Room card had to be validated three times, means I went up to L11 and then to lobby three times! In the end they discovered, room door lock battery was flat! What a basic maintenance for a 5* hotel. Waited 30 minutes outside the door for the technician to fix the problem… spoilt my plans for the morning since I needa fly off! The guest recovery work by the staff and manager was bad also… nothing much was done to appease us! Wont recommend… by the way I stayed at room 1110.

Superb and elegance place to stay. Location is top notch, very convenience to reach out all renown shopping centres and the famous 101 ~ simply love it!

Great location. It’s only a few blocks away from Taipei 101 and right next to the mall. The room was great. A few minor things was the hallway smells a bit funny and the staff was slow when you ask for stuff to be delivered to the room.

Location is excellent with subway station nearby. A lot of shopping and food options around the area. Stayed next door at the Humble House. The room was really good, with spacious toilet and room equipped with a walkin wardrobe. Highly recommended.

Service has always been awesome at this hotel. Rooms are tidy, bright, and clean. They used to have agl good lounge (Queue? Forgot the exact name) where guests can relax and have a drink. But it has been closed for a couple of years already. How can you call yourself a 5 star hotel without a nice lounge? (Lobby lounge is NOT nice). One reason why it's only 4 star instead of 5.
