Been here for all-you-can-eat lunch at Mango 99 at lobby floor. The food was acceptable with its price but not my favourite. Service was good. Limited parking lot.

This place is conveniently located right in the city center. Hotel is little outdated and at least carpets and painting should be done already. Next to swimming pool there was construction going on however the work place was without any guards to protect customers from dust and potential hazards. Hotel has sauna which is pretty nice, towels will cost 107 baht. Buffet is again ok, there is more choices of asian food than others. Overall everyone can find something to eat. Rooms have good sound protection, you will not hear noises from adjacent rooms. Towels are kind of old as well but the room has kettle with basic tea and coffee. Reception and stuff is very nice and polite and service was also good. In summary, hotel is showing signs of age but the rooms are clean and central location make it good place to stay in Bangkok.

Excellent location, close to the four Buddha, big C, superrich, Hainan chicken rice, like God and so on.
The three are for geographical location, as well as a large hall. Hotel room equipment is a bit old, next door smoking will be through air conditioning into the room, Lotus Head is fixed and a bit not constant temperature, bathtub a little dirty dare not bubble ~ Not the room has the expectation can live, because the nearby lively.

I have been attending this Hotel since 1982 when it was Swiss Hotel for the central location, rich breakfast buffet and great pastry from Swiss tradition.

Well located, lovely rooms and great food! The breakfast spread is huge and awesome with a large variety of food options to choose from. It is located at the best place in the city if you love shopping malls. There are three to four huge shopping malls you can visit there. Also there are spa facilities. Getting a taxi is quite easy there and the staff is friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is that you don't get your room before 2 pm even if you arrive at 12 pm.

This hotel is 3 stars, but in my mind is 5, 6 stars, the following is my assessment:-
(I) convenient access to a wide range of transportation in the city centre
(Ii) Reasonable house prices + upper quality service
(Iii) Although furniture + decoration are aging but neat The most amazing thing for me! This hotel is changing into new sheets every day, I have experienced so many hotels around the World + cruise only this one!

Very close to Big C, if you like to have more affordable shopping malls in the next, is a good choice. In addition, the Department can octave to other famous shopping malls and night markets and BTS stations and chicken rice places. But because there is a certain history, so more old, such as mind is not recommended.

Hotel location want to be good! Close to the empty iron, about 500 meters, near the exchange rate is quite good superrich. The main point is the most prosperous department store, Pratunam Market is on the side, are walking reachable. Living in this area can be said to be quite convenient!

Great location, very nice and professional staff, breakfast was high quality, old hotel so rooms are a bit small and furniture is dated but very clean and in good working condition.

Switches need to fix. Hall way carpet need to change. Great lobby. My room 1110 is seen a little bit old. Great location, malls, shopping centers and Big C are nearby.

Good location, hypermarket next door and surrounded by shopping mall and eatery. Hotel is good 4 star standard and rooms are clean and beautiful.

Best priced Hotel in Bangkok with best amenities. The location, the breakfast, the pool and the gym are just fantastic.

The environment is very good, the room is also very big, the only problem is the check-in time was recorded the credit card number and CVV, worry will be stolen brush Ah!

Great Location. 20% expensive for the facilities. My room was separated by a locked door with the adjacent room. Could hear the other side particularly TV noise. Used bath tub for showering since no shower cube. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

It's not very good. Live on the 10 floor or listen to the beep of the tuk-choo car, which will gradually quiet after 12 o'clock in the evening. Also can not be demanding too much after all is noisy area, noisy is normal, the equipment is a bit old, cheap accommodation, in the city of Bangkok from the MRT chit lol stand very close, surrounded by many shopping malls, Most of the people who live here are free, and have a free breakfast at 6 to 10, show the room card, and tell him that the rooms are ready for admission.

City, MRT are very close, shopping is very convenient.
But I think the bathroom should be renovated, too old to leak. Hotel breakfast fee is also required to be clear.
When booking 2 Big 2 small did not say that the child needs to charge, the first day also did not have to charge, the second day actually said that the child eats needs one person 250. Think the hotel should be unified standards, and inform beforehand.

Yes it’s convenient to many places but don’t save a couple bucks and stay at this run down place. Two of the four lifts are broken. Room is sometime half serviced. Carpet smells. Wall sockets are lose and old. Hair dryer is so crappy.

Quiet, clean hotel. Stay was comfortable and easy. Toiletries are there, towels and hairdryer too. Okay to stay when rooms are on offer. But there's nothing special or extra provided. Location is definitely good, being beside big c (huge supermarket) and Macdonalds. Also, central world is opposite. However, that also means traffic is crazy at certain timings.

Great place to be! Nearby shopping and shopping supplies convenient, MRT is also very convenient, breakfast is rich, but the room is slightly old, some parts of the cleaning is not enough.

Lobby looks fantastic. Room are very run down and old. Spend a lot of time trying to figure out the heater. Between the hot and the cold water. When you finally get it right, it suddenly change to Extreme hot/cold. The sofa got a bad odour. Not many power point. Yellowish bathtub. The only good is the room is big.

We stayed at Arnoma Grand Hotel for 3 nights. The room is vry clean & spacious. The location is vry convenience for us to walk to Big C Supermarket.
Is a vry ideal hotel to choose if you wish to shopping around BKK. Apart from these, I would like to say a BIG THANKS to Ms. Pornpimon & her team, thanks for their honesty and I am really appreciated! … I left my bag at the lobby & I only realised I lost my bag when I arrived the airport. I called to the hotel reception & tried to watsapps Ms. Pornpimon in order to check it out.
I was so lucky because I met with a group of honest & kind staffs in Arnoma Grand Hotel. They kept my bag for me & arrange a driver to send my bag to airport for me.
Everything is still inside my bag, my ipad, my Casio TR & etc.
They only asked for transportation fees which is 1500baht but actually the things inside the bags is more expensive than the fees.
What I wanted to say is, they are really honest & kind. Thank you so much and I promise I will always recommend this hotel to my friends.

From the shopping war zone is very close to Big C move is very convenient hotel price relative to the room does not have free bottled mineral water carpet old suitcase is not easy to drag but still will stay because too cheap location is too convenient!

Good location, easy shopping, just at night outside the road noise too loud, until the early morning, will affect sleep.

Hotel is old but it is well renovated my room is gd. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is quite hospitality. Room rate is cheap but they should need to give welcome drink or fruit to guests what I think the location is very good.

Good hotel and well located. Room definitely could have been a little cleaner. Shower set in such a way that you must be right against the wall to get under the water.

Hotel at heart of Bangkok with nice and quiet room, stay here for a week, staffs are friendly and helpful. Walk distance to pratunam, siam paragon, BTS station. Next to BigC and opposite of central world. Less variation on breakfast and lunch main menu (Some of it already cold). Bad Wi-Fi, very slow connection and often disconnect.

Great location. Concierge staff courteous & more helpful. In room Wi-Fi lousy. Rooms are old & need updating. Room airconditioning very good. BTS Chidlom station is about a 5-10 minute walk.

1st Visit, bad experience & service from the front desk. There are 4 counter actually but there are only 2 person there. Been told that the room is not yet ready and asked to wait for about 2 hours. Internet access is suck, keep on disconnect. Location is excellent, situated beside Big C & opposite Central World. Good part is there is a hospital nearby also about 10mins walk beside the four face buddha. Building and the room is kind of old but is clean and comfortable. Average is good. Can consider to visit again.

Although the Arnoma is somewhat of an older Hotel compared to others nearby, it’s crown is its proximity to Centra World and Siam Paragon if you are a keen shopper. Walking distance to the MRT/BTS trains. We’ve stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in Bangkok but for shopping access this is hard to beat for the price. Pool isn’t that grand but there if you want it. We finally got a free upgrade to a junior suite. Very spacious and clean. Thank you.

Kudos to Charin for a very fast swift and efficient check in. Very good service and we felt a welcoming comfort from his as he attended and catered to us immediately and very nicely. Keep it up!

Convenient transportation, better with breakfast, sleep every day to wake up naturally, then go to shoping, stroll around to do the MRT to other business circle also convenient, we did not go to other places, nearby all turn over, if save money can buy back bigc fruit and fruit juice and all kinds of glutinous rice rice back to the hotel to eat, buy a bargain on the go out north to the Watergate market, Price, there is also cheap food. The hotel is not a toilet fan, dry clothes, the toilet is not so good, the room a little peculiar smell, sleep for two days will not smell. Take the kids for breakfast and no money.

I have booked many times at Arnoma for my group. Once time, We had to cancel business trip and asked to amend to another date. They refused and charged total over 600usd for this reservation. That is okay. That is rule, we accept.
Last time, our group came on date, they rejected our reservation, because they were overbooking. How can they could sell our room to another customer without any explaintion? We only had 1 night at Bangkok for working. It was awful when we had to walk around around to find hotel (Almost fully booked). It took us 2, 5 hours to find available room. This trip was failed and wasted time.
They even didn't say " Sorry"
We moved to Novotel and gave bill to refund. Hotel didn't pay different fare. All loss, customer pay by theirself? So unreasonable.
We broke the rule, we lost money. And Hotel broke the rule and customer have to pay for hotel's fault?
So bad service.

It's an old hotel BUT perfect location for shopping!

I have a very bad experience here for the 4 star hotel. Bad service, even hostel has a better service, but if you come for the location it's good. Their english is not good even for 4 star hotel. So disappointed with their service.

Good location for visit. Easy to shopping and eating around hotel.

Rooms are fitted with old BIG TVs, and the bathrooms are decked out with old fittings. The pool area is not particularly inviting, looking a bit grubby and unkempt. Otherwise though, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful generally. The best thing about this hotel is its central location and pricing. Which makes any of its shortcoming insignificant. I rate this place just shy of 4 stars, but it will be decent for all but the most discerning visitors.
