Excellent for service and hotel
I will be back again.

Very bad service for 5-star hotel.
We had to make several calls from 16:00-18:30 for the baby bed that we ordered during the booking. The breakfast spaces are very limited until they had to set up the meeting room with around 10 tables to be the spare space; however, when my family arrived there, there were no spaces either and no hotel staff came to assist us, until I had to come back to the room to have breakfast from my last night leftover. This hotel makes my new year holiday the worst ever.

One of a good places to stay if you gonna stay in Pattaya for a week or longer. This community has a south entrance to Jomtien beach and north entrance to Sukhumvit Rd. Very convenient to go to Pattaya downtown area or to highway straight back to Bangkok. There are swimming pools, gym rooms available from 6 a. M. To 10 p. M. Everyday. Quiet and peaceful place.

Was renting studio and that was real small, if you planning to stay couple of weeks it's ok. Pool and gym are good, every two blockes have one pool and gym in between. Six blocks, I was told A and B have the biggest size units, they also closest to the beach. Location is good, if you trying to stay away from hustle of Pattaya. It is rather quiet and family oriented. Building maintenance is good. Right at the beach side entrance you can catch big tuktuk and get to the city.

Great Condonlage right on Jomtien Beach. Audience predominantly Russians + Thais. 3 pools, sauna, small fitness room, table tennis.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is clean and has an advanced pass system, even in the elevator you can go only to your own floor, or to the public floor.

When renting an apartment here it is necessary to remember that living in one of the buildings you do not have free access to all the pools of the complex. Having a contract of less than a year you can not get help for jemigrejshen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If there is no car very far from the center, but the Jomtien walk is a tuk tuk and not the fact that in the evening he would agree to take you on his own fare, most likely ask for an extra fee. The owner of the apartment gave us one chip-key for access to the building and elevator. It is very uncomfortable, had to walk everywhere together as the Chinese! In short a large anthill, in which a step left, right immediately asked to pay extra. For this money you can easily find accommodation much better! The pools, which are between the buildings, in the shade and the sun comes there after three hours. This is not the first accommodation that we rent in Pattaya, but that's what I wanted to leave a review. Do not be deceived in your expectations!

Lovely condo at an affordable price. The studios are certainly not big, but for 2-3 people are quite enough. The location is great-one side 15 min Street. Sukhumvit, on the other Jomtien, where the tuk-tookie. Getting to any point of Pattaya is very easy! The hotel is very clean and modern. Many Russian tourists. Sea across the street. I'm very pontavilos, I'll consider this option next time!

Very good infrastructure. Clean pool, nice yard. It's so good to do yoga here :-)

Great, condo for a quiet stay. A bit far from the center, but having a tuk fertilizers compensates for that.
To the center in the evening in rush hour hour drive.

Jomtien Beach Soi 18, near the beach, has a "double" car shuttle transit, the central area of Pattaya. Lumpini has 5 buildings, there are 3 swimming pools, fitness room and so on, each big downstairs has enough space for children to play.

Lovely condo. The living environment here is very reminiscent of the Protamnak district but at times cheaper and more comfortable. Also, this place can be recommended for families with children for long stay in Thailand) rooms in condo less reminiscent of the hotel room and more like tiny but comfortable apartments)

Very nice complex. Just no Wi-Fi and small rooms. But yard with pool is good, stuff is friendly, service is very good. Good location.

Small appartments for 1-2 people, new building located far south. Quiet place, not many people especially when tourists finally go home.

This is a condo. It ca be difficult to organise entry. Also difficult to identify the correct Building if you book a room online.

Apartment rented on Airbnb, I am delighted. Especially since the owner makes available a small motorcycle.

This is my apartment in Pattaya for my retirement.

Small rooms are not suitable for any lengthy stay. Larger apartments seem to be a bad deal at a price/quality ratio. You can live, of course, but on grade.
