I came with my family for just 2 nights. Acqua is only a short walk to the beach, and when you arrive at the beach there is a kids' playground and beach chairs to rent. There is a night market nearby, so finding food in the evening is easy. 7-Eleven is relatively close, too. The condo is styled nicely, but built with low quality doors, door knobs, faucets, etc. Pretty common Thai construction nowadays, but at the time of this writing, the doors mostly closed correctly and the kitchen faucet only wiggled a bit. Not a lot of nightlife nearby so sleeping is easy. The rooftop infinity pool is nice, but parts were already under renovation and drained of water. The ground-floor pool was operational and relaxing. FYI, there are a lot of steps at this condo. It makes for an interesting, modern style but navigating a stroller with a baby was a challenge. Overall, our experience here at Acqua was nice, and I'd come back again, especially while it's still relatively new.

Very good location at north end of Jomtien Beach. 2 minutes walk to beach and baht bus. Lovely pool. We had a studio which was large with good, if dated, fittings and everything worked well. Just 2 issues 1. Very small 5 foot bed, the smallest we have ever had anywhere in thailand after many extended visits travelling around the country. I asked at reception if we could have a larger bed and was told that all studios have small beds but suites have big ones! Really? I went to see a garden view studio and, guess what, it had a big bed. Unfortunately the room had a wall view rather than garden so we stayed put. I told reception lady about the large bed and she said No, same type as your room! At that point I gave up on this irritating ecperience and stayed with the small bed. 2. At 1900 baht this is well overpriced. There are loads of places locally charging less but I did not check any out to see how they compare. What I do know is there is far better value available in central Bangkok.

Good place to stay beach and night market is just down the road.

Good place to spent your holiday if you find a good unit to rent.

This is our most favourite place in Pattaya. All very well delivered clean and cozy.

1. Расположение. Ночной рынок, недорогие кафешки, пляж — 5 минут пешком по широкой улице. 2. Бассейны. Один большой внизу (попрохладнее, он чаще в тени), по одному в каждом корпусе на крыше (там больше солнца, но сами бассейны небольшие). Чистые, каждый день вижу как за ними ухаживают. 3. В принципе ухоженно: моют полы, стекла, кустики аккуратно пострижены. 4. Есть охрана. Охрана улыбается. Шлагбаум поднимает. Не знаю, что она ещё умеет, вроде не было инцидентов пока мы здесь были. 5. Подземный паркинг — не знаю какие условия, мы в Тае пешеходы, но паркинг есть. 6. За месяц гудели два раза — один раз китайцы (это единственные китайцы, которых мы здесь видели), один раз пшеки какие-то. Охрана улыбается. Не проблема. 7. Очень много семей с детьми — детям здесь на самом деле комфортно. 8. Есть стим рум. Просто тёплый пар, не ходите туда. 9. Есть кид рум — там автомат с водой, 1 бат = 1 литр. Детей там нет. 10. Есть маленькая тренажерка. Там активно тренажируются. 11. Мусор выбрасывать на этаже G — это подземный паркинг, там есть комната с контейнерами. Резюме: очень довольны.

Nice apartment in beautiful residence with pool at will. Fitness and not forgetting the sauna.
Near the night market and Restaurants and also massages.

Peaceful and small hotel ideal to have a small resting holiday. Comfortably located near the beach.

Initially we forgot about us, and when we called, we were held to the apartment… It was absolutely not cleaned after previous guests. Fixed it promptly, but the sedimentary still was
I think that the case is single, do not take into account the arrival, we really liked it.

As the apartments are in the middle of Jomtien. I find it one of the best places to stay away from busy road. Nice clean apartment. Friendly staff. Nice pool too very quiet. We enjoyed it so much.

Apartment for hire not far from the beach (jomtiem) pattaya.

Clean and modern low rise condo very reasonable price for long term lease 6+months. 250 meters from beach and a very good night market open every night from around 6pm. And baht bus route to Pattaya. Huge pool and two smaller rooftop pools, Gym, library, games room, Yoga room and kids playroom makes Acqua worth considering for long or short term holiday stay.

Here we have a roof top pool and gym in ground floor… we can cook inside our apartments and be like home.

Nicely built condo in an excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the Jomtien night market and baht-busses on beach road. Roof top swimming pools that look over Jomtien.

There are two pools on the roof and one big bottom that can float long distances on a ring. There is a beautiful night-walk market with a massage and a wine department in which there are many Thai wines from Marakuj mangosteen treatment and other exotic beverages. The sea is near and the gym is small but not loaded.

The pool is incredible! Situated in a quiet area but on the same road as the night market! Best of both worlds!

BEST CONDO on Jomtien! The hotel has all the necessary amenities: a gym, a yoga room, a sauna, an excellent swimming pool, a rooftop pool with a sea view, a lounge zone on the roof, billiards, USSR ping pong, a library, a great location for the sea at 200-300 meters. A nice bonus, a najtmarket where you can eat delicious and cheap.

Excellent location and infrastructure around! Rooftop swimming pool with amazing seaview and large yard swimming pool with jacuzzi.

Now new management, new name "Avenue beach hotel ". One of the best Hotel in Jomtien if you want beach location. Good standard and big clean rooms for small money. The restaurant "Restaurant Oscar", if not the best, is one of the best too. But book in advance, are normally full. Edit, now renamed Avenure Beach Hotel.
