Nice and clean place to stay in Ao Nang. The Staff is very helpful for any recommandation you might need and even made an effort to speak French. Good breakfast with large range of choices.

Good place to stay, I love the staff n service. I had great breakfast all day, personally I would perefer to have some Indian food.

Helpful reception staffs especially Miss IU. Clean room, enough facilities, near 7-11 and beach very convenient.

The room was really spacious, we had been upgraded to the family room. There was a confusion with the laundry. We wanted to use their service and left the laundry in the room. When we came back we found out that no one picked them up. Apparently you have to leave them at reception. It's a bit far from the main street and the beach, 10 minutes walking. They also have a restaurant, but the options are limited. It was nosy in the morning because of some construction work going on near the hotel. The air conditioning was really noisy.

My room is triple room. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. It is located 800 metres from Ao Nang beach. Not much tuk tuk passed by in front of the hotel. Thus, you need to walk a little bit until at the junction approximately 400metres to get a tuk tuk. The breakfast is good but it also served non-halal dishes.

A lovely place to stay. The Manager, Mathilde and the staff were very nice and accomodating. The triple room is spacious, a rarity in most budget accomodation and has everything you need. The location is about 15-20 minute walk from Ao-Nang Beach and Noppharat Thara Beach respectively. Breakfast was decent. As I am confined to a Halal diet, the staff graciously informed me of which food I can choose to eat. A value for money. I will definitely be back.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean and wide. Air conditioning is very good. Bed is comfortable and you can rent scooters very close to the hotel to ride around Ao Nang. We would stay there again when in Ao nang again.

Located ~10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are roomy and employees are nice and respectful. They're there as needed and it was great!

Good location and friendly staff. Great restaurant and massages right next door. From the airport to go taxi to 600 or 500 bath or just outside we propose a collective van which for 150 bath per person takes you to your hotel. 1 per hour.

We were greeted by some very helpful staff at 9.30pm, however morning staff were incredibly rude and difficult. The rooms were lovely and clean. Very comfortable.

The room offered more than what is expected. Comfortable, spacious and most of all home away from home. The staff was accommodating to any inquiries and requests we had. Breakfast simple but yet delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Very kind and attentive stuff, but left balcony opened one time after room service. Nevertheless I give five stars because it was the only one mistake. Breakfast is perfect. Don't forget to take the keys with you if you plan to come back very late.

As we arrived in Krabi, we were welcomed by Mr. Op the airport transfer driver who is very friendly and nice. The hotel is located at Aonang street and everything is walking distance such as 7 eleven or family marts, restaurants, souvenir shops, massage centre, money exchange booths or ATM and the best part is the hotel is nearby to the Aonang beach. There are a lot of public transports or scooters bikes for rent as an option. The receptionists help us a lot during our stay. They are very nice and sweet. We can request halal food for breakfast too, I like this the best For cat lovers, the hotel has two cute and lovely cats you can play with But there still some room to improve, how I wish you can add mirror on the wall in the room since mirror is a must for everyone right? There is also no iron provided. We just felt a lil bit low confidence wearing wrinkled clothes without iron.

Wonderful stay here, we like the room so big, clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing helpful and friendly, especially pretty Miss Nu, we are happy to meet you, thank you for your warm welcoming and helping. The beach is 10 mins away and convenience to find food around, we looking forward to stay here again.

This is what I think about this beautiful hotel. A woman took a chance. She built an empire. Every room has a different style. This lady has class. The classier the better! And she truly works 24/7 with 2 phones on the go! Woman after my own heart. Views service and communication skills under one roof. Staff who are not controlled but control traffic and care about your needs. Thanks for making me welcome again and looking after me.

Rip off dorms 550b online but 350 if turn up, cold shower as some warm broken, no en suite basic not luxury misleading but good breakfast and clean with air conditioning. Room mate turned up 4 am. Bad sleep. Did refund 200. When I complained.
