Beautifull place! Must be here!

Not a bad place to stay for a week being next to the beach and sea although sadly the whole area is starting to look a bit tired and dated!

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very fresh, maybe recently there was a renovation. Good location, first line right on the sea. Not high prices.

Lovely place to stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean with air conditioning. Great pool and amazing beach f long beach frontage. The bar is reasonable at 120 baht for a cocktail. Location is perfect. Short walk of 300m and you are in the heart of the action on the main road of Lamai by MacDonalds, the night food market, GoGo bars and kick boxing.

Staff very friendly and small care. The breakfast served by the sea almost the feet in the sand, pure happiness. Clean rooms. Close to the center without noise.

Great place, clean and frendly, quiet and close to beach and bars. Gym if you want. Large safety boxes and Wi-Fi. Will be back there christmas.

Nice hotel in a quiet environment. Very nice stuff, flexible (if you like to extend your stay) and always helpful. Hotel is near to the beach, where are some restaurants also available. I would recommend the "Bamboo". There is breakfast available, as also it's good for lunch, dinner and just for some drinks. Tables directly on the beach will be available in the evening in addition to the seats in the restaurant.

4 stars and the 2 reasons why will come first No elevator. Not a big deal as its 2 stories tall but on hot humid days it would have been nice The balcony doors its like they are missing rubber or not fit right there was a small gap between the doors. That being said I found no bugs in the rooms Now for the good Massive size room and bathroom. Nice balcony. Wifi was iffy but worked most of the time. Cleaners came by everyday offering to clean the room and provide extra water Tv was good a bit small. The only reason I watched so much TV was because I had a stomach bug (i had before I arrived) Friendly staff. Smiles all around. Could hear and see the beach. I never got down to it but only for a few minutes the first night. Looked nice and clean and peachfull area. A gym and a pool again never got to use them as was ill but looked impressive. Would have been nice 2 mins walking you have bars restaurants mcdonalds family mart etc when on the balcony you could hear the nightclub sounds at night but close the doors even with the gap could barely hear anything If I was in great form I would have loved this place for sone R & R but alas tummy bug is something you dont wander to far from your room with Even on the balcony it had a chilled out vibe. Some cars and bikes would go past on the road about 50 meters away but at almost walking speed so nice and chilled If im ever back here again id visit this place in a heart beat.

Basic accommodations with A/C just a block off the main road in Lamai. Great neighborhood for shopping, decent nightlife though it gets seedy around the main plaza later at night. Quiet property though I could hear neighbors' children in an adjacent room. "Premium beds" doesn't mean anything, they're hard. Clean room was spacious and had a view of the beach through the palm trees. Shower water was lukewarm. No sign of bed bugs in my room. Front desk can arrange an airport taxi for 600 Baht. Little outdoor on-site fitness center was a nice find, basic weights and a large mirror. Free breakfast is a good deal at one of the restaurants next door (on the beach). Free water bottle refill. On OK place to stay for a night.

Nice hotel close to all convenience on foot.
The +: nice pool (but deep my 9 year old son had no feet, maybe 1, 50 or 1, 60 m), direct access to the beach, gym, clean room (well done housekeeping), microwave at the front desk near the stairs, room 3902 balcony beautiful view facing the beach and p pool L —: no elevator, no kettle in the rooms or handkerchief, no hair dryer, bedding a bit hard, not enough TV channels, no restore so no breakfast (yet when booking was included), Lamai beach is not top (compare to Koh Tao)

Nice hotel beach front, nice staff, perfect location at lamai center, they also have familly room.
And price are very corect for hotel on the beach.

For me, there is on Koh Samui and other places for accommodation. In this hotel I feel at home… I have been writing reviews about the quality of the hotel business in different parts of the world and often critical, but then I can't criticize, because there is where I feel so comfortable at home, it is the top level of my admiration surrounding space!

I went there with my sisters. We were worried about security but it turned out to be fantastic trip. The hotel was great. Staff and owners were so helpful. Thanks ^^

Great location, close to the beach and close to the city center.
The hotel, while remaining correct, deserves a little more maintenance.

Nice rooms, with a lovely pool and very very close to the beach. Kept clean and staff were quite helpful. Although the language barrier was often an issue. However our room said it had a hot tub, and when we asked the receptionist kindly taught us how to use the bath. Or 'hot tub' as they called it…

Clean room, good location, not bad for the money. We booked a luxury room as a hot tub was included, however this turned out to be a bath…

Nice hotel, 100 m from the sea, wonderful beach and sea!

We love the Hotel. We wanted something not too pricey, good located and clean. That's what we got. The Hotel itself is constructed in a kind of open way, I don't know, maybe it was a factory or something like that before. You'll see what I mean when u r there ;) The rooms are big, have AC, TV, bathtube, shower, toilett, a fridge and a small balcony. U can see the beach from the balcony (if u have your room on the right side) and walk there in one minute. The beach there is especially nice, u don't have to pay for the loungers, as long as u buy a drink from the Cocobar… well, maybe u don't even have to do that, we just always did ;) And u definitly should try the food there too! In the evening they arrange nice outside dinning at the beach, really nice! The staff in the hotel and at the beach is helpful and really nice! And when u finally had enough of chilling and lounging, three minutes walk and you are in the middle of the Lamai nightlife, loud music, party everywhere. Nothing to hear in your room tough! If there is one thing I did not like so much, then I felt there was a certain smell in the rooms when coming back from a long day out. Kind of moldy, but not really. It was always gone quite fast when I opend the balcony door… Can't put my finger on it, what it was, could as well have been the wet towels and cloth too… Whatever, we will be back for sure!

Great value for money, new residence with nice spacious rooms is very clean, beautiful the context around so many chariots is very adjoining beach area with but a few sunbeds and parasols! I would definitely go back…
