Rooms spell bad had to have mine sprayed.
Italian restaurant no wine because of Corona virus I was told.
Shower needed a new shower head broken.

Very​ nice​, luxury, good​ service​

I had £300 stolen from my room, I had some cash hidden in my suitcase and at some point during my stay £300 was stolen by someone who had access to the room. I informed the hotel who say they will investigate the matter but I don’t think I will ever see my money again. I would suggest that if you have to stay at this hotel you keep a close eye on your personal property left in your room. I have visited Thailand 3 times now with my wife and this event has made me decide to never come back.

Nice and safe swimming pool for children, my son really love it. And the life guard always standby. Convenience to walk to private beach. Delicious breakfast and meals.
Lovely hotel
Check Inn little slow getting all the paperwork etc after long flight. Hotel upgraded the room FOC without us asking which was lovely. Rooms 5 star, clean and well looked after and room service spot on. Food & drink excellent but expensive you can get cheap food outside of the hotel which is the same quality. Special thanks to the the Orange Car Phuket and we got a car.

They have amazing breakfasts, lunches and the menu caters for all.

Beautiful two story room with floor to ceiling windows and pool right outside our back door. The hotel has two other pools also and a beautiful beach view. Very nice!

Great facility. Clean. Professional and friendly staff. Only complaint is that it’s really far away from the night life. LONG taxi ride if you want good restaurants and night life… line 45 mins long. Otherwise highly recommend!

1st trip to Phuket — amazing!
We had our first family holiday in Phuket and stayed at Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach. It was really amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aom and Wut especially helped us a lot with our rooms and organizing trips. They advised us to rent a car in the Orange Car Phuket and it was great!
They have amazing breakfasts, lunches and the menu caters for all.

First the staff are very nice and courteous and always there to offer their help. I like the touch of welcome refreshing drink for some of us that traveled far. The room/bathroom are good size with the beach view. We like the gym being open 24 hours coz of our time difference, we can go there to hangout and workout an appetite for their wonderful breakfast buffet. I will definitely return again. Thank you.

Ambiance is ok but the Hotel taxi service is real bad, I pre booked the service a night before to airport and waited more than 20 min, no sign of the taxi, and we are catching a flight … what sort of guest services?

Beautiful hotel with an amazing sea view. Everything was perfect from the cleanness of the room to the quality of breakfast. However when I have been there it was the rainy season and the tide was too strong. When I woke up for swimming the sea was at least 50 meters away from the coast because of the tide and left a very muddy atmosphere with loads of crabs floating around. However the sea comes back after a while and the reception gives you the tide times if you ask for it. During the tide, you should use the pool. If you want to observe how low tide and high tide works from your balcony, this is the place.

The view from the right rooms is a fiver for sure! Just look at the pictures. Overall satisfied with this place. Panwa is a very nice enclave of Phuket.

Just after arrival around midnight, first impression on the room was old and not as clean as it used to be at other Crown Plaza hotels. No room slippers, just old beach slippers. Dirty shower booth. Hope it will be getting better tomorrow morning.

Second time staying with them and it has been wonderful! The on-site restaurants are fantastic! The pools are kept clean and the poolside service is exceptional! The beach is nice, but at low tide the oceans retreats about 100 meters and turns into a muddy mess. High tide is beautiful and calm. Our room is kept clean and the staff will bend over backwards to make things right if you have any complaints. There is a tourism place across the street if you want to find things to do during your stay, and there are a couple convenience stores nearby if you want cheap snacks and soda. There is a free shuttle twice a day that will take you to a large shopping mall or to old Town phuket where you can find salons, street food, and different museums and shopping within walking distance from the drop off.

Great hotel. The concier are great they are always their to help you. They provide the best service by offering you anything you need. They where able to get me a city tour literally in the last minute by calling multiple area while I enjoyed my time in the pool. 5 start service.

Nice Hotel, in a quiet tranquil location, top notch service, large free pools, clean stylishly decorated rooms, quality drinks in the bars and excellent cuisine in the restaurant…

I love, good weather and breathtaking views.

This hotel had the scenery and the friendly service. However, it did not live up to its 5 star standard. The first sea view room we had, had a very bad stench of sewage when you entered the balcony area. Ended up moving rooms to a couple floors higher, however could still faintly smell the odor. The pool closed at 8pm which wasn't too ideal. The food was great with a variety of options to choose from, but not spectacular, the restaurant across the road was cheaper and served more in terms of portion sizes. The rooms furniture and cleanliness wasn't bad, but for a five star standard could have been better.

EXCELLENT Hotel… the Beach IS NOT GOOD, DARK WATER, COARSE SAND is NOT VERY CLEAN… also with two low tides a day there is practically no beach…

The buildings and the rooms are sub-standard compared to Crowne Plazas worldwide. The bathrooms are very nice… better than the rooms. The pools and grounds of the hotels are very nice. The staff was VERY friendly, and the staff who could speak English were very helpful. The mattress was a bit soft, the bedding was good. The beach towels are VERY large and very nice. Prices for rooms, food and alcohol are normal (expensive) US hotel prices. The beach is decent, you have to watch were you walk. The seashore is a tidal flat, so at low tide the sea is far from the beach, and the water is cloudy from the mud. Watch out for birds eating your food outside. Next to the hotel was a decent restaurant (Fin's), w a massage and salon next to it, and a lady who will do your laundry: Inexpensive and same day service. The restaurant across the highway was not good: Expensive, poor service and food not good. The scooter rental across the highway was good. It is a bit of a walk, or a short scooter ride to the next area of restaurants, stores and shops. Taxi prices are very high. We rented a scooter. The hotel shuttle goes twice a day to Phuket City, which is not far by scooter.

This hotel has a great team who made sure my family and I were well looked after each step of the way. The rooms were comfortable, and modern. Good Wi-Fi and international plugs. The Italian restaurant was amazing, and room service options plentiful. It was a shame the beach wasn't softer or sea water clearer, but the pools make up for it. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a pool villa, which made our holiday extra special.

Lovely hotel with great pools and really friendly staff. Only downside: our A/C smelled really bad which they tried to fix but this wasn't possible. Other than that everything was great! Food in the hotel very good but also pricey, went around the corner to "Fin house", which was very good and cheaper.

Awesome service, nice property. Unfortunately you can’t swim in the ocean because for the most part of the time the tide is such that you have to walk for a long time to reach water… also the sewer smell is really bad throughout the property but I was told it’s a problem for the entire country of Thailand.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Took the sea facing terrace room initially and loved the room. Room was spacious view a brilliant view of the sea. However there was a pungent smell that was present in the room due to which we got upgraded to the lagoon suite room. The lagoon suite room was mind-blowing with a duplex structure Inside and a private pool outside the balcony. The staff were supremely courteous and very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Fern who helped us with some tour programs. Overall an amazing place to stay.

Reptiles (spiders, snakes) as in other hotels you will not meet. There is no shopping nearby. The rooms are nice, but the humidity in the street is unusual for us. The sun burns even when the clouds go away, and in overcast weather for instantly.

The beach is close by, but swimming is simply impossible (constantly ebb) food is not worth the money! Most importantly, it is a crowd of Chinese tourists who stay for one night! Very strong shout and do not give rest! (worse than drunken Russians)

The staff is very friendly and polite, everything is clean and the rooms are great, and you can eat and eat phenomenal. If that añadiriamos a TV channel in Spanish and a hair dryer. Many thanks for making it special our stay.

Hotel great from but good treatment.

I am a frequent traveler. This is by far the worst property with five star rating. Not sure how they got five star rating. Dirty location. Entrance very bad. No bell boy to receive you. Garbage on reception floor and behind reception desk. Rooms are bare and give very cold feel. Didn't feel any warmth in appearance of hallways or in any other place of the hotel. One dirty Elevator catering all floors. Washrooms are equipped with bare essentials. No bidet. No bathroom slippers. Not enough towels. Cheap linens. Dirty balcony. Poor appearance of rooms. Does not give feel of a five star facility No art effects any where, bare walls bad flooring. Worst than 2 star facility. Pool surroundings dirty. Gym room has shabby equipment and shabby appearance. I won't feel bad if they were just a motel. But for a five star I felt totally cheated for my money.

Just too awesome for words. Food did not disappoint either. Truly loved this place. A bit remote and quite. A. Distance from malls and shops etc, so prepare for that.

Great location and service. We had great time. Also, the allied services of kayaking (additionally charged) etc. Were good. We spend lot of time in pool. Breakfast had good spread.

Very quiet and nice location the only thing that really bothered me is that rubbish is on the beach. He could be put away once in a while. Food Perfect room perfect, we had luxury sweet with pool.

Beautiful stay for a dream holiday.

Loved staying at Crowne Plaza. The service, amenities, food, views and rooms are amazing. It is in a fairly remote location so make sure that is what you are looking for. At low tide the ocean is far from hotel which didn't bother me but may bother some. Would stay again, had such a beautiful and relaxing experience.

Very serene, cosy, relax environment. The staff at the hotel are very warm and friendly. Although abit far from the airport, it is worth a visit.

Brilliant great food pleasant staff.

Awesome experience at this hotel from the moment we checked in. Welcomed with a cocktail and were escorted to our room within 10 min. The hotel grounds are kept spotless. The pool was wonderful and the breeze coming off the ocean was something you can never get enough off. Our originally booked room was upgraded to a suite which was a bonus, the only downside of this resort is there is no selection of food around the area besides the restaurant in the hotel, but this hotel is definitely a place to be at if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city to relax and lay back.

The beach is beautifull but at about 16:00 the watergoes back as you can see on the picture. But there are almost no people.! don't swimm to far because my friend almost drowned — there is a current!

Great until Sunday brunch, be aware! Lovely place, good facilities, spacious rooms, nice service from the staff. We had a great time, lots of peace and quiet relaxing moments by the pools and the beach; until Sunday. On Sunday brunch, it seemed the hotel doors were opened to anybody who paid for the brunch. All of the sudden the pool was packed with locals and back packers. People wearing all their clothing inside the pool, kids all over the place, we even saw a little girl peeing on the edge of the pool. Westerners cruising the local girls that came in, I mean, am all for it but not on my vacation, we booked a five star resort, not a 3 star in Patang. I think the hotel management has no concern for the clients staying at the hotel. I am a platinum with IHG and never experienced this before. The worse part is that these people they allowed in were not consuming, just using the facilities and making the guests uncomfortable. Next thing you know you have to watch out for your sunglasses and stuff before and while on the beach. Really disappointing! Bad management.

It was called the Phuket Panwa Beachfront Resort but I guess they changed their name? It was great when I went there a year ago. The room given to us was clean and neat, very comfortable stay for a standard room so no complains. Many choices for breakfast — one staff was very biased, a white guy requested for pancakes and he got fresh ones while the Asian who asked for pancakes, got the ready made ones from the metal cupboard. This is ridiculous, but the manager handled the incident and was super apologetic about it. Let's not let one rotten egg ruin the whole experience, as it is clear that only that one staff needs extra training. Other than this minor issue, everything else was great — very quiet place and a good getaway from the noisy Bangla road.

Two nights at Phuket Panwa Beach Front. First impreesed at the lobby view, very beatiful to look out to the sea. We got terrace sea view on 3rd fl. Super nice view from the room but bed and room accessories not good quality, bath room very spaces but shower not drain water well like it should be. The hotel quite far from everything if you have no car you have to pay 650 bath for hotel taxi or spend 300 bath for scooter rental/day but by the way if you don't mind to walk, took 2 minutes walk up hill to Aow-ma-kham you will see one good local restaurant (no name :) and very cheap local grocery. Hotel breakfast was so so, noting special and very few selection of food. Staff is nice but they took slow action. We complaints about AC not cool in our room many times (more than three times) they sent Mant. Came to check but nothing better till we gave up on and so tried with it. One guy staff at the front desk seems don't want to help us at all when I complaints about AC he said will send someone to fix, two hours later no one show up I have to talk with nice lady house keeping. She contacted maint. For me but bad luck for me, AC still not cool until we checked out.
Not sure will be stay here again in the future because so disappoint with staff I think we can find better hotels with a good views and they may have better care for us.

Awesome place! Amazing crew. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good food. I definitely recommend this resort for all families and couples. Even though I came alone it was a perfect place to find peace, coziness and comfort. Best hostess!

Very good resort located in a queit area. Rooms are very big and cozy with nice view. It has private beach and nice pools. Restaurant serves good Thai food. We enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is great and highly recommended!

We spent 5 nights (for the 2nd time) at the Phuket Panwa, this place is just beautiful! Everything is perfect, staff, rooms, service, up to the manager (French) … I had already recommended the hotel to my family and my friends, and I'll start again… don't really miss it. The only downside (not the fault of the hotel) the big boats very ugly ones that are stationed in the bay. I hope they will not be there very quickly … A single board. To discover.

Quietly, calmly. Almost no Russians. In other places, as if it never went nowhere, only Russian is spoken and heard. Take a scooter for 300 baht/night (automatic transmission), and an hour to get to any beach on the island.

Very good but there is no shops nearby, you can only stay in resort if you have no car.

Big hotel with nice rooms and warm service. Slightly overpriced restaurants inside while no alternatives around. There are real several drawbacks: awful sea (november) luckily 2 pools are good and almost dead area for tourists : (

Lovely hotel for guests who appreciate silence.

The place is wonderful both for one, and for the family. Service at a high level, despite the fact that the price tag is much lower than other hotels with 5*. But for those who primarily need the sea, there is nothing to do — because of the strong tide closer to lunchtime, the coastline goes to 200-250 meters in the sea, and after passing this distance, You hardly will be able to swim. In short, so that the water level was "at the neck", you need to go 500 meters. Put a solid 4-ku just because of this, although most of the sea only need for the smell).

I had a wonderful days of my honeymoon there. So relaxing and romantic.
