So I paid $45 usd and I got the one bedroom suite with breakfast buffet. The bed sucked, the shower did not have any hot water, the a/c in the the living was hot, however, the a/c in the bedroom blew cold. The hotel is very dated. The check in ladies in the afternoon and morning were great, the check in lady at night give me lip because she had to give me the Wi-Fi password. On the other side, the check in guys have serious problems, which is a problem and should be fixed. Both check in guys act pushy but got nowhere with that attitude with me. Check in guy one, when I arrived had a serious problem telling me where the elevators was, I mean come on, it's my first time in the hotel, which I admit, it's big. But still, it's my first time, I do not know where the elevator is. Lacking serious hospitality skills. I did get lost by taking the wrong elevator to the parking garage and then taking another elevator to my room. Which should have been avoided if afternoon check in guy would have showed me where the elevator was. Morning check in guy tired to tell me my booking did not come with breakfast buffet. I told him it did. He then raised his voice at me check the computer and said your room no breakfast buffet. The check in lady fixed that problem and checked paperwork and I was given breakfast buffet. No to the breakfast buffet, it sucked even the coffee sucked. I stuck to watermelon, dragon fruit, French fries, beans and coffee. Even the lady in the breakfast area was pushy.

Very poor experience. Hot water not working. Intercom not working. Got a poor response from Reception Desk when complained abt it.

Best hotel in bangkok soi 4. Best location. Best sarvice. Room are so much good. All over best I like it so much. Omni Tower.

Great Hotel to be in. Swimming pool is fun. And helipad is great. Has a great view from there.

Don't be fooled by the photos. This hotel must have been glorious in it's heyday but now it's an 80's throwback, with really old furniture and run over with cockroaches. But to give Kudos to reception they did a good job of keeping us happy with our requests, and upgraded our room since there was something available. The pool is grand. If in the area I would visit "The Tavern", or Hooters if you really really need a drink somewhere you won't be harassed by ladies of the night. I would eat a ham/cheese toasted sandwich from 7/11 for breakfast (GOLD brand) along with some juice from there and 10 baht snacks at night. With the cab drivers, do keep flagging them down until you get one who will use the meter. Avoid talking to people you don't know, they'll only rip you off or scam you in some way. They'll even enlist the help of "strangers" to back their claims who seem like they're just being helpful to you. And you'll believe it. Because the con is so so good. Do take the chance if in this area to go to Suzie Wong's in Soi Cowboy. It really is the only place to watch a pingpong show where you won't be ripped off. There's a McDonalds & Starbucks right on the corner of the main roads too, so close, if you need a break from it all.

At the desk the staff are helpful but they don't have enough staff to take care of your baggage. I am sorry to say this that they don't take care of the cleaning and they don't care of your request. Air-conditioning is really bad.

We had booked this seeing its 4 star rating. However the facility was very poorly maintained. Any unrated hotel is much better. We had cockroaches in the room. Kitchen cabinets were broken. The restaurant served reasonably ok indian food. Sofa was completely torn. Would not recommend. You can opt for 2 star hotels for half the rate.

Its a big appartment hotel, almost in the city centre. Bit old, but great place if you are there for bars and night life but remember it's not a right place for couples and families. Stayed here with my family for 2 nights and it met my needs perfectly. The location is great as it is near the Bangkok Skytrain easy to walk (train stop at Ploen Chit) to, a couple of stops from Siam and Mbk etc. The outside of the building is a bit grungy.  I liked that there was a fridge and microwave available in the room if I needed to use it. The hotel provides a set of dinnerware (plates, bowls, glasses) and such for you to use, in addition to a hot pot with tea bags and coffee. It's more of an apartment than hotel. Air-conditioning was noisy and slow to have any effect, Wi-Fi was slow and interrupted, There was what appeared to be an incredibly noisy ventilation shaft and that smell of smoking inside and in the cooridors was an add on. Breakfast is served in a small little Indian restraunt which is opposite to the reception area. It had very limited options. Restaurant staffs were not upto the mark however hotel staffs were great. Overall Experience : Great and decent location, nice and spacious rooms above all the cons. Would I stay here again… I don't think so. Tip : Please don't take the taxis parked outside the hotel. First they refuse to turn on their meters and will charge at least 200 Baht for a short journey which is more than double the price it would normally cost.

Very good hotel, well maintained, clean and spacious rooms. Swimming pool is also very good. The service is very good with friendly staff. The location of the hotel is also excellent. Shopping places, disco, bar, bus, taxi everything is very easily accessible. Everything is within 10-30 min walking distance, even the big C mall.

Awesome hotel, reasonable price, could get Indian food, especially halal food. Was a lovely one. The room given to me was on 34th floor. The view was astounding and the room itself was simply superb. Has a masjid within 10 mins walk. That's on top of everything.

Book 6 weeks early and save, great location easy to get around Bangkok. Lots of cafe and restaurants. Something for everyone.

Price is OK. The hotel has already been in the years. For this there is the 2 room suite with kitchen already for about €50 the night. Breakfast is in the Indian restaurant at the eg and absolutely not recommended. It smells very uncomfortable when you just come close to it. Then you'd better run for a few minutes and have breakfast in the area. Most of the guests there are Arabs. Location is good. The nearest BTS station can be reached on foot. If you are travelling as a family with a budget and want a small 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and washing machine, you can stay here well.

Poor service, buffet not good enough, cleanliness is poor, very old heavily used bedsheets and towels… Had a suite, very big rooms, good view from upper floors.

Last week I ware there with two friends for two days, Big rooms but very old & dirty small bugs & cockroaches are in every where in the rooms. Bad smell… I use febreze! Almost staff are very rude not friendly! Should not to stay here. But it location is so convince, easy assess to Nana plaza & Sukhumvit Rd. Easy to make deal with bum-bum. I guess you meet all your needs around here. But do not stay at this verse hotel. Good luck.

Terrible, the room stinks and cockroaches, breakfast sucks.

Please don't go! I booked for 4 night and at the 3rd I decided to check out and find a new place! The rooms are old and dirty. We found insects everywhere… totally under the basic standards.

The hotel definitely requires renovation. Especially loud air condition. But has nice wiev on city skyline and apartments are spacious.

Walked in with low expectations. They upgraded us from a 2 separate rooms to a kick ass 3 bedroom huge place which was like a middle class presidential suite.

Good place. Nearer to central embassy and platinum mall. This is the old giant building but staff were good. Only good thing is that you find a Indian hotel, an all accessory general store in hotel premises and an outdoor swimming pool in 8th floor.

Appartment nice with a lot of space and beautiful views (to the east), general maintenance of the property lousy. Very bad the rest rooms by the pool and a forgotten garden area there. Entrance to the different levels from the elevators are dirty. Needs not only some paint but some cleaning too and new floors. Lobby boasts a waterfall architecture but this is dry (leakage? )

Dirty, crococh inside room 1603, raining night water fall from celliing, flooded midnight 2.45am call for change room, not a word of sorry, recipient very rude, quarrel with guest even ask u to ck out, redjone nearby, lot of prositute in and out. Whost hotel.

Very bad experience. The rules are same like jail. There is a very bad atmosphere. No freedom for customer, the securities and the manager of securities are treating customers same like dog, not respecting. I want to take my friend in my room, they speak not allowed, what the hell… for what they open apartment. We take room, we pay money, why my friends not come, if they want take his identity. Bad. Next time I never go to omni, its last and last. Very bad hotel and security services are very bad bad very.

Hotel in a fairly central location, offers basic facilities in the average, well maintained and with helpful staff. Accommodation valid for use in short periods.

Already in the years the hotel Arrived. But the performance is right. Good location and Quiet. Nice Views. Many Arab-born guests, including families I cook the existing kitchens. Therefore from and on a fierce smell in the hotel Corridors. The pool is large and almost always Empty.

Production unit often book this place for staff, affordable price. Just an average hotel. If you are looking for fancy then you won't be impressed. The hotel isn't bad but its what you pay for. 10 mins walk from the sky train also this road has many pubs and attractions depending on your interests. Basically nighlife all around. Don't expect much from the room service or breakfast. Plenty of places to have food nearby. Cheers.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It is about 7 minutes from Nana BTS station. The room was clean and big. The kitchen and washroom appeared to be quite new. But free Wi-Fi didn't work well. The staff were polite and friendly. We were satisfied.

I absolutely love this place. My stay experience at Omni Tower was without a doubt one of my best. Best thing about this serviced apartment hotel was kitchenette as I am vegetarian so I didn't had to worry about eating out and just cook it myself.
