The staff are so nice and friendly. The minus point is not all of them can speak English. Everything is clean. Bathrooms are shared, breakfast is good.
Strongly recommended!

Fabulous breakfast, great location. Very easy to get tuktuk or taxi, 2 blocks to skytrain or river taxi. Lots of restaurants nearby. But the best is how much the staff care about their guests. They arranged a cake for my husband's birthday, offered help with our son who had a fever, and greeted us whenever we went in or out. Super, super nice. For families, they have a 6-bed room, individual lights and curtains on bunks so one person can stay up while others sleep. Bathrooms were cleanest hotel/hostel we have ever seen, and whole place was very safe.

Location is excellent, housekeeping is fantastic, the air conditioning is wonderful and they have a wide variety of TV channels. The beds are a little too soft, but still comfy (just be careful when sitting on the sides), but light sleepers beware as soundproofing is virtually non existent. Loud voices from the hall and neighboring rooms can easily be heard, along with noises like chairs and bags being dragged and rolled from the upstairs floors. The people working the front desk are a hit and miss. Some are really helpful, but others are too busy playing with their phones to pay attention to you. The massage place at the ground floor is so-so. If you have the energy, take a 5 min walk to the main road and try the 2nd shop on the left.

The hostel hed is so hard! Im very very easily contented but the bed was rly uncomfortable for me. The pillows r too soft as well but honestly you paid for this price u should be prepared to get such beds in return. I will pay more to sleep elsewhere unless they improve on their bedding situations.

The room is almost good. They don't just have toothbrush and slippers which most of the hotel have. The place is a lil far from the main road. The room is clean however they aren't changing the bed sheets and the comforter. The Breakfast is fine, its just that they have the same menu everyday as well as the fruits. The sugar in the buffet has ants. The hotel is affordable.

Bed is comfortable and clean. Front staff looks not. Helpful and the distance from main road. Can get better place if u dont mind. To. Walk.

The room is quite big, but the floor so DIRTY! I stay here for 7 days but they never mop our room (IT ALSO APPLY TO OTHER ROOM CAUSE I BOOK 4 ROOMS FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY). They only swept the floor. The bed is very lousy, they should change it for the new one. Free tuk tuk shuttle often have problems. The Wi-Fi very unstable, almost unusable. I definitely don’t want to book this hotel anymore.

The good things : the room quiet big, and clean. Located near platinum fashion mall. Standard breakfast menu. three things to be improve : please provide slipper, tooth brush n tooth paste for your guests.

I’m feel the hotel service bad, staff no courtesy. start from first day to last day shutter also out of service. The hotel is first time stay and also last time stay. Angry…

Quiet and clean Place 2 steps from Pratunam Shopping Center.

Clean and close to Prathunam area. The staff are friendly and be able to speak English well.

Stayed here 9 months ago. Rooms were simple and looked clean. However beds were dusty because of construction. Usually took us 15 mins to walk to BTS Phaya Thai which is a turn off when you've been walking the whole day. Wi-Fi was a bit of a let down as well. If you can afford a better hotel, get one near the BTS. Other than that, this was fine as it was near the massage places and at a very good price.

Overall very good front desk and other service staff smile very good also very kind just soundproofing need to strengthen listen to the sound upstairs and then we go to the time hotel next to the decoration so after 8 o ' clock is very noisy.

Well located and clean with a very nice hot shower. Bed was too soft and lumpy. If bed was good, definitely 5 stars.

Staff 9/10, pick up n drop off service at main road is very helpful. Room is very clean n big enough. Price is cheap if you book in advance. I booked in n save 50% compare to walk-in price.

Is a 5 min walk to pratunam market. Relative cheap compare to hotel within pratunam market. Definitely worth the price.

Staffs a really friendly and helpful. They even send something which I have forgotten to take after I have check out from the hotel. They provide free tuk-tuk service at any time to and from the hotel and the 3 points eg: main road, pratunam market and bts station.

Stayed this place last year… Service was good and friendly staff… They have car service to the main road for guest… Must try the massage there… Really good and cheap…

Great place to stay with traveler, near center, good price, good service. Our team of 9 stayed for 1 week and had a really good time here.

The indian staff are being super rude us. We booked for three single bed room and they gave us three double bed room, we requested to change but they claimed that they are running out of rooms. We brought a cup of mango smoothie back to the hotel during the night time, and left it on the table, AS WE COULDN'T FIND THE BIN. The staff from the counter shouted at us, and scolded us. The pillows in the room are smelly, I could hardly describe the bad smell, it's so bad that I don't even want to think of it. I did not sleep with pillow on the first night. We requested the staff to change, but they did not change it, so we went down and told the staff to change it on the second night, they FINALLY changed it. The smell of the toilet was super bad too, I feel so disgusted to fall asleep with these kind of smell. They left their rubbish at the corridor, especially fourth floor. The smell of the corridor was bad too. Bad experience, even though the price is cheap. I do not recommend you to stay here, far from bts, even the shopping malls, have to go with tuk tuk but still need to walk quite a long distance. Bad environment, looks scary at the night time. So disappointed, everything in bangkok was good except for the hotel. Ruined our mood for the first two days.

Our stay at Cubic has been perfect. A very cosy and friendly place, specially staff. The room and the common bathrooms are clean and have everything you need. Great location and good breakfast. We fully recommend this place!

It ok but far from Platinum and Pratumnam market. And far from BTS. Some noice in midnight, I am so scared.

I have visited this hotel last year. The staff there are friendly. The hotel have refurbished and its look clean. Will stay there again if we are going to Thailand. Great location to MBK & Platinum mall.

I am visited this hotel on september 2016. I have excellent experience at this hotel. This hotel situated center of the bangkok. We had very testy Break fast. Hotel Staff also very friendly guys. Thanks all of the hotel staff.

Pros: Super clean! I stayed here for 3 nights and I have never ever seen the toilet/ bathroom floor was wet or dirty. It seems the caretakers always clean the toilet/ bathroom right after we use it. My sister also said that the hostel is cleaner than any other 5-star hotels she knows. All the staffs are super nice and helpful, especially the hostess. She gave us travel maps, shared us a lot of advice and tips, taught us some useful Thai sentences. We are very thankful for the… kindness of her. By the way, I love how it was automatically managed with sensor systems, I can say that it is a smart as well as friendly accommodation at all. We really enjoyed staying here, very comfortable and refreshing. Con: The hostel is not very near from the BTS Station (National Stadium BTS, in this case). Maybe it is still a walking distance to many others but I am not a good walker, so I felt quite tired after walking back to the hostel. This is the only not-so-good thing I can say about this place.

This is a great place and was kept especially clean. Was totally spoilt for my first proper trip away. The staff were amazing and so helpful — they would help with getting transport and I actually have a peanut allergy and they helped me write a note in Thai so that I could show food vendors — the breakfasts were so handy and the rooms were perfect. So good we have actually booked in for a few nights before we head home after travelling around Thailand! Plus I got to meet Cubic the Japanese Akita (dog) who is so cute and friendly, but he does like a kiss so beware! couldn't have asked for a better place!

My very first time staying in hostel and it was a good experience for me! The hostel was safe in my opinion. Anything within the compound stays safe. There were even a security guard nearby to make sure that there is no suspicious characters. Staffs was made up of their own family members mostly and they are all really friendly and helpful. They emphasized that if we were to need any kind of help, they will try their best to help us, for eg, directions and booking of taxis Prices was ideal and reasonable. We greatly recommend group travelers of 4-6 people in a bunk so that privacy can be observed. The hostel provides most of the necessities like towels, shampoo, body wash, clothes rack, lockers, washing machine and dryer. There is also a pot of charcoal underneath the bed to absorb the moisture in the room! Breakfast was considered complimentary because it doesn't state anywhere that they do provide breakfast. However, the owner will spoilt us with choices from toasted bread, fruits, cereals, fried rice/noodles, coffee, tea and many more. The kind owner also asked us what kind of breakfast we usually have and she gladly made for us congee as suggested! We were really appreciative of her promised breakfast! We went there during Songkran (13-15th April 2016) and most of the food stalls wasn't open. Luckily, the owner provided us with breakfast which we totally forgotten about this Songkran period and saved us troubles in sourcing for food stalls.
