A hotel with very good value for money, very good extensive breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Very nice pool and good location to the beaches. The service is incredibly friendly and everything you need for excursions, massages or transfers gets at good prices at the reception.
Have extended our stay and will be happy to come back.

Good place to stay for a day or two. Near to shopping street and beach at 5 min walk. Breakfast didn't have much choices… But amenities and hospitality compensates that.

Very friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, hot water and air con work as expected. Good view from our room — pool and some tree hills. Some of rooms have pool access that is a lot of fun. Location is very convenient, close to beach and night market. Staff is helpful — so would recommend to stay here.

Nothing really impressed Us much, just the pool access room the only thing is fun. Facilities are quite run down. Breakfast are very poor, server are not helping. Bath tub hot water turn to be murky. Still need to put deposit for items used, towel and umbrella. Mozzie around the resorts. Ambience so moody.

Pros: Clean and well lit rooms. Balcony with a nice view. Some rooms have direct pool access. Bathroom with tub. Round the clock hot water. Comfortable beds. Close to both Krabi beaches and markets. Good restaurants near by. The food at the hotel restaurant is also great. Fast Wifi. Polite and prompt service from hotel staff. Swimming pool. Open till 7pm. They provide bikes for rent for 24hrs for around 200THB. Cons: Swimming pool open only till 7pm. Overall, absolutely lovely hotel to stay in.

▪ The best thing here is the staffs, they can recommend you anything you wanna know. ▪ The room is clean, Facilities and amenities is well organized. ▪ Breakfast is the thing I want them to improve. It's not delicious at all, actually foods in a famous restaurant around there cannot be called yummy, so I just let it go for the food. ▪ This hotel can be one of my choices but I'd better choose others next time traveling to Krabi.

Not seems to be 4 star yet ita a ok hotel. Room are small balcony conjested. Pool is ok. Restaurants missing indian food so had to go outside.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort with my wife. The food was excellent and the staffs were very kind and loving. The service was great and I would recommend this place to anyone who is on vacation to Thailand. I hope to come back again, thank you! -Vath Siharath, from Canada.

We were and still are very satisfied. Suber, Schlne Room, very friendly staff, nice pool and well located between the two beaches. Everything important within walking distance and there is a small Nightmarket with lots of different food possible if you run down the road. The breakfast is 300 baht p. P. (If you book it) not cheap, but also quite ok. We spent 3 nights here. Whether it's something for a longer stay, everyone needs to know for themselves. Everything fit for us.

The hotel is very quiet.

Had a nice stay here a few months back. They have a great pool and the rooms are clean and well looked after. If I were to go back, I’d visit again.

Perfect location very near to the beach. The rooms are big and clean. Staff very friendly, maybe they just have to improve their English :)

Excellent value for money, great breakfast, clean environment and courteous staff!

The rooms have connecting doors that let sound through and there are some ants in the room. Besides those hiccups it's actually pretty good.

The staff os amazing and smiling at the same time. The resort is new and very clean. It's located in a walk away from restaurants, markets, shops, massage. The breakfast is ok.

Tourist trap! Don't go there, all rooms are the same size, very small and not beautifull… The pictures from the homepage are telling lies! You have the choice between superior or deluxe room but they absolutely the same! Not the money worth for this hotel! We already didn't check in, because it feels like a big tourist trap from the moment we leave the taxi. As we seen the room we are really unhappy After a long discussion with the manager, she shows us another room that's the same again. We tell that we dont like to stay in this hotel, because it's never a 4star hotel. Than she try to bring us in another Buri Tara Hotel. Now I get really angry about this and just want my money back and leave that place as quick as I can. They charged me about 50bath to charge my money back to my cc. Then we leave… We just walk down the street for a few hundred meters only and now we have a real deluxe room for 1000 bath less and breakfast is also included! If you in the same trap, watch out for Nagapura resort hotel. Beautifull room, 50m pool and supersize (deluxe) room with exclusive service.

Okay stay for me. As many hotels in Thailand, the pictures of the resort do not depict the truth. A renovation here is needed, many things, like the bathroom, elevator, wooden cupboards, etc. Did not age in dignity.

Good location close to nopparathara beach and close to aonang beach too. Decent pool with bar in afternoon and very spacious room. Large shower and bath as well. Very comfortable king size bed. Will stay here again.

Good place if you want to stay in Ao Nang. The reception staff can help you book tour to explore Krabi.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Was greeted by the friendly and smiley staffs. Spacious room with two separate basins (Cool! ). It's a perfect location to stay in if you rent a motorbike. Very near to both Ao Nang and Nopparat Thara Beach!

Friendly reception. Good location with 24hours mart a min away. Bars and restaurants right infront of hotel. Room was good for the price. My issue was the door lock which always make me spend abt 4mins just to get it unlock or lock with the keys. Needed to play with it to get its 'biting' point to turn upon leaving or entering room. Other than that, stay was comfortable. No breakfast option for me.

The hotel is very nice. Very good location. You are fast on the beach, or on the shopping mile.
The rooms are clean, large and very well equipped.
The pool offers until noon shade and we had great time spent here.
There were four for 10 days. The only thing that was not good was the monotonous breakfast.
There was the same thing every day. No sausage, or cheese. Only two varieties of toast and every day only watermelon and pineapple. The coffee Schmekte neither.
We are looking forward to our next trip to Khao Sok.

Wow. First impression! We were told we got upgraded to a deluxe room by the pool what else could I say. We didn't expect this and we were so pleased by everything. The hotel is clean and closed to the beach. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful.

Great place! Service was great! I would give it 5 stars if the would fix their internet. It does work, however it disconnects frequently. Location is great as well if you want city life.

We stayed at the Buri Tara in March 2016 for 4 days, and wish we'd allowed for a longer stay! Painless check-in after booking online via a third party website. Very quiet, very friendly, and good spacious clean room. Well fitted bathroom, with double sinks, obligatory shower, and additional bathtub! The internet signal was rather poor, despite a Wi-Fi router being almost outside our door, but it certainly wouldn't put me off staying again… in fact, I can't wait for our next visit! Situated on a dead-end soi, so virtually zero traffic, and on the quiet side of Ao Nang, it's perfect if you like a bit of peace and quiet. Easily within walking distance of Ao Nang beach in the evenings if you want, or stick to Nopparat Thara beach for quieter dining. Friendly taxi guys just outside (to the left of) the lobby are trustworthy and fairly priced. We hired a driver "Chay" for a day for 1200 Baht, who drove us all around the area to various photo destinations like the Emerald Pool and Hot Springs, finally dropping us back off at the far end of Nopparat Thara to catch the sunset. We also booked him to take us to Krabi airport at the end of our stay. All in all, the hotel and area was a lovely experience, and we will be sure to return soon. The overwhelming memory I take away from Buri Tara, is how peacefully quiet it was!
