Efficient early check in, fabulous rooms.

Finally managed to have my review after our last visit. The crew were all very very friendly and helpful. Stay was wonderful. Som and team hand drawn a card for our anniversary. Very talented. Stay wouldn't have been great without these personal touch. From Conceige to every single one, they hold their smile with small chat with us. Making us feel so homely. It just add on with me wanting to head back every Yr. Thank u team.

It was a wonderful experience at an older 5 star Hotel conveniently located near shopping and food retailers. Staff was very friendly and efficient in giving customer service. Breakfast was terrific and the service was the best experienced in a long time.

Shabby and discriminatory treatment by certain Front Office and Grand Club staff — even if you have been a loyal guest — has left an ugly smear on this hotel’s brand of hospitality. Perhaps this is how they reward guest loyalty.

Gorgeous hotel near the heart of Bangkok. The Grand Hyatt lives up to it's name in terms of aesthetics and service. The building itself stands out on a crowded street given it's size, and demonstrates elegance inside and out. The lobby of the hotel is expansive and includes a restaurant with a broad breakfast buffet each morning. The staff, which greats you with a smile as you arrive, also adds to the feeling that you will spend your stay at the hotel in comfort. The rooms are modern and large, far more so than you would expect from a building with so much history. Would highly recommend for your next stay in Bangkok.

One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok! Besides the great Siam Kempinski, Grand Hyatt Erawan is one hotel I like. Likes: 1. The extensive buffet breakfast spread. Nothing perks me up in the morning like a full breakfast spread does! Especially love the fresh cut fruits, live station for eggs and noodles and pastries! 2. Location. You really cannot fault being so centrally located. 3. Room. Its not about the room size nor how comfy the beds are. Everything just fits so nicely. Love the shower!

So grand! You feel like you're walking into a 5 star hotel and the celebrity wedding only enhances your beliefs. The staff is so extremely confident and helpful. The gym has a few treadmills, weight machines and free weights. The location of the hotel is super close to the sky train (getting you nearly everywhere in Bangkok) and all of the cities central based malls. If you're into high end shopping, this hotel is the place to stay. The room is huge with a shower and bathtub. A great list of TV channels means you can stay indoors if it's too hot or too rainy outside. Overall, arguably the best place to stay in the city.

May 26, the first day of dinner after arriving in Bangkok, dining at the restaurant in Grand Hyatt, eating a buffet, including Thai, Japanese and western categories, but the main purpose is to eat steamed crabs. To the level of food is generally above. The day is Saturday, so the price is not cheap, with a consumption of about HK $500 per digit.

Very nice hotel in a very central location. Nice Mercedes S-class for pick up at the airport, but both trip to the hotel and to the airport had some minor problems… First trip the leather in the back seat was rubbing against something which caused a very persistent annoying squeek, I solved this by reclining the seat as far back as I could. The second trip someone had dropped an empty water bottle behind the seat, so that when I adjusted the seat you could hear the plastic crushing. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and spa very much. I was not allowed to enter into the bar though, even as a guest of the hotel and loyal customer, because they don't allow shorts. As a matter of fact they were very rude about it. Other than that though everything was OK.

I wish I had better thing to say about this hotel but the experience of staying in a 5 star hotel is that they take care of the details. While the location and amenities were great, the service was not up the usual standard I have come to expect from a Hyatt hotel. After being repeatedly thanked for being a World of Hyatt member, no bellman offered to take my large suitcases to my room or when I was checking out to take them to my car. The carpet in the room was stained, easily cleaned, but not done. The was writing on the mirror from a previous guest, so obviously that was not cleaned thoroughly. Like I said, a five star experience is in the details.

One of the best place to be in Bangkok, always fancy and cozy, but with a nice old charme touch. The organization is very professional and kind to satisfy every need. Excellent location to explore Bangkok and is Sukumvit.

Was in the @494 bar for happy hour (5pm to 7pm) 2 for 1 wine and beer (selected). Nice atmosphere, Very good staff makes it a nice wind down at the end of the day. They do a wine buffet for 799 Baht from 7pm to 9pm seven days a week. This was very popular, but the wine selection looked weak.

Food is good and ambiance is excellent but staff are not very well trained as they are not attentive at all. Several times we were trying to get their attention whilst seated but no one comes to service despite many of them walking around.

Was here for a wedding in November 2017. Overall upscale looking place with staffs that generally able to converse in English. Finding direction to the hall can be a chore, and it seems like there is limited number of lifts. Service and atmosphere was good.

Average hotel in the city center, nothing special. Nearby is a temple very interesting to see. The rooms are small.

The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is a perfectly located hotel in capital of Thailand. Particularly with the walking bridge just out front you can easily access great restaurants, bars and plenty of luxury shopping malls. The hotel itself has a classic charm with its beautiful lobby showing off sweeping staircases. The rooms are generously sized and we'll maintained. The gym is small but has just about everything you could hope for in a hotel gym and Is available 24 hours. The pool, sauna and spa is open between 6am and 10pm. I would be happy to stay there again.

I work at the Spazzo restaurant and lounge in the hotel. I have also stayed in the hotel as well. Staying there was a wonderful experience! Walking into a beautiful luxurious set up with a welcome note from directors to enjoying some of the food from their restaurants and in room dining. I must say the staff is wonderful to be around. They make sure you are happy and that you are provided with anything needed. I loved working with my band at Spasso m and have created a lot of memories with the staff as well as customers now some I call friends. I’ve met many people there that said they have stayed at the Erawan for many years. It’s clean, luxurious, has wellness and food services, and great band entertainment. High end service at its best! When I come back to Bangkok I hope to stay there as a guest and not employee. I don’t think it’s necessary to go look for another place when I’ve always felt like home at the Erawan.

Love it here. The food is fantastic, such good value for money I am really impressed. I have been to restaurants in Bangkok that are far more expensive than the grand Hyatt but the quality is excellent at the Grand Hyatt so I will continue to go the.

Excellent treats from Grand Hyatt Team! Not my plan to stay overnight in Bangkok but all flight fully booked. Your team make me feel like home especially the Guest Experience Manager "Khun Chok" Make my heart warmed with his especial treat to my son… as well Khun Napa at Guest Lounge, take care my son and bring him cookies while I sort out our flight ticket… TOP Services… I will definitely go back and stay there again.

I am a Hyatt loyalist, and Grand Hyatt Bangkok exceeded my expectations. Very nice ambience, rooms comfortable and nicely done. Staff very polite and one of the best breakfast spreads. Located near two big shopping malls and on the BTS link makes it well connected as well.

The Sunday brunch at the dinning room, IMO, used to be 5-star international buffet. For this time, some areas are under renovation, but the atmosphere is still very good. The buffet line has been moved and ill configured to have inner corner for serving which create uncomfortable zone for people who waiting for the foods. The services were excellent. Very attentive. Roast beef, lambs, oysters, such, and most foods are prime. The king crabs is below average; dry and no taste. From overall experience, it is slightly lower than expectation when consider this high price.

I stayed 3 nights for conference, so far I am happy with their services, they kept my room clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent, they provided different dressing for salad. Snack were great too, many variances and big portions too. Lunch is average. Unfortunately they provided canned orange juice instead of fresh juice for breakfast and snacks, which I think would be best if all juices are fresh. Surely will be back to Hyatt as the location and hospitality.

The history of the… Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Grand Hotel. FRIENDSHIP and good TASTE always lasts in the TIME gracias Marcel.

It is a 5 star hotel. It is everything you would expect of a hotel of this quality. I do not know why they allow freelance Russian working girls into their prime entertainment venue each night but it does not seem to detract from the overall experience.

High class services, good quality of foods and facilities.

So lucky to be able to stay here for the first part of our Thailand adventure, and have a luxurious retreat to offset the excitement of the city. Best shower ever! Quick access to the sky train, which makes getting around easy, in combination with taxis, tuk tuks, and boats. The bell crew was especially helpful with tips and tricks — street breakfast nearby, transportation, etc. Wish we'd discovered the pool deck earlier!

Only been there for startup gatherings and events but the place is luxurious. Definitely one thing to try is the buffet lunch service which is spectacular.

Location (4.5/5) Located just beside premium malls and within walking distance to night market. If those who came here to pray the four-faced buddha, its just beside the hotel. Cleanliness (4.5/5) Cant find anything bad about the cleanliness. Amenities (4.25/5) It has decent function hall for event, not too sure about the swimming pool or gym. Service (4.75/5) The service crew are all well trained, well spoken english and even offer to provide solutions like the BLT when the uber/cab takes too long. They are always wearing a smile.

Truly an outstanding experience staying at the hotel. My wife, Roslyn, and I have stayed here twice both times celebrating our Anniversary. The Staff up to the Managerial Leads all ensured our stay was exceptional. This hotel has become our Choice every time we go to Bangkok. Very pleasantly surprised with quality of the Grand Hyatt Erawan and the amenities provided. Breakfast buffet in the morning will not leave hungry — it will satisfy even the most picky eaters. Keep up the good job. I will recommend to others.

I loved Erawan hotel, the service is exceptional, beautiful pool and spa to put you in a relaxed mood all day. Lobby is relaxing and beautiful, with the minus of occasional mosquitos. Great location and I love their pillow menu which lets you try out different pillows for your stay. As we were catching a night flight, the hotel has also kindly offered to give us access to the pool and spa so we can take a quick shower before getting on a plane, very impressed by how the hotel has gone over and above to give us the best experience in Bangkok.

Very good hotel. Renovationed. But. I'll never ever go back. Never recommand! By noise and cockroach! Good location, traditional outside + mordern room. Warm greeting! It WAS good. But. It still under construction, smell+no lounge+ lower fl. Most worst one is terrible traffic noise, even 12th fl. Frankly, I don't want to imagine lower fl. Never take front side room — when I changed 11fl. Back side it was OK — they should be taken soundproof window at renovation! At the last, never understandable. There is cockroach at the spa and sauna. In H. Y. A. T. T — 5star hotel. Anyway how can I upload picture at the review.

If your having a function or team meeting etc 'the residence' facilities here are just outstanding. Good value too.
