We stay at cloud 19 panwa for 2 nights it's was amazing place ever! room and view is perfect. Me and my mum very have a great holidays here. We will come back again.

Nice quiet resort by the sea. Had the rooms near the sea. While they are large it is really dated. Could use with a update in the rooms. Breakfast was Ok … not a wide choice but was sufficient. Loved the pool area to relax.

Stayed at this hotell for 14 days. I chose this hotell because it had a great rating, looked luxurious and had free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Lets start with the positive: Some of the staff members were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The girl at the check in made our stay bearable as did the young boy who served us breakfast. However the rooms must get updated. Our room was big and had obviously been nice some years ago. Now, as you will see on the pictures alot needs repair. The Wi-Fi worked only occasionally and only in parts of the room. The shower did not work properly so we had problems washing our hair and we only got hot water 3 times during our stay. The amount of water was hardly enough for us to flush the toilet so floaters became regular guests. Also the bathroom door was hard to close properly so force had to be used to get a little privacy. Oh and the room service could never give us enough toiletpaper. Even after we told them er need more. When it rained we actually got more water inside than from the shower (in one of our rooms) and the aircon leaked water for several minutes when we turned it on. The courtain fell down on a lamp and broke it an we had to pay 1000 Baht. And as a last minor complaint: The first few days we got a great breakfast buffet but when fewer guests were there they started with a la carte breakfast so we had to wait quite some time and the family did not get the food at the same time. The breakfast coffee however tasted GREAT.

Stayed two nights at Cloud 19. Room is big and clean. Pool is nice. It could use a few more lounge beds near the pool. They have too few of them and some guests where unlucky not to get one. Beach looks nice, less so during low tide. Very rocky, impossible to walk on, barefoot at low tide. Breakfast is simple, come early as they replenish endlessly. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, average food Really nice and quiet restaurant at the beach. Beach has some shade and 2 swings. Pool with provided towels. Good location to sit and relax and have a snack. Would not go for the quality of food, which is average (dry and salty).

We're not here. Tidal excursion imposing, expensive drinks with added phantom fees that we only paid in QS facility. Room with an unpleasant smell of mildew. Insufficient beds for the number of guests.

Lovely quiet hotel in the perfect location-right on the beach. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. This hotel does not have lifts and we were on the second floor which didn't worry us as staff took our luggage up to our large room. And surprisingly, there was a second pool up on the second floor also as well as the main pool on the ground floor.

Ok, where do I start. The location isn't the best if you can't hire a bike. Taxis would have cost us a fortune if my husband hadn't driven. The rooms are lovely but adjoin to the next room. We had a two year old boy screaming the whole time we were there. We had to go out! We had him screaming the place down at 2am one morning which was absolutely awful for us. The service in the restraunt is terrible. We had to get our own menus, go looking for a waiter to order and then find another waiter to pay! We went back on our last night but we walked out after sitting there for 20mins with no attention to us. The food isnt great either, the burger was disgusting! The handyman couldn't do more for us and the cleaners were amazing. We had a pool right outside our room which was amazing however we had an incident with a couple of girls when they decided to take our towels off our beds and take our place! Our personal belongings were still sitting there! We couldn't believe it! Nothing to do with the hotel but we learned quickly that this place isn't what we were looking for at all.

Lovely place, good food, nice crew, but the music at the pool was to loud.

Out of the four hotels I stayed in while at Phuket, this was by far the worst and ironically, the most expensive. The place is falling apart. The building where reception and hotel restaurant is located is new, but the rooms themselves are located in a really old building. There are far better hotels to stay in at Phuket for half the price of this hotel. Look elsewhere.

But I will tell you friends! The location is excellent, the view is just gorgeous, clean and make the beds every day) ) ) even the robes vary in dwuhstupencato metres walk five minutes to the best beach there is Ao Yon Beach (the only downside of the beach of Chalong Bay, but after the hill closed, pure and unaffected by strong tides beautiful beach)! Rested here for three weeks in complete Nirvana) ) ) ) in September) ) ) ) considering the rainy season! On the coast is stormy and the wind, here is the beauty! And the most important! No one interferes with your holiday!

The hotel is very comfortable and picturesque but the beach has too many rocks so you have to walk to Ao Yon beach for a nice swim.

The location is very good. I can point out the lack of free access to the grocery store, only by taxi rides (see Price in Attachment). Well, we all like it.

Yes, the place is awesome. The rooms are awesome. It's kind of incredible, around a boat and a yacht. All the whites in the rooms, but all these white tissues in holes and stains, I don't know when they update. Towels that are also torn on the floor of the leg are probably the norm here.
Hal and the reception are very modern and luxurious, and when you see the swimming pool and then the sea, you think you've got a place in paradise. But no. It's just Hal's all so new with clean pillows.
For these prices of the room, the linens are not changed every day and the bed is not sent to you in the cleaning. Although it would be possible to have such a luxury hotel. They asked me to wash the windows. It's all divorced. Pushed the pedestals specifically to clean the dirt, but they just got pushed back. The web is up.
Bath sets are not updated.
The place is not quiet, you'll fall asleep in the car. And construction. It just started.
Yes, there are two fancy pools with an incredible recreation zone. You will have all the rest here, for the sea is all dirt and rocks. You can't swim at any time. But if the level Moscow creeks the rules for you, that's not a minus. I got chlorine water instead of sea water. But 500 subway stations have a hotel, you can go there. The beach is good, but believe Phuket there are beaches that are better and nicer.

Decent and high ratings resort hotel near a rather few people Ao Yon beach, it has only 19 rooms which are spacious, each of it enjoys the picturesque sea view. Their SPA is very good too.

Really spacious and cosy rooms, peaceful and exotical setting, friendly welcome upon arrival with refreshment towel and drink, nice staff and service. Sunset party near the pool suitable for enjoying the sea breeze; all these details matter :-)

Very nice hotel… the beach of the place leaves much wish… dirty… filled with glass and cutting elements… If they go to the hotel think of visiting other beaches.
