Wonderful view, spacious room, and delicious beachside BBQ!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and we had a great service. The room was very nice with a beautiful view we had great service from all the staff but especially from Khun Fah.

Great interior design with private beach and family friendly activities. During rainy season the weather can change in 10 minutes to complete down pour flooded with rain, but that is normal no matter where you stay in Pattaya. The power cut out and that was nice to have a moment of silence listening to the heavy rain. They have back up generators so the power was back on after a few minutes. Lovely views from your private deck and beautiful spacious rooms. Good room service and great restaurants, I appreciate they keep the menu with some Thai cuisine A+

A lot of habalis Russians. Conceptual but rather messy hotel. On what was not once, "to leave" is no longer possible. A maximum of three sv-sv.

This hotel is amazing! There's an amazing view from your room, and the pools are very big and wide. The rooms do come with many necessities, but doesn't come with lotion, so you should pack your own. The toilets are very clean. There's one pool that's really deep, so do be careful. Breakfast is also really good. Overall I would recommend and come again!

Location us very far from main city. Difficulty to get taxi… Indian customers should not take this hotel anyway. Rooms are not as much good as expected according to price. Swimming pool is nice. Food is horrible. Always coming bad smell in restaurant area. No options for indian food.

Quiet, in a small distance from the bustle of the city (but to whom what). Your beach. The sea is very close. The breakfasts are very good with good coffee, fruit, well and a good standard set. The view from the family suite on the sea is chic. The shuttle rarely runs, at least once an hour.

We only flew from Thailand. We stayed at the hotel for a very relaxing stay. And I will say so-this hotel ruined all our stay. First, why is it a constantly stinking room? We are staying at this hotel with my daughter. I decided to write a review on Hot tracks) Pros: Breakfasts are good, euro and Asia. Sausages, toasts, juices, fruits, tea, coffee, salad, pancakes. Beautiful hotel located on the shores of the Gulf of Siam. Nice, spacious rooms that have everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The so called superior rooms are room with no view and have stickers pasted on the windows. The location is far from anything you would expect to be nearby when in Pattaya. International hotel chain like Novotel should invest more in English speaking staff. The list is rather long. I spent my top $$ and I really wish I had something good to say about the hotel.

Nice beachside hotel. 4 pools overlooking the beach. The location is not great, about 15 min from downtown, with nothing really around the area. The sanctuary of truth temple is next door. Certainly worth seeing. Expect a 200 baht taxi into the city. The beach water is very murky, however it's typical of mainland Thailand. The resturant is overpriced and the food is 3 stars at best. A swim up poolside full service bar is available, but with limited selection of liquors. My ocean view room was very nice; new and updated. The beds were slightly hard but comfortable. Overall, great hotel if your looking for seclusion, otherwise if your looking for city life, I'd recommend a hotel closer to the city.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (13-15 Oct '17) for my 70 year-old mom and my twin kids. Today my kids and I went for a full-day diving trip. My mom was relaxed at your hotel; unfortunately, around 1PM your staff called my mom asking her about our checking out time and stating that new guests were waiting to check in to our rooms. My mom was so stressed. She couldn't reach me as I was diving. Her relaxing time was ruined. She didn't know what to do so she asked your staff to check again. After that, your staff called back and apologized. However, my mom's relaxing time at your hotel was ruined. Now she feels so bad about your service and accuracy of your system. After my daughter knew about this, she was so upset that she told me she wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean hotel staff where excellent and very helpful enjoyed our time there even though it was only for a week. Definitely going back in April for 2 weeks.

Pullman is 100 times better with everything. If you have a choice that should be Pullman vs this with silly staff run Novotel. We had asked for room with breakfast and guess the receptionist messed up in adding. Next day when having breakfast their staff came one by one including the manager through out our breakfast and spoilt our morning. They do not have basic manners either to be patient and handle in a calmer way after we even asked that we'll stop by at the desk after breakfast. Over all not so good experience. Still 3 stars because the hotel is good, beach access and pool is good and the food (not breakfast) is okay.

One of the finest properties situated in calmth of pattaya. Ideal location to stay for lazy holidays with family and friends. Away from central pattaya the property has everything self contained in it. It's a awesome property. Live it Large with family to Make a mark on time.

Lobby is confusing to get to as there's no signs indicating where it is. Room has a musty smell, like a wet dog has been in it for days. Breakfast (if not included, don't waste your money) was terrible… Food was not fresh. I got severe food poisoning from here. Wrote multiple emails to management, no acknowledgements. Nothing.

Colonial style cliff hotel remotely located accessible only via a windy road. That said, this hotel has motorbike rental. Recommended for lone travellers and family vacationers.
