Not highly recommend as water facility in toilet not up to the mark.

Great hotel with friendly staff… breakfast was always warm and exciting to lool forward to.

The location of this hotel is fantastic with a stunning sea and mountain view. The room is very clean and pleasant. All the amenities are good. The breakfast very nice with all kinds of choices. Lovely accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

Myself, my son and daughter, my sister and niece all stayed at the Cha da, in August, for 2 weeks. What a beautiful place. We all loved every moment. The staff were all so friendly and super helpful. Always greeting us with a warm smile and they were so lovely and friendly with our children. The hotel was beautiful, with so many pools to choose from. The roof top pool is worth every step. The views are incredible and it is so peaceful. We saw squirrels, a variety of lizards including monitor lizards, scorpions and a huge colourful variety of butterflies.
The rooms were lovely and cleaned every day and free drinking water was provided. The pools were also meticulously cleaned every morning.
Breakfast was a great selection of foods. In our family, we have 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, 1 pescatarian and a fussy eater. However we were all very well fed with plenty of selection.
The location was perfect. Local to all the shops, restaurants and beach but set back to feel peaceful. There is so much choice outside the hotel too. The walk to the beach is a leisurely 10-15 minutes walk. There is a bus that takes you, but we never used it as we really enjoyed the walk and saying hello to all the locals.
The hotel also offer a free shuttle to a private beach. There was literally only us for the first couple of hours, until another couple showed up. 7 of us to an entire beach. The facilities there are basic but no more is needed for a peaceful really relaxing day.

Very terrible experience in this hotel. Too many mosquitos in the room. Wifi is weak and not usable. The eletric water heater is so small that one person can hardly finish a shower. 20 minutes' walking to the beach.

Check-in when the front desk brother is very polite people are also good, is that we live in this room is really too high, the smell of mold in the house is very heavy, come because of the rain room power failure, in addition to feel good.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Some staff are quite friendly, others not. All in all good accommodation.

The usual hotel cannot shit does not chill the telek only Thai channels towels and sheets change every day but the towels stink what that bullshit and the veil with stains all over the room one live outlet waifai free but barely catches the film can see but with Smoke breaks on the boot breakfast consistently monotonous all either sweet or spicy, Eat a week coffee with sausages and bread, prices for massage and excursions space easier to go around the corner there is twice cheaper (compare with nothing the first time in the tai but in the sl cheap hotel or expensive.

Pretty good hotel situated about 15-20 min walk from the beach. Hotel was clean although after heavy rain there was a slight damp smell in the corridor which you could smell in the room. Pool was nice and good size. Breakfast was pretty standard, good selection of different dishes. Wi-Fi was quite patchy and slow, even in the lobby. Would probably stay again if visiting the area.

This was a experience that I don't want to repeat. We first stayed at the Rawai beach resort which was lovely… same hotel group as Cha Da resort. Both are meant to be four star hotels, but Cha Da Resort in Krabi is bearly a three star. Started at check in, staff very off hand but we thought with the language barrier this is normal. We were put in a room on the fifth floor which was fine as it had a good view, but that was about it. The room looked nice, but there was certain things about the room that was below average for a four star hotel, and I am judging this purely on the Rawai beach hotel in Phuket. Firstly the bed, you could feel the springs in your back… very uncomfortable, and had to have it changed after day two. Next, the bedding old and stained, not four star as stated. For Wi-Fi lovers… not here… very weak signal. Apart from a few other minor details the room was okay. Next, the pool area was small and the pictures on the internet make it look much better than it is. Now I know it is low season but I think maintenance should be started later in the day, eight in the morning is a bit early with a hammer. Looking for peace while at the pool… not happening, maintenance ongoing. Now I don't know if were unlucky but we had the room cleaning staff on our floor and between seven thirty and eight am. You were woken by them shouting to each other in the passage… so no sleeping in if you want too.

On arrival, no ''free shuttle'' waiting for us at the airport. Contacted the hotel, the receptionist advised me unpolitely that there is a ''free shuttle'' from the hotel but we had to pre booked it and pay 150 baht each? Anyway we got to the hotel by taxi which costed 600baht. The hotel is located next to the mosque on a hill. On arrival, there was a confusion with our reservation, the staff at the reception extremelly unpolite, they sent us to a room up on the hill with a ''garden view'' unbearable smell of dust, dirty room and mold. I explained that we have booked a room with a ''sea view '' and insisted on contacting our travel agent, the staff refused. Several attempts to ''sort out '' the situation the staff continued insisting of us paying additional 6000 baht for the remaining 6 nights; We payed the additional cost and were advised we can move the next day. Room 613 has partial sea view; Room''s facilities dated and broken; The swimming pool on the top floor is nice and private; The gardens of the hotel are well maintained and pretty; Breakfast is basic but enough for quick bite in the morning. The hotel is 20 min walking to Ao Nang beach which can be hard if you are tired and when it is hot; There are options to hire a scooter which is cheaper if you do from one of the tourist information people on the main street; Down the hill on the left there is a nice thai food shop. The views from the ''sea view room'' and roof top pool are beutiful.

Fabulous stay, staff very friendly, crisp linen, comfy bed and pillows, pool and poolbar great, just wish we could swim a bit later than 7pm cut off.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. The rooms that are located above all have a very beautiful view of the jungle and Ao Nang.

Not so great experience at krabi cha da… nothing in the room was working properly… there were flies all around at the breakfast area… but the area it is located is good… near to the ao nang beach.

So worth every penny we paid. Such friendly and helpfully staff, excellent services, beautiful clean rooms and the breakfast was lovely! Will defiantly be returning back in the foreseeable future.

This hotel is not matching with 4 star categories as it claimed. Service is poor. Amenities & toiletries are very poor as compared to other hotels of similar catagories. Other services also are unsatisfactory. Overall experience of my family vacation at Krabi Cha da resort is very disappointing. Actually From India I book through Club 7 and they misguided me.

The area is very well appointed; meaning it's near many restaurants, pharmacy and central to numerous places of interest. The pools look lovely, and all of the rooms have nice views, the water has a heater that allows for temperature adjustment. The hotel provides shower caps, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner (that works for black hair), q tips, hair dryer, kettles and a fridge. You get two bottles of water a day, which isn't enough IMHO-no one should have Robby water — but the Wi-Fi is shoddy and templermental and the beds are very hard. The bed thing is a horrible thing after a long day of touring, walking or whatever… The breakfast is free, but after getting an upset stomach on day one, I am sticking to fruit. I dont have another hotel in this larea to compare it too, but after having stayed in various places in Thailand and China, I must say that almost all of the beds are lacking with regard to comfort and this hotel had superior customer service in terms of explanations and the fact that when you call, they come.

We had a good experience at Krabi Cha Da resort… a group of 18 ladies checked in on the 15th of August and out on the 18th. Very efficient efficient and friendly personnel, clean rooms, clean facilities, clean sheets. The breakfast was just okay. Very close to all amenities. I will recommend the resort to anyone going to Krabi.

Lovely place. We had a pool shared with only a couple of neighbors accessible right from our balcony. Rooftop pool is a stunner. Super conveniently located. Near nightlife and shops.

Very very slow Wi-Fi. Asked many times but told it was hotel policy. No chance of FaceTime or YouTube. Given the choice on TV is also poor, when raining no chance of entertainment through their Wi-Fi. If you need Wi-Fi don't stay here.

The decor was nice but hygiene can be improved. The linen smelled dusty and unclean and so I struggled to fall asleep. The people who came to make up our room the next morning didn't do a good job either. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but the signal strength and speed are both very poor and can be improved. The breakfast buffet had a fair amount of options. The shower however only dispensed hot water for a minute or two then all you get is cold water, every single time, so it was a bit of a pain to use. It's a bit far from the beach, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. Our room had very beautiful mountain views however and a view of their pool.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. 3 beautiful swimming pools with a pool bar. Happy hour cocktails are a must!

Beautiful views. The staff were average and not to friendly. The rooms was in a separate building that was an exposed walk up stairs. The room was damp but clean and neat. The pool roof top pool had to much chlorine. The hotel has the best breakfast that I had on our trip. A large variety of western and Thai food.
