Super lovely place to stay — er could highly recommend this accomodation. The owner and his assistance are perfect hosts.

Where to start… Such a fantastic little place to stay. A real gem — we feel very lucky to have found it. The staff are incredibly welcoming and hospitable; very knowledgable about the area and always more than happy to help. It's a little family-business and completely charming. Great location for all that Chiang Mai has to offer, with a cafe that does a sumptuous breakfast. The rooms are just right. Comfortable with good amenities. Always very clean, and the aircon and complementary water were most welcome! We would love to stay again in the future — Chiang Mai is such a vibrant yet relaxed place, with a fantastic coffee scene and a wonderful night market. Arte House made our visit unforgettable.

Thailand tourism The best room, cordial service, about asking coffee beans, tea and so on in addition to getting answers, in addition to the handwriting of Thai, the enthusiasm of the boss. Easy to understand instructions, dedicated service. Inside and outside piled with a variety of works of art, using the ground coffee, the hallway of the refrigerator piled with bottled water free to use, the boss thought to the customer's attentive service. At the same time, English is very good, communication is not a problem. Rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, air-conditioned. They always have a smile on their face, but they forget to take a picture.
The house is paved with wooden floors and is not allowed in shoes. It is recommended that they be asked for advice on travel and transportation. Room is very good, although said space is relatively small, but the air conditioning operation is very good, very quiet, single room still has two sides open windows. The location is very good, in the center of the city by the north. Coffee is definitely fantastic. You can enjoy coffee in the courtyard, breakfast at your own expense simple eggs and bread, because of the time relationship, we do not use, but recommended to live here for many days.
Kind, comfortable, clean, as safe and relaxed as your own home. A 10-minute walk will take you to the three Kings Monument, Chidilong Temple and many other attractions.

We had a fantastic stay there while visiting Chiang Mai. Pop and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our trip, helping us make the most of our few days there. The first day, they helped us map out all the must-see sights and places to go. He even arranged for a driver to take us to Doi Inthanon one day. Arte House really goes above and beyond for their guests and we found it to be a perfect central location in the middle of town. To top it off, the food and coffee there is absolutely fantastic. Stay here if you're in Chiang Mai, we couldn't recommend it any more highly!

Great coffee bar! We ordered magic coffee. Much better than ordinary cappucino. It was had double shot of ristretto in it as it should be everywhere else (in my opinion). And the girl behind the bar spoke good english!

Had the most wonderful breakfast here. The homemade strawberry jam was to die for. A little oasis in Chiang Mai.

Arte House is an excellent space to enjoy a quality coffee-inspired drink while lounging on their aesthetically comforting patio — in front or behind the coffee house. The owner of the space has his home in the back with a charming collection of his artwork shown for those interested. Khob khan krap :)

The owner and staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice, bed is bit firm but otherwise comfortable. They have a fridge stocked full of free water bottles, which is super convenient! — 1 star for a small ant infestation in my room but they're the tiny ones that don't bother you too much. Just don't leave food laying around.

Probably one of the the best if not the best homestay i've been experienced in Thailand, both boss and lady boss are one lovely, friendly, sincere and helpful couple. I missed the place very much, oh… the home made strawberry jam is certainly the best i've ever had… super yummy! I will certainly going back again on my next Chiang Mai visit.

Owners very friendly, the hotel design is also very tasty, and display works of art are lovely. Here the road is narrow, not much parking, but the boss is doing all it can to help us, so we can park the car at his home.

Lovely guesthouse in Old Chiang Mai The house is not large, nor are the rooms but they are adequate, clean, and with bathroom, A/C and TV in each room. What we loved is the kindness of our hosts, the lovely garden and the excellent coffee and breakfast. The location is excellent, a 10 minute walk brings you to the Three King's Monument, the Wat Chedi Luang and many other attractions. They have bikes for rent and given that you are a guest, there is no deposit or passport required, and biking through Chiang Mai makes everything 5 minutes away. Our hosts were very helpful with making reservations, booking trips /excursions, ordering taxis, etc. We also found it very convenient that for all the things we booked we paid at the guesthouse and all we needed was to show the receipt at the place we went. The only downside for me was that the mattress was hard, but that's a matter of taste. Overall we highly recommend Arte House.

Great breakfast and good vibes.

We stayed at the Arte House for only 4 nights but I wish we could have stayed for more. The owners and staff made us feel so at home. Every night when we returned they were genuinely interested to know how our day went. We were really touched when the owners woke up before sunrise just to bid us farewell. Thank you for making our stay at Chiang Mai a memorable one. It has only been less than a week since we left and I miss it already.

Coffee here is awesome too, not to mention having an Arte House Breakfast!

We stayed for a few days in Chiang Mai, this is a great little B&B with a solid western coffee shop out front. Try the roti pancake!

This is one incredible place full of fantastic, humble, calm and lovely people! We stayed here for 1 night and then another 3 nights later in our trip because it really was that good! The coffee is fabulous, cakes tasty, staff superb and the general atmosphere, comfort and 'vibe' is perfection — we will be back! X.
