I NEVER review places But I will this time because I think it’s important. I have no idea About the other reviews and they might be good but this is NOT. Let me start by saying For the price I would choose another hotel. I have stays here twice and will not be a third time. The reason why I stay here the second time was the location and I don’t know Chiangmai well enough to choose another place. But now I do. But in essence it is a glorified hostile. Having stayed in both, I can tell you that there is no difference. It’s not that the hotel is THAT bad. It’s Just I think you get the same level of care that you would with local hostel/600 b nte. Infact, right now it’s 12AM and I can hear the phone ring, going Unanswered, Neighbors next door are obvious. The noise outside from the road traffic is evident. Since this is a large place, expect echoes. I went to put my valuables in the safe and it did not work. I just came back from breakfast, the bottom line – McDonald’s next door is a better option. In fact I had just a little bit I have plain yogurt and I don’t feel so well. I just wanted some coffee as well but there was only tea. I will soon be a guest at Starbucks. Also the outlets either don’t work or are very loose and your connections all fall out. But in all fairness my connections are top-heavy And my girlfriends connection has worked fine. As far as this shower water pressure do not expect a continuing warm stream of water.

Room is big enough and very clean. Wi-Fi is just excellent! The only bad point is that we don't have a real bathroom : shower and toilets, but the bathroom sink is in the bedroom.

Schön und Sehr Sauber, es gibt auch Parkplätze. Personal sind sehr nett!

The outside view is plain but enough to come back to the lobby. It is very well furnished, airy, clean and beautiful, even in the middle of the city, but there is no parking space in front of the hotel.

It have a great location that the 1st floor is McDonald's, The taphe gate and Chiangmai night market are just in front of it. Very good!

Located in the perimeter of the ancient walls of the city, convenient to visit the city on foot without needing Taxi.
Rooms spacious tidy and clean.
Great collation with a good variety of products.
The staff were friendly and well-capacity to meet every need.

A mid range functional hotel — Rooms are basic but nice and clean. Air-conditioning is good. But the best thing about this hotel is its location right opposite the main city Gate. I stayed during Songkran and this was right in the heart of all the action! its also within easy walking distance of the weekend markets and Night Bazaar.

Comfortable basic room without toothbrush, face towel, hairdryer. Good location with a McDonald’s sharing the same building and many food and convenience stores within walking distance.

The good thing of this hotel is in the city and near many landmarks in Chiangmai such as Tha Prae Gate, Night Barzar, Tha Prae Walking Street. For the room, it is not quiet and breakfast is not good.

Clean&nice room, reasonable price, great Staff, very good location,. Don't forget IMM Hotel… to visit Chiangmai.

If you are going to stay here. Pay extra for the mountain/city view room. I ghave this 5 stars for view and location. But 3 stars for noise. Very noisy hotel at night. But that really didn't bother me that bad. But man what a great location and great view from my window.

The room size is good and the location is fine if you like a city location but the walls are thin and the staff are noisy in the morning around 7 am so no sleeping in. I get up early anyways but noise is a little much. But two stars because I like having a hot shower with water flow and the water heater in my room barely gets the water warm unless I turn down the water flow to a very very soft flow.

Good location and MacDonald 24 hours, but there are some ants in room. Wifi is good and stable. TV is too small.

Very good location — we can enjoy the surrounding-night market. Also nice hospitality and quick early breakfast here! :)

Located near Sunday night market, McDonald's is just outside, easily accessible and pick up by tour, recommended for staying.

Clean accommodation, central for tourists. Breakfast hall had. I sit on and flies were a nuisance. The McDonalds next door was appreciated by the kids!

We stayed at the IMM Hotel in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. The staff has been amazing. The rooms are immaculate and IMM is centrally located in CM. Every Tuk Tuk driver and Sangtow knows exactly where the IMM hotel is. You get a discount with your room key to most of the surrounding businesses. The free Wi-Fi is super fast. Boots (which is basically CVS) is next door. There is a three floor Starbucks across the street. I highly recommend IMM Hotel in Chiang Mai.

Me and my partner stayed here the last week and a bit, we picked it because of its location and free Wi-Fi, breakfast. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor near the stairs which was convenient, we could hear a lot of sound in the morning from people being loud at breakfast but other than that it was quiet, the room was well kept and new air-con. The breakfast had a good selection for a jump-start to the day and the staff were friendly and spoke English. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was a very pleasant experience, clean bath, big rooms, good price, friendly and attentive employees, which fill up the empty plates very quickly. Very central in Chiang Mai.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during my stay in Cjhiang Mai. Rooms are quite simple but have all that is required for a 5 night stay. Air-conditioned is standard but as it is the cool season in Chiang Mai I rarely used it! The outstanding feature of this hotel is its great location it is right at the main gate of the old city. The Sunday Market sets up out front and extends all the way into the old city. You will also find plenty of bars, restaurants and travel agencies near by.

The room is relatively small and clean one. There is Wi-Fi, Breakfast, Breakfast is more General.

Good location, we got a good deal as we booked 57 rooms, clean and tidy, helpful staff, only downside is that they haven't got a lift,,,, sucks if u forget something,,,, … overall worth it,,

Stayed here many times, never had any problems worth complaining about. The rooms are clean and spacious. Location wise it's perfect for exploring the centre of Chiang Mai.

No hot water, no toilet paper, no windows no view and a roof top disco with a boom base all night. The manager Phantanat Chompoophan told me he gone arrange a refund but he did't. Bad service and the worse stay ever.

From November 20, 2012 to 22nd. Token-a memorable city.

Way overpriced, internet sucks.
