Was in this hotel in 2012, 2015 and this year (April 2018). The quality deteriorated sharply: the furniture continues to wear out; Shower as in a grinding pit (dirty, broken) ; Bathroom dirty; Room cleaning is limited to replacement of bed linen and towels (cleaning of the floor and rooms from dust and debris actually no) ; On the part of the staff there is no attention (the first hotel, which for the birthday even postcards did not put) ; Closet for clothes is broken; Refrigerator temperature in the room; Walls, curtains and furniture require dry cleaning; The pool has a very cold water; Small pool is crowded with tourists from other hotels; The upper sandy beach is dirty and damp; Its personal approach to sea water hotel has no, rods on the coast paid (100 TNV) ; The hotel is not groomed: the vases are broken, the lawn is Toptotan, the waterfall of the upper pool is not healthy. Overall impression: Very spoiled and forgotten by the management of the place. The breakfasts are extremely monotonous. Wi-Fi paid! (1 day = 300THB or $10).
From pluses: presence of breakfasts (from 06 till 10 am) ; Daily bed linen change; Beautiful view.

Overall impression: not satisfactory. It is sad when management so much forgets about quality of rendered services.
I do not recommend this hotel when visiting Pattaya.
Also, if turn up, prepare $200 deposit!
