I was supprise with the very open, peaceful environment in this resort, comparing to exciting Pattaya. The breakfast is good with many selections. Beach & Pool are clean, comfortable. The quality is very good in a resonable price.

Nice property, awesome view, just near beach but not worth enjoying the Beach area, it's too isolated, only thing to enjoy is swimming pool and pool side bar. Staff is bit slower in responding but overall a good property. Can select to stay if distance is not a concern as it's but far from Pattaya beach but they have shuttle service.

Was in this hotel in 2012, 2015 and this year (April 2018). The quality deteriorated sharply: the furniture continues to wear out; Shower as in a grinding pit (dirty, broken) ; Bathroom dirty; Room cleaning is limited to replacement of bed linen and towels (cleaning of the floor and rooms from dust and debris actually no) ; On the part of the staff there is no attention (the first hotel, which for the birthday even postcards did not put) ; Closet for clothes is broken; Refrigerator temperature in the room; Walls, curtains and furniture require dry cleaning; The pool has a very cold water; Small pool is crowded with tourists from other hotels; The upper sandy beach is dirty and damp; Its personal approach to sea water hotel has no, rods on the coast paid (100 TNV) ; The hotel is not groomed: the vases are broken, the lawn is Toptotan, the waterfall of the upper pool is not healthy. Well, in general, for small flaws, the hotel is normal for 60-80 bucks. It's not new. But the staff have an affable access to a quiet relatively clean beach and a couple of pools on the grounds of one pool with a bar right in the pool. You're drinking in the water. Alright. Minus it forgot to put toothbrushes:) The rest is normal. Breakfast has a lot to choose from.

The hotel is located in the north of Pattaya, close to the world-famous temple of Truth. It is a beautiful complex with a perfectly planned landscape. On the territory of the hotel there are all-pools, restaurants, souvenir shop. The rooms are cozy, with spacious bathrooms and unique views of the sea. And to the sea from reception go a hundred steps. The restaurant is prepared for every taste-the main thing is tasty. Good selection of wines. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The worst and rude reception staff ever Check in was ok Thought the days will be but I was mistaken Hotel outdated 2nd day reception staff wanted to charge extra money for a third person when I ask where is the second person she carelessly answered because no one else check in with you how I know you alone WT=+** Very rude.

We had our afternoon meal here. A very fine hotel and excellent food.

We had our wedding there. Everything was perfectly setup. The decoration was wonderful. We were 100% happy.

This is a fabulous hotel when I stayed there during the period where Accor ran it. Basically, the location was fantastic, where the view is picturesque. The swimming pool is right outside the balcony (for rooms at the ground floor), that is really a great experience for children. The whole setup provide a pleasant and serene environment. However, the last time when I visit, the food does not seems to be as good as before. A certain professionalism and service seems to slack a lot. I hope this review is not been too critical rather it can encourage the management to take note improve on the service.

Staff don't know English Place is very beautiful They said free Wi-Fi but instead we have to pay for it. And it's not cheap.

The worse experience can you ever have in Pattaya is this hotel. It's not even close from 2 stars hotel! The hosts are not friendly and welcoming at all, poor services and breakfast and the most of the rooms not sea front, it's a side front, so you need to turn your head to see the sea. No free Wi Fi, and not accept guests, if you want to bring someone you need to pay 1000P, even if your room for 2 Parsons. Very faraway from the city center and the employee always talk about their hotel policies, and the are trying keeping everything to the minimum! Unfortunately, I couldn't handle it at all and couldn't stay my entire time, so I had to pay twice and move to another hotel who is normal, they destroy my holiday, therefore I highly don't recommend at all for anyone.

Hotel: the hotel Garden Cliff Resort and Spa. The hotel is nice, quiet, peaceful, with excellent staff (only Thais is important), consistent with the stated 4 stars.
At installation there is a Deposit of USD 100 with 1 person who eviction will be fully refunded if you do not use a Minibar, nothing was broken and not accidentally put yourself in a suitcase — rooms with eviction checked!
A huge plus for us not speak either one language in addition to the great and mighty — the staff has a great girl, Olga, who will always help you in any matter. Unfortunately, the term of her contract ends soon, and that she's leaving home — in Ukraine.
The Deluxe rooms are clean, comfortable, although small. Mosquitoes, ants and other living creatures were noticed.

I loved the beautiful green, great Breakfast. And in General, if winter summer wanted to go to Thailand, choose this hotel and it was the best gift that you can make yourself.
