I've stayed here three times now for quarantine. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Refrigerator is good size for a hotel and it's nice to have a microwave. The hotel is new so no mold, and no carpets means that the room feels very clean. Not super happy with the food, it is often repetitive (same chicken or veggies sometimes 3 meals in a row) which seems sub-par for the price but it is healthy and they supply enough coffee and tea for the term. If my wife and I stay here again we will forego the 2nd meal plan (NT1800) and just do Uber Eats. Regardless, this is our favorite quarantine hotel and we highly recommend it.
I’ve stayed in many hotels in the past and this is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had, especially in the state of Cov19 pandemic where I am under mandatory quarantine for 14+1 days. From my initial contact to arrival and now that I’m officially 2 hours away from ending the quarantine, ALL the staff have been professional and attentive. Thank You! Even though I don’t know their names or have ever interacted with them in person, they go out of their ways to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible. A BIG shout out to Ms. Una Wang. Without her patience and help with coordination and logistics, I probably wouldn’t make this trip to visit my family. Food is awesome, coming from a foodie. They put much thought into it to make sure eating is enjoyable and not boring. I think they have a 2 week menu cycle. Some meals are prepared by their own kitchen, some are from local reputable eateries! Their complementary coffee is excellent and flavorful. I travelled from Seattle so I think I know a bit about coffee. I actually brought a bunch of Starbucks instants in case I need to satisfy my Java cravings but I rarely used them because I much prefer their in-house brand coffee. The full frige is perfect because I can order shave ice or ice cream and store in the freezer. The microwave is just as convenient as ever. Hot water is readily available on demand. AC is nice and cold in hot Taiwan summer. Wifi is super fast and reliable. I’m running 3-4 devices at the same time!

Hanns House us a very good place to spend required quarantine but, I am sure is also a charming place to stay after the difficult times. Hanns House Staff is always polite and the interior is perfect with the touch of Asian meditation. If I can, I will ever use Hanns House again!
