Fantastic! beautiful nice and clean. Staff so friendly. There is a pool in your room area and there are 2 luxury swimming pools at the hotel, also private beach. Super valuable. I just went there and very impressed so I am going back again for sure this month! The best hotel in Lamai so far ♥️.

The food! The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere, the facilities are excellent and the staff are incredibly accommodating ❤️. The food stands out though and one can simply indulge in the luxury of the beachfront accommodation whilst enjoying great food and company. Strongly recommended.

We got married at Pavilion in 2013. We have been back several times over the past few years and are here now for our 6th Wedding anniversary. We always have a fantastic time and the staff are the best! Highly recommend.

Stayed in Pavilion Samui Villas Resort for 2 nights as part of hotels inspection and for sure recommend it to anyone. It is nice beach front hotel has everything to stay comfortably and enjoy Koh Samui as it is in the heart of nice Lamai beach. Here is friendly helpful staff, you fill like at home. Breakfast serve at the beach restaurant and its has lots of choise and really delicious. Hotel suitably for couples and Families with children as well.

I dont know what is category of this hotel but I want to give them 5* because below personal 10 reasons. 1. Room is not too big but they provide full facilities. 2. All amenities in room are really details for customer 3. Services from staff start from reception till the gardeners are very friendly and kind. 4. Beach is amazing, long and clean so you can enjoy sun bahting, swimming whole day 5. Locationis just few munites walk to minimart, local market and night market (night market open only on Sunday) 6. Restarant for breakfast is also amazing, they serve international buffet which mix and variety menu with good quality. I like bacon here so much. 7. Big garden with very good maintenance and take good car by gardeners. 9. Swimming pool with sea view next to the beach is happy place for family with kids. 9. Spa look nice but I did not try 10. Price is reasonable.

Such an awesome place to stay and the units were immaculate and the staff were so friendly and made you fell so welcome on their beautiful Island. If you are after a relaxing holiday I would certainly recommend Pavilion Samui as a place to stay in Koh Samui.

If you want some shanti and relaxe. Stay in lamai… if you love to party all night… head to Chaweng. The resort offers a very scrumptous breakfast spread… Hospitality is amazing… One of the best, on the beach resort, in Lamai.

We left yesterday after spending 7 nights. We was very happy with the villa which was cleaned daily and equipped with all we required. Staff were very helpful and polite and always at hand.
The bar staff at the lookout bar were friendly & efficient I usually prefer more private locations to relax due to our hectic working life but this was perfect! … We have no complaints but we would of liked to of had more entertainment such as live music of a night and even during the day rather than venturing out.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and you eat very well both at breakfast (international) and at lunch or dinner. The rooms are clean not brand new and of course not all overlook the sea. For the unlucky, the hotel reserves rooms beyond the road that faces the front desk, which are still very comfortable and very large.
But with the sin of crossing the before having breakfast. The beach is long but. The sea not much. Pleasant pool but nothing exceptional it is equipped with a hot tub.

The place is simply breathtaking! What an awesome place to stay at. Staff are beyond helpful and very well mannered.
We stayed in the Beach Front grand pool Villa and will definitely be back! Well Worth it.

Beautiful facility and very good and rich breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the room was dirty (especially in the bathroom), it's small and has too little caste for the dresses. The shower was small, unnice and infested with mould (no deduction). Be sure to renovate. You can expect more for a 4th 5 star hotel.

First the positive: Very friendly staff and sufficient breakfast Now to the negative: Coarse sandy beach (without shoes already quite painful) broken loungers, if intact, then really lower quality. Black umbrellas (why ever) become a steam sauna. Totally excessive hotel prices for drinks and food. Short around. Were the first time on Samui, otherwise always Caribbean … Of course, the Caribbean is much more expensive, but now we know why. It should still be mentioned that it is full of mosquitoes. The air conditioning in the rooms roars like a jet, bringing relatively little. Toilets are only bad. Rooms are sporadically cleaned. The sea looks like the North Sea For us it was an experience we could well have done without.

Friendly staff, top room, superb beach and (important for us) very very varied and good breakfast! We absolutely do not regret!

I booked Pavilion for my honeymoon and I must say I am extremely happy with the stay. The place is absolutely beautiful, calm and serene — perfect for a honeymoon. We booked a hydropool villa which was very neat, clean and comfortable. The private pool was awesome and cleaned by the housekeeping staff everyday.   They have a great restaurant by the beach where the complimentary breakfast is served. The breakfast spread is varied and delectable. They also have a partnership with the samui beach potato next door which has an excellent infinity pool.   The service levels are extraordinary and the staff does everything to ensure you have a memorable stay. Mr. Thada, the restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great dinner at the restaurant.  My wife is vegetarian and he instructed his staff to use different pans for her at the live counters and also got an extra veg dish made just for her. Our guest relations officer, Ahmie also helped us with information and made our stay great.   Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to holiday at Koh Samui.

Exceptional food an amazing place.

Great location right on the beach. Nice breakfast on The Patio overlooking the beach. Always managed to get sunbeds/umbrella without issue. Easy 5 minute walk to centre of Lamai but bars and restaurants close by. Lovely staff though one or two quirks with room refreshing. We were lucky and got upgraded to a bungalow with its own little pool (like the one on the photo). It was ACE! If your budget can stretch, go for one of these.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Would definitely recommend, staff are very accommodating they make sure you are welcome at all times and go above and beyond to meet your request. Definitely worth staying at this place we will be back.

Good food and great service however not cheap.

I had a great stay at this resort. We booked a Plunge Pool suite which was as expected (although slightly less private and cold! ). The resort is well maintained and has a beautiful pool and beach access. The daily breakfast is great and the Lookout Bar is a nice spot for sunset cocktails. We also had a late flight out on our check out day and they were nice enough to provide us a room to shower and change in before we left.

I actually enjoyed my stay here for the most part. However, I am very frustrated with the bait-and-switch they pulled on our room. BEWARE OF THE PICTURES — what looks modern and nice could turn out to be on the “other wing” of buildings which were built first, and haven’t been renovated in years. Instead of concrete walls with nice art and open doors, prepare for the possibility of an old, run down room, with less open air and old finishings (same price point). Staff are very friendly, food and cocktails are great. But make sure to use your food coupon they give you on the first night, because they had no flexibility in honoring it on our last night (to their defense we tried using it at the pool bar because they had an expensive buffet for the second of four nights we stayed at the restaurant; however we were ordering off the restaurant menu, and by the fourth night, because we ate at the resort so much, they definitely knew who we were).

This was the most comfortable bed that we slept in on our trip to Thailand. Located in quiet Mae Nam, this hotel sports a very clean, modern look with fantastic amenities. The pool was beautiful with a poolside bar, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was stunning. Also a great find for the price!

Just came back from my trip. I stayed in a balcony room which was an excellent size and value for the price (the outdoor jacuzzi was my favorite feature). Fantastic location for visitors staying at Lamai; the resort is on the beach and restaurants/markets/dept store are all within walking distance.
Minor issue: Wi-Fi is slow and unstable in the room (but good in the restaurant) for those who MUST stay connected. Also, bring your own razor, it isn't included in the amenities.

I had my wedding here and stayed for 4 nights. We stayed in a hydro pool villa which was beyond my expectations. The villa was incredible, with many great amenities. The pool was far bigger than expected. The wedding was absolutely superb and I need to thank Jang for arranging everything for us. She was fantastic and we couldn't have had our amazing day without her. All the staff were friendly and beyond helpful. It's an amazing place to stay and although it's more expensive than other places, the difference is well worth it. Thank you pavilion.

The rooms are ok, the staff very nice. Breakfast could be better but we would come back.

My wife and I came from Canada to Thailand on our Honeymoon. We first stayed in Bophut. Our 2nd stop was in Lamai at Pavilion. Great location, close to lots of shops, spas, restaurants and on the beach. The complex itself is very grey and has many concrete buildings. It is right on the beach and has a lookout bar. The pool is nice and the restaurants are nice. The room we stayed in was the Deluxe Balcony Suite. The room was large and it had a separate, outdoor covered area with a jetted tub. The shower room is small and dark, same with the toilet room. The lighting in the room could have been better, as well as the cleanliness. I attribute the cleanliness shortfall in the shower and bathroom areas to the poor lighting. Once again though, we did not spend much time in the room as we were out and about exploring and shopping and eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was top notch. Breakfast was buffet and included and was tasty. We did not try the spa. The staff were pleasant and helpful and booked trips and rides for us easily.

Pavillion Samui Villas is fairly typical of a Thai beach resort — big rooms and friendly staff with a pretty decent breakfast buffet and a nice pool. It loses marks for being dishonest about the fact some of the rooms, ours included, are not in the resort itself but across the road in front of the resort. Not such a big deal but this fact should be obvious to paying guests. Marks are lost for, at times, shabbiness, meanness with bathroom soap, and eye-watering prices at the hotel bar. Despite these small gripes we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the service in the restaurant and reception.

Everyone is very friendly. SPA treatments are very professional. The breakfasts varied with good bread.

Pure relaxation, great beach resort, clean and tidy. Great food and… as I miss the atmosphere of the breakfast by the sea!

Premium Resort. First Class Service. Restaurant and cocktail bar directly on the beach with sea View. No wish that cannot be fulfilled.

This is a very decent, very quality Hotel. One of the best on Koh Samui. We come here with the children five years in a row. Recommend.

Fantastic Resort overlooking Lamai Beach. The staff are super courteous and willing to help in everything, the restaurant and bar are a bit expensive for the average of the area but of a very good standard. Very nice rooms.

I really love the place. The villas have a private swimming. The rooms are good condation and nice dicoration. All are very good nice garden. Commonual swimming at the garden and restaurant facing the beach. It's paradise all I can say is amazing place ever I seen!

Great hotel that I stayed in for 8 night. Right on the beach and good food too. I was there a little of season (beginning of December) so pretty cheap for what you get. If I go back to Samui I'll stay here.

The hotel has come somewhat in the years doors close properly, floor in the shower very smooth accident risk! But everything clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Located ideally directly on the beach. Not very clean sea. Beach in front of the hotel clean, otherwise not very clean. Eat at the hotel too expensive outside cheaper and better. Management very petty, had to pay a broken toothbrush glass at 5 euros.
