Located at the back of soi 4 its surprisingly quiet. Staff is polite and responsive. Rooms are a little outdated and my hot water heater for the shower did not work. Breakfast was very good. Good choice of selections from fresh fruits to Thai foods. Coffee was excellent. The orange juice was watered down but acceptable. Fresh egg omelet is the way to go. Overall a good place to stay not too far from the pubs, bars and the famous Nana Entertainment Plaza.

This place is mediocre, and definitely not to those who want or need good Wi-Fi. The only time the Wi-Fi was decent was around 6am in the morning, after that it was bad. And the normal answer from the Thai staff is they don't know. Now how hard can it be to upgrade to a stable and fast connection for guest. Not hard at all. The location was good, about 8 min walk from Sukhumvit down to soi 4. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was very big. I had a TV set from the 80's, once again, little updating to the year 2018 would be nice. They also have parking if you come with a car. For the price the rooms are okey, despite the horrible Wi-Fi.

Room not clean, bad Wi-Fi and the staffs uncooperative I don’t recommended it.

The worst hotel in Thailand is very dirty and very old The furniture is old Bad smile in the rooms And the staff of the hotel is un polite. The worst hotel I have been in my life.

Hotel Good central location, to Skytrain or taxi collection (TukTuk also) only CA 300 to 400 meters. Shops and pharmacies in the immediate vicinity. Very friendly staff-always striving to satisfy the wishes of the guests. Breakfast (buffet) good choice and always fresh (guest garden — but next to the street). In the night rather noisy due to numerous air conditioning (window opening not recommended). Hotel has been around for years.

I would definitely recommend it. The road to get there is full of prostitution and chaos, there is not even the sign that helps to understand what the hotel. It seems like a totally abandoned structure! If you choose this hotel for the pool, you have completely made an error of assessment. I have never seen a pool so sad and small, the water was as murky as that of the pond.
From my point of view this is a 600 THB hotel.

25.3.18 District of prostitution, no for families. Room not very clean, with the lamp covered with plastic stuck and melted, staff not available, pool closed, taxi indoors rude and much more expensive than in the street, too expensive. Advise against.

A bad place to stay. Very old and rooms are pretty much old condition… Not a best place to be at Bangkok. Location is nice. But the hotel is bad.

Very poor service and rude staff. Charge extra for every bit of chance they can find. Poor communication skills. Rooms are fine, location is good. But the staff are really bad. Never recommend to anyone.

It sucks. Local prostitutes are brought here. Nearby is a street full of priestesses of love. The room was so smoked that it seemed to have died of lung cancer smoker and lay for a week.

Nice hotel but the area is full of girls offer you massage and more I advice chose diffrent area of Bangkok if you travel with family or girlfriend.

As usual. By booking a superior room, the managers will cut you a room of different category pretending not to have superior rooms free, apart from the first night passed on an uncomfortable cot, the next day at 8 they transferred our luggage to the room Booked. X the rest all OK!

Very large room and bathroom in the standard. Too bad for the presence of traces of possible mice in the room.

This hotel is not that organised and it's dirty for sure… We had booked a room for 3 and when we arrived they didn't had our room ready. The have a room for 2. The receptionist couldn't explain the problem she can't speak English. The breakfast it's OK. The housekeeping department. I don't even know if it's exist… our room was dirty the hol time! 1 star for this hotel!

The most budget friendly and safe hotel near nana plaza. Most of the indians do prefer this hotel as it is eco friendly and also indian restaurants available within a short distance from this hotel. This hotel have a buffet in breakfast which is complimentary. And geust are allowed in this hotel by informing at the reception. There is bar, laundary, dry clean, mini fridge and swimming pool available at this hotel. I loved the ambience of the receptionist.

Excellent hotel great staff, decent breakfast and right near nana plaza lots of bars and clubs good street food just be prepared to be hit on by every girl.

The worst hotel I've stayed in bangkok. And I've stayed in a few. Confirmed early check in. Waited 4 hours for 1 out of 2 rooms to be ready. Staff discussing customers when unknown to them customer speaks thai. Mouldy walls. Fire alarms removed from ceiling. No grip tiles around swimming pool. Very dangerous. 3 sun beds with a hotel of at least 100 rooms. In house taxi tried to charge 900 baht for taxi to airport. Got one off the street for 400.

Nice plaze. Friendly stuff but slow service. Room was good and everything was like in the add.

Good location, near 7/11 and 5min to skytrain. You are allowed to have guests without charge. Rooms are clean but sometimes a bit damaged. Staff is friendly and good breakfast. Laundry service very expensive!

Clean, generous breakfast, public transportation nearby. Discouraged the passage with teenagers at the beginning of the street in the evening. Not that someone is trying to lure you (there are too many Europeans already in bars) but it's a mess. In the true sense of the word!

Hotel is nice but the area isn't. Area is fine during the day but at night the Sukhumvit area is swarming with street prostitutes. 3-person room was nice and included minibar.

Everything was good. Location, staff, view, surroundings, I would definitely come back and refer to friends and family.

The room as always was large, quiet, clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the early check in. It was my third visit and I will come again.

Totally perfect 100 % for my stay in 7 days.
