I love this hotel. It has self-laundry service. It's breakfast is okay & there are many shops surrounded the hotel. There are also many convenient stores nearby. It is also quite near to the Taipei main station. I strongly recommended to stay at this hotel if you travel at Taipei.

Love the bed and breakfast buffet! And free laundry and dryer (queing though) close to good pepper buns and beef noodle places. And a bit of a walk to crispy donuts, but worth the walk!

Good location and no frills professional room facilities. Bathrooms are well designed and maintained. Selected this hotel multiple times due to value for money on all accounts.

Located close to the Taipei main station. Room with moderate space and mattresses which are not too hard, provided with two cussions per person. Wardrobe is rather small and contains a safe. Room and bathroom lack some hooks for easy hanging of stuff. Overall very clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast ist Chinese style. Not much variety for the western tastes besides toast. Chinese dishes are quite good though.

It is a 3 star hotel. But if we talk about the value of money you spend. I am very happy to give 4 star rating. Except the bedroom is a bit small for 4 of us. And also the sound proof is not great. Actually my family was very happy about those 3 nights we stayed. very good price for Dec. Approx $100 US per night for 4. Inc free buffet breakfast & 24 hours free drink bar & snack. Free laundry service (self service) excellent location which only 5 mins walk from Taipei main station. So, what else we can expect for this price we spent.

It's the second time you've checked in. Location is very good, very convenient, walk 10 minutes to ximending. Waiter is very polite, also very enthusiastic to assist guests, and beautiful, this time also help me upgrade the house for free, it is too good. Although the house is slightly small, but also can accept, the focus is very neat, very clean, so live very comfortable, soundproofing can improve a little better, in the morning will come the sound of the corridor. Fairly basic, no frills accommodations. Fine if you just need a place to sleep, but if you're spending a longer time, I'd look for somewhere nicer.

1. Space is small, soundproofing is very poor, the next room and corridor sound is very clear, our family's children cry believe that we are quarrelling next door
2. Breakfast dishes A lot, but almost all are starch, no meat, eggs only onion scrambled eggs, almost all by seasoning, eat up people feel very unhealthy, dining environment is also very noisy, it is better to go outside breakfast shop to eat
3. Not far from the railway station, but the location is not good, still have to walk for about 15 minutes to reach, especially with big luggage, will need to go without shelter, the big sun or rain will be inconvenient
4. Barrier-free facilities in front of the hotel are shaking, it can be difficult to push a pram or big luggage, and there is no hospitality at the door to see if any passengers need help 5. Overall this price is not recommended to live.

It's fine place. Close to the main station. It's quiet from street. But next of my room people very noisy. And I even can hear the noisy from their TV. I called to reception to complain. After that it has a Chinese woman knock to my door to say something in Chinese. Of course, I don't know what she meant. But it's seem as she ask me why I complain. I'm a bit terrified. But it's about that Chinese woman not because the hotel, I guess.

Hotel was in a good location near Taipei main station and room is pretty small but I guess that is common for areas around here. Walkable to ximending. Breakfast was alittle too crowded and not much interesting choices but able to find other breakfast options around.

Top tourist hotel in the centre of Teipei. Breakfast is Chinese, but there is coffee which is very important for me. The rooms are simple, but there is nothing. Everything is clean.

Rooms were clean and had a big shower. Wifi was adequate and toiletries were provided. Good free breakfast buffet as well as 24 hr drinks and bread.

The hotels around Taipei Main Station I recommend here. Good service, Nice breakfast, Clean place, Beautiful interior The water system very good, You can hold a luggage before check in if coming before check in time.

Great location, but the breakfast didn’t have any western options. The first room we went in smelt of cigarette smoke, we tried to swap but they had none others available. Try to get a room with a window otherwise it’s a bit claustrophobic!

The hotel is located just at the end of Taipei main station exit z10 and there are alother of shopping mall around the area… getting around the place are very much convince as it is an interchange for hsr metro and tw railway. The hotel is very nice and the hotel service are very nice. The hotel are very clean.

Nice hotel, the second time we are staying here while visiting Taipei. We like the breakfast and self service laundry facilities. They fix the Wi-Fi connectivity, so the Wi-Fi connection is very fast in the room now.

Great room. Clean, spacious, and good Wi-Fi. The free breakfast is not that good. The location is also great because it is near to taipei main station and a lot of good restaurants in the area.

I enjoyed staying here. I took the budget option and it was very good. Bathrooms are combined for all the budget stayers. Everything was clean and tidy. There was free water, juice, tea and coffee dispensers. Breakfast was included but didn't include many western options or cereals. Overall I'd recommend it as it was very affordable and great location near the main station and Ximen.

It's close to the main MRT train station and has all the shopping and dining areas within walking distance. There's a free buffet breakfast on the lobby floor from 7:00am — 10:00am. There's also a free internet cafe on the same floor. High speed Wi-Fi is provided in each room. And finally, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room is tiny, there is no place to put even a small suitcase, not to mention two suitcases. But the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and big. The shower cabin is spacious and the flow is strong. I reserved a room with a window (I already knew there are some rooms without one) but when we checked in at night, we got a room without a window. We complained and got a room with a window in the bathroom! It was late and we were so tired… We took that room.

Good location near lots of good restaurants, subway&train station and tourist attractions. Staffs are relatively kind also. Not recommended for non-smokers with kids. Although the hotel is smoke free for all rooms, there must be some people smoking at their room and room ventilation pipes are commenced each other up and down to share the pollution, and the front desk had no idea where it's from and how they could stop those illegal smokers. We screwed our nights.

Our one-night stay was very comfortable. The double bed is huge and takes up most of the room. The included breakfast is actually very good. They have a large amount of breakfast offerings including a small tan tan noodle stand which was tasty.

I stayed at the backpacker in the same building as this hotel. The backpackers is named Next Taipei Hostel. They offered free laundry and great breakfast buffet.

The hotel was clean and I was greeted by several people upon entering the hotel. I scored the hotel low because I requested a car service to take me from the airport to the hotel. Not only was the service late (about 45 mins), but driver was involved in an accident (minor) on the way to the hotel. Another car was sent to complete the transportation to the hotel. Upon arriving, I was asked for complete cost of the transportation and for it to be in cash. The desk workers and manager were on only willing to deduct $2 from the total price of $50. I later learned that the bus was drastically cheaper and easy to use. The attendants at the information desk at the airport can help with taking the appropriate bus to your destination. Also, the beds are the traditional stiffer beds.

Very good hotel for the price. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were nice and spacious. Toiletries were provided (shaver and cream, toothbrushes and paste, brushes, etc). There were also two bottles of water and a water kettle (heater) with a couple of tea bags and coffee packs. Breakfast was very good, and included with a ticket the provide you with when you check in. The variety can't be beat. Two kinds of rice porridge with shredded dried pork, pickled stuff, and bamboo. Cereal on the weekends. Fried noodles made to order. Bacon, sausages, and other proteins.
