It's a nice and clean place to crash for the night. Some quirks, but when you're paying less than $10 for a night, you learn to live with those. However some issues which they should improve are, my toilet clogged up, while having a bath, and without having access to my slippers it was iky to have bath in a puddle of water. No power point near to the bed, only one was inside the wash room, the aircon was OK but abruptly stopped functioning during the night, room was just maybe 7' *8', maybe 10-15% larger but not more than this. Very small even by budget guest house standards. The lady at the reception could do with learning with some manners and speaking politely with strangers. Not everyone who's staying at budget hotels is a popper, most of the guys and gals just want to same their dime so that they can spend money on experiences than wasting on hotel rooms. But I believe that she thinks to the contrary. All in all, I'll try and find something better next time, even if I might have to pay slightly more.

Of the best hostels that can be done we have not been. Large room, Wi-Fi perfect, free drinks for breakfast (coffee and tea) and a very friendly staff and attentive.

It's a quite cheap place, very neat and clean, with an excellent location in Kahosan area, in a small road, so the quality of sleep is good. The rooms are very small and basic and up to the fourth floor, so get ready to the stairs. Hot water, towels and great shower.

Toilet can be shared or within the room. Has hot bath water. Has three twin beds (depending the room). Please be informed that there is no refrigerator inclusion. There is common laundry area available about 40 B/kilo. Good for backpackers and travellers on the go.

Good relationship quality-price. It does not have great luxuries, but it has a excelemte location near kao san road but without the noise.

Nice clean room, quiet, cheap place to stay near Khao San Rd. Sadly there's no TV if you just want to stay in bed and relax.

Quiet place in appearance but the walls are narrow and the slightest noise wakes you. The mattress is so hard that it is better to sleep on the floor.
Only one night was enough for me.

Fairly priced budget hostel. Room is small, but well kept. Location is it's game as it is very close to Khaosan and yet far away from the noise. Granted, you have to enter through some stinky alleys, but I guess it's part of the experience. Would not recommend the food, though.

The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant on the main floor of the guest house with good food at good prices. It is worth it to pay extra for an air conditioned room. The location is great as well because it is right next to the popular tourist party street.

A very cheap, well-located and cosy hostel. The rooms are very clairvoyant around the neighbors working all night. That's why sleep comes up relatively short, too bad.

Budget Gest, a stone's throw from Kaosan. The room is cramped but clean — all in tile. Air conditioning, fan. At night it is very noisy, through the window you can hear the loud music from Kaosan. For those who sleep sensitively — this place is clearly not an option! Nearby — a good and inexpensive cafe.

Unfortunately, there is only breakfast left to eat.

Room with own shared bathroom, the guest house is clean, the staff OK, location removed from the Cahue of Kao San Road and central to visit the city. They serve drinks but do not really restore; It's not very clear. Also the ban of visitors outside in the rooms and in Mrs. Temps they charge 100 baht for "Thai ladies"?!

Pros Close to Khao San road where you can meet different kinds of traveler. Giant ibis pick-up point is just around the corner if you're traveling to Cambo. Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Saket are walkable. Bus stops nearby. Restaurants, food stalls, and markets are nearby. Cons Small room, weak internet. Have to remove shoes everytime you enter the guest house. Additional charge for bringing friends in your room. Bathroom drainage needs a thorough cleaning, every morning there is a very bad smell coming out from the bathroom drainage. Ac needs cleaning, does not have a filter I guess, everytime you switch on the ac, it will sprinkle dusty water first.

Very good price and the location was very good too. The shared bathroom was ok and had hot water. The staff was very helpful. Even though it was very hot the standard room (fan only) worked just fine for us. If there would have been something to dry the bathroom between different people it would have been great.

Nice place off the Khao San road, so it's more quiet and pleasnt. The ground floor is actually considered the first floor, so we had a private room with a shower and AC which was on the "3rd" floor but was actually only two floors up. The Room itself is small, a double bed and a small table. Towels and small soap are provided, and the room was clean. There was a strong smell of Naphthalene (keeping away moths). We also ate breakfast at the ground floor restaurant and booked a shuttle to the smaller airport which took around 45-50 minutes drive. Overall, it's an ok enough of a place for 1-2 nights.

Not bad for a guesthouse just outside khao san. You get what you pay for. Not noisy to be so close to khao san road.

Good value for money, 1 min to Khao San Road, can be in the night time a little louder, very clean.

Very good location, steps from Kaosn but without the hustle. Attention of first and very close to the express boat (important to move to the other areas of bkk) feet quite good for the price, with air conditioning, hot shower, balcony, but without TV and minibar.

Very clean! Centrally located, a minute walk from the Khao San Road, yet no noise from there. Very good price-performance ratio for a double room with air conditioning.

Very well located steps from the main street. It does not have a lift but it has a very good price.

The location is top, a bit noisy, but it's not awkward. The hotel is clean but the lady of the reception was not at all… Welcoming.

At one minute walk from Khao San Road but far enough to scape the noise. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean with air conditioning and fan too. Staff very friendly and helpful with lots of tourist information.
