A nice modern hotel lacking in customer care. When we arrived for our 5 night stay the front desk staff seemed cold and unwelcoming, this was the experience we went on to feel for the duration of our stay, no hello no personality even on check out they just took the key back without a word exchanged nothing like what we have encountered with the rest of the Thai people we have been lucky to meet in our time in Thailand. The rooms are well laid out fresh and modern, the housekeeping team did a great job. The gym is not really a gym at all 5 pieces of equipment that was never used by anyone from what we could see, the pool is very small and not suitable for the size of the hotel. Security guy during the day and young guy on nights were very friendly and helpful they should probably take the front desk team and show them how to interact properly with guests.
