Very convenience located in downtown area, next to park and surrounded by lux shopping mall. Love the atmosphere, services level of all professional staffs here. Tips : Chinese dimsum is yummy! must try!

Very nice place tonsatu in Bangkok… it is near the MRT, a bridgeway near the Emporium Mall… highly recommended for people who wanted to go to Bangkok.

Ideal location next and linked to a major Skytrain Station. The hotel is also directly connected to the Emporium—one of Bangkok’s wonderful department stores (including a large grocery store, a delightful food market + wine store and countless restaurants). It also is directly linked to EmQuartier—a major mall complete with modern cinema and even more restaurants of every type. And the hotel facilities and staff are world class! It is s truly great place!

Good hotel and great location but front desk people are not so friendly. I asked if they can do something like a small cake for my son’s bday but they weren’t interested, they just told me they can’t do anything with go away don’t bother us attitude. I was surprised coz mostly Thai people are very nice.

Good location in Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Really nice views especially from the breakfast area. However, the room we had badly needs a refurbishment. Service is really good though. Room’s Washing machine wasn’t working and was replaced quickly by staff.

Service at the front desk was good. Was given a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a good gesture given the sweltering heat in Bangkok. Was also upgraded to a better room, and the view from the high floored room was fantastic. While pricey, the facilities and the space of the room was fantastic. Some of the fittings in the room may feel a little dated, but they are all working fine and overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Love the lush room, had a bathtub, a mini kitchenette and so much space (think we had an upgraded room). Many TV channels to relax to. Easy access to Emporium Mall, which allegedly has many good dining options. Tried the restaurant near the glass doors (before gourmet entrance) with a Thai tatler rating — no regrets! the pool and gym are relatively big. Best part is that most cardio machines have access to cable TV.

Like many high end hotels in Bangkok, the decor of Emporium leaves little to be desired. It's decadent and luxurious and walking in with a suit and tie — as I did — felt very appropriate. I attended a friend's prom here and the hotel has facilitated us with two relatively small rooms, but were appropriate for the guest size. One qualm me and the other guests did have was the food they provided. While it definitely wasn't bad, it didn't seem to match the quality the hotel seemed to shout with it's golden chandeliers. The snacks were cold and borderline bland. Again, this is my personal experience and I was not the host of this event but if you do decide to have an event make sure there is substantial food and not cold fish fingers.

We are coming again in July for our 5th Stay here. You can not find a better location in all of Bangkok. It is adjoined by 2 malls, the BTS and a great Food Market. You will not find better Front Desk Staff anywhere. They are simply "The Best". We always have truly relaxing time here and pool is the cleanest we have encountered in any of our travels. Everything at this hotel is incredible. The front desk staff, the food, the room service, housekeeping is all top notch.

If you book at least six weeks out, you can get a decent deluxe suite accommodation with a fully functional kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator with patio and breakfast included for under $130.00 The location of the hotel is excellent, less than five minute walk to the BTS. A short five minute walk will take you to a 24 hour 7-Eleven. There's a bank next door down and right next to the Emporium Shopping complex. The breakfast is not as grand as those found at five star accommodations but then again it's not bad. The same dining area for the breakfast buffet is also used for their Chinese Restaurant for dim sum lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. There are people actually living in the Emporium tower so you will get some school kids in the elevator during the morning and afternoon hours. The service here is top notch and excellent, but the rooms are a bit dated. Although it has a kitchen, they don't have any pots and pans to be used with the stove (there's a sign that said to asked them). They do have basic utensils and plates for you to use. The oven and everything else works but the condition of the appliances and cabinets make it unwelcome to use. The bathroom was very small. So small that when you walk in you have to step aside before you can close the door. The shower tub was old school and I had a hard time getting the water for a hot shower. They're also very frugal on their soap and towels and the provided robes were fluffy but a bit small.

This has is all, lovely rooms, great restaurants, there is a huge park next door, public transport and shopping centres. Business or family this ticks all the boxes. I'm going to retire here.

I just spent one month in this Hotel. The Reception Staff is really friendly and helpful. I liked specially one Lady. But unfortunately I dont remember her name. She was very helpful. The breakfast never got boring like in other Hotels. The room was very nice. I hoped for an upgrade since we were staying 28 days. I am going stay again at this Hotel

Great location as it's centrally located to so many places. BTS is sheltered all the way n Emporium, Emquatier within short walking distance! Great place to stay!

This was our second visit to this property — — we generally stay in the Silom area but this time it made sense for us to be in Sukhumvit. And I suspect we shall return to Emporium Suites more often after this stay. It is hard to imagine a more convenient location to make use of all the facilities the Sukhumvit area has to offer to visitors. Even apart from the Emporium shopping Mall and EmQuartier which are right at hand, the direct access to the Sky Train station is priceless, and venturing onto the main road and adjacent sois offers a host of other options. This stay has caused even my partner, who tends to favour Silom, to reconsider her preferences! Our Deluxe Studio was somewhat smaller than the Studio Super Deluxe we booked a couple of years ago, but we actually preferred it, and it is still a spacious room by any standards, and has good facilities. Bed and pillows (choices available) are really good, lighting and switches excellent, and bathroom fully functional. Room service, housekeeping and front desk are very professional. Wifi was brilliant (not always so in Bangkok hotels). I rate this place a very solid four stars, but just have to upgrade it to five for it's location — — it really does rock!

The rooms are truly massive… room service is amazing! The finish of the building is superb and clean. If you get a room on the high floors, expect a spine chilling view.

The place is very accessible via BTS and the location is strategically above the mall and directly connected to the train lines. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the room is so spacious and neat. Lastly, the internet is blazing fast.

Service level is excellent.

Best plce in BK if you want to spend (invest) some money for good. Loc is not pratunam but still nice shopping POS.
