The room smells musty, the sink doesn't have hot water. The internet sucks. The bed was comfortable. There isn't an elevator. It is a good place to stay for the price.

Horrible, depressing, unclean, bathroom smells, high pillows so uncomfortable, no lift, no kettle, no phone, high price. Staff do not speak English, internet unreliable.

Very much basic infrastructure, just like a lodge… neither good ambience nor any fine dining arrangement within premises.

Booked a basic room on hotels. Com got to hotel and was told room was not available and had to pay 500B more to upgrade. Someone got into room somehow and emptied backpack but I had all my valuables with me so nothing was stolen. There was no safe in rooms. View from balcony was an abandoned building site, People are allowed to smoke so everywhere stinks of cigarette smoke. Also you have to pay for parking in some really dodgy parking area. Only real good point was it was close to most things but think you could find better places for same money.

We got upgraded to the superior room but I don't think that it would have been worth the price. Room isn't fancy but exceptionally clean. Get breakfast included in the price bc it is so worth it! Tons of food and pretty good. Air con didn't work very well but would have been miserable with out it.
