about this place to everyone since getting back and will definitely be back myself in the future. Great place to re balance and focus on yourself. Loved my time in Samui. Everyone is supportive and lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for some 'me' time.
