The owner is the nicest person I have met in some time! Highly recommended.

Only accept cash payed upfront, no proper airco, bed is hard, street sound is loud, smelly trash in front of the door, only positive thing is that it's close from where the busses stop. Street market around the corner is purgatory. Wi-Fi is good. Dude at the counter is relax.

I really enjoyed my stay at Honey place. It's a quiet place to just chill and rest even tho it's right next to khao san road. Staff is very kind and helpful, specially the lady at the desk. Free coffee/tea, biscuits and bananas :)

Old House bed hard to sleep the shower is the small toilet side of the toilet is not recommended this price can be found in the Pattaya Pool breakfast test mountain is expensive and noisy.

OK, I took a double bed room, hard mattress, not uncomfortable, quiet, the driveway smells awful, but it's not their fault. Very independent. You can shower while you do your needs.

Honey place guesthouse is an affordable and relatively quiet place in kao san road area. The room was clean but the bed a bit too hard, air con and Wi-Fi, no TV. My friend sleep well but I woke up several times fue to the window on the corridor (light and noise).

Friendly staff. Great spot for the price. Very clean, staff are constantly cleaning. Complementary coffee and tea, some snacks too like biscuits and fruit. Wi-Fi wasn't strong in the room but the sitting room had good signal. On a side street but very close to khao san rd.

Great location, nearby different shops, restaurants, market and street food. Good place to stay for a couple of days. It is really cozy, offers free tea, coffee and cookies for its guests. Nice, clean and cheap. Staff is really welcoming and communicative. They ask you to take off your shoes in the lobby. So there was a home like atmosphere. The bad thing is that it is really noisily inside, you can easily hear people talking in the street or blowing their nose in a shared bathroom. Our 1st floor room has window with styrofoam instead of glass. To my mind it is not suitable for couples or people who desires some privacy.

Guest house is really nice in an alleyway 100m from kaosan. The mamas that hold the case are really comfortable, the single room is small but for 350 baht you can not find better! Thank you.

Very good welcome, clean hotel and rather well placed (close to Khao San Road but more quiet). The beds are big, there is aircon and a fan. The luxury backpacker!

I've been in Bangkok for three times. But this is the most recommend place to stay in this city. It's clean, cheap and the owner and staff are soooooo lovely, kind and helpful.

Absolutely great! The common areas and bathrooms are always clean, great location, the rooms have AC and a fan, and the complimentary coffee/tea is excellent. The owner is so nice and helpful, that alone would be worth it. I love how it's located on a narrow side street but still in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again. Truly no complaints, not one!
