This hotel had great reviews — which is why we chose it. It pretty much went downhill from there. It started a bit rocky — after making some requests prior to coming to the hotel the person working the reception desk told us that they don’t read the notes they receive from guests. I thought that was pretty funny to admit and was going to let that go. But alas, it was hard to let go after everything that followed. The view from the rooms and the resort are gorgeous. You can see the beautiful mountains. However, the jacuzzi bath in our room was located on the balcony where, even on the top floor which is where we were, people can see you bathing naked. It’s definitely not high or secluded enough. The shower looks clean, beautiful and has a unique shower head but the knobs don’t work and even after the maintenance person and engineer came to fix it, it still didn’t work. It looks pretty but has NO pressure or hot water (both in the jacuzzi and shower). We had to make several requests to have it fixed a few other times but just gave up. We were not offered another room nor were we compensated. There were lots of other issues, like the coffee machine leaked all over our things, they gave us a hard time about getting extra coffee etc. Lastly, when we went to check out there was no manager on duty nor anyone who spoke English. They also denied a request to call a manager. This place is very pretty on the outside but if you’re looking for a quality stay go somewhere else.

Rooms nice, view nice and pools nice. However, super strict check-out policy. Charge 350 THB per extra hour. Even though we had to wait in front our door for 30 min before check-out because the key lock broken. Big fail, a little tolerance would have been appreciated. Different place during the next visit for sure.

Modern amenities and very clean room. We were fortunate to have come across this Muslim owned and managed hotel. Hotel does not offer alcohol. There is a mosque at the entrance of the street going to the hotel. Location conveniently located and 15 mins walk to Ao Nang Beach.

Just everything was right, beautiful facility with great pools and tropical plants, nice staff, spacious and well-furnished room with great views, delicious breakfast and great service! The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the mountain, but there is a free ride service to the beach every hour. I would come back anytime!

Extremely clean hotel with fitness rooms, spa, several pools, cafe, teecorner, kids club, area rooms etc. Pork and alcohol is not served, owner is likely to be Muslim, did not bother us. Location: Very quiet. 1x/h free Pick Up by bus to ao nang Beach and back. Breakfast: A bit one-dimensional, at least an egg-corner for omlettes should be possible. Snack bar in the room: Free. Free Wi-Fi in the room … Very spacious bathroom with bathtub and head shower. We were there in early June, standard room, including breakfast, 2200 TB (! )

A love hotel, the staff are amazing, the hotel very clean, rooms are lovely, ok no alcohol served at hotel, which I thought would be a downer, but it wasn’t as no loud drunk people and you can bring your own in, all in all a lovely holiday will be going back next year with children.

A beautiful place to stay with your family. Food is too expensive and is not that great. I suggest you eat outside. We had a very bad experience while checking out. They started charging us extra for things we had not ordered. Also charged us 1700b as Housekeeping charges. If not for the above then it was a good experience in general.

Fabulous place. Very serene. Friendly staff and clean environment. Hotel is near to night markets and various other shopping place. Walkable distant to Aonang Beach, but the hotel also do provide hourly transport there as well. Will I come here again? Answer is a resounding yes.

The hotel is placed on a steep incline so walking up and down the length of it is tiring. They have golf carts to ferry people for this. The food was good and the rooms are large, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The hotel itself offers a great view of the nearby terrain. The staff is corteous and helpful. The hotel is close to the Aonang mosque and no liquor is served in its premises. Smoking is also not allowed except for designate smoking areas. About proximity it's a short walk from the aonang beach which has a lively night life stretch along it. Overall the place is recommended.

Great hotel facilities and location! Great pools and stunning views! Good internet speed on Wi-Fi.
Of the cons-a poor breakfast, oddly enough (there was no fresh, porridge, it is difficult to get scrambled eggs, a small selection of fruits and cheeses-while the markets are full of fruit abundance), and not a very good level of housekeeping.

Hotel is very nice. But the beach of Ao Nang is not recommended for bathing, too dirty. And the mosque near the hotel is not good for sleep.

Great rooms, but terrible service — no one speaks at least basic English — loud mosque near by — no alcohol served within the hotel.

Great resort but we regrettably took up their "promotional offer" of a 3 course set dinner for 295b per person. It was meagre, disgusting and inedible and we then got hit with 10% service charge and 7% vat! But wait… There's more! We got charged 280b PLUS tax and vat for 2 fresh coconuts, the kind you buy for 20b in the street. In summary over 1000b for a forgettable dining experience. My advice is to walk 100m down the hill to the main street where there are dozens of reasonably priced restraints catering for all tastes.

The hotel is gorgeous. Understand that the city of Krabi has a heavy Muslim influence, so it moves at a significantly slower pace than Bangkok or Phuket. The streets are not as jam packed with tourists, which I found to be refreshing. While the hotel is very nice (as is the daily breakfast served) I have to admit that the one dinner we opted to have in the restaurant was, in a word, horrible. Dry, overcooked chicken, a desert that consisted of beans in cream? I'm just glad we had a discounted coupon for it. Worst 525 baht I every spent while there. Word to the wise, eat out for dinner! The pool is crystal clear (I counted two of them) and the beach is about a 30 to 40 minute walk away. The huge rock formations are stunning to behold. We did some scuba diving while there, but the water isn't as clear as say, Cancun, the Bahamas or Maldives, so don't expect to see as much underwater than you would in the other places mentioned.

Fantastic property in Ao Nang! Superb rooms, excellent view, great pool, and good facilities. Only issue is the staff. I'm an Indian tourist and from the moment I set for on the property I felt like a second class guest. This was especially true when dealing with the reception staff. Considering that I was paying the same 5 star price that all guests were paying, I expected the same 5 star treatment.

Very nice Hotel and the facilities are a luxury. If you're in the upstairs rooms you get up on a golf cart. And the bus has a bus that takes you to Ao Nang beach passes every hour and the last is at 22:00 walking takes about 15 min on the bus 5 min.

Amazing. What you see is what you get. One of the best super luxurious stay in Krabi. Little far from the beach. But they have free buses running every hour, so thats not a problem. Only downside is meal/breakfast options for vegetarian folks. We had to live with fruits and juices for breakfast. And we managed to eat outside for other meals. Overall very nice, amazing mountain view, poolside, calm and serene.

Lovely hotel. Far enough from the masses to he quiet, close enough to be walkable. Free upgrade and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, but that's the same throughout the country.

Amazing customer service! We booked 2 rooms for around 5 nights but unfortunately we couldn’t make it. The staffs from resort we’re very helpful and friendly to solve our problem. And their response was prometely, I know we definitely lost a good opportunity to explore this breathing-taking resort. Definitely recommend for everyone or family to stay here) )

Very nice location, just 5 minutes drive from the beach. The view is super. Have near Muslim mosque, so you will hear the praying, but the hotel still meet our expectations for this amount. Thank you.

A lovely Resort located very close to the Grand Mosque in Ao Nang. Very close to shops & other cafes. It is a Muslim Resort and does not have alcohol and serves Halal food. All are welcome. It is very large and uses golf carts to transport guests to their rooms or to Reception. There is a shuttle bus service to take guests to destinations of interest and to the airport.

Very nice hotel. The spa room is great. Good restaurant. Nice staff. Be careful BYOB Hotel (Bring Your Own Booze) : The hotel doesn't serve drink with alcohol.

I love this place. Very high class, good service, clean and suitble for family. Breakfast is great and delicious.

Just brilliant! The rooms are clean, service is as good as can be, the resort itself is beautiful and the manager does a great job of welcoming you to the resort.

Peaceful stay in a quiet establishment. Staff is gentle and always helpful. Room service is nice and tasty, price are not to high for the area. Rooms clean, and equipped. Located 10 minutes walking to beach area, with shops/pharmacy/bar and restaurant all down the road. Pool and fitness are not smallish BUT quiet, clean and good enough for your stay. Next trip to Ao Nang, we know where we sleeping.
