It was such a great day spending my pre-birthday Celebration here. Great View of Taipei 101 Tower right infornt of my window and the place is very clean as well as the outdoor swimmingpool. Also the staff are very accommodating and they fluently can speak in English it is very plus points specially to us filipino people. This place I want to go back to.

Location is excellent with subway station nearby. A lot of shopping and food options around the area. Stayed next door at the Humble House. The room was really good, with spacious toilet and room equipped with a walkin wardrobe. Highly recommended.

4.5/5 stars. Beautiful hotel in A GREAT location, good service, great food. I would return. Loved the (indoor) swimming pool. It was great for swimming laps. Only con was mold in the shower in our room. But the rest was very clean and been comfortable bed.

Room rate is cheaper comapred with grand Hayatt, around 100US cheaper in average. Breakfast is great with many selections, however if you invite friends you need to pay and the price is higher than a average breakfast deal. Location is convenient if you need shopping or buying something from department stores, taipei 101 building is just around the corner. Also near the exhibition center as well.

Service is very intimate, because we go to dinner with a baby, but the dining process is also very comfortable, service staff is very intimate, let us have a very good dining experience ❤️

Spectacular view of Taipei 101 from the room. Room is clean and serviced consistently. Hotel also provided air filter upon request. No iron and ironing board in the room which was surprisingly.

Staff service attitude is also quite cordial and courteous, unfortunately in the 5 floor ballroom dining is a bit dissatisfied, many times to urge the speed of dining and ask if you need to change small plate or packaging, because subsequent meals will not be able to put. Probably one of the better buffets around. Good quality food and wonderful service and very clean environment. Starting from 1280NTD, it's quite worth the money for lunch buffet :) You order one main which is freshly prepared while you start on the buffet section. They do have english menus. Not a lot of vegan options though!

I’m very surprised to see some low ratings as I personally had a great experience, in rating it 5 (let’s face it, even some 5 star hotels don’t get this! ) All staff were friendly, always greeting you when they see you. Check in was smooth, and hotel was quiet and clean (5-Star hotel clean). The pillows were amazing for me and slept like a baby. As in Asia, rooms were smaller but I didn’t feel like it was small. The location was excellent, not even a 5 min walk to the closest subway station (I think it was Taipei City Hall? ) and of you’re into luxury stores, you’re surrounded by it. I never tried the restaurants by my friend, a local, said it was pretty decent. Would stay here again!

It's been our second year to eat Chinese New Year's Eve dinner here. We loved it so much. The dishes, the decorations and the shows were amazing.

Outstanding hotel. Perfect location in the city, surrounded by department stores and and modern buildings. The staff was friendly and professional, with proficient english for those who don't speak mandarin. The rooms were fantastic. Clean and simple, but beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good, but not outstanding. I would still recommend eating there. Overall a very it's nice hotel and I definitely recommend it.

Cleans rooms with great city views, electric curtains are a nice touch. Only complaint was the auto air conditioner doesn't go higher than 23c. No matter what settings I put on it stays at 23c. I assume it might be able to go lower but not higher.

Equipped with Huangbin, novel fashion, comfortable and elegant room, service staff are fine delicate thoughtful and courteous, 攴 point is more fresh and delicious.

Very well appointed hotel. Fantastic location and really nice amenities. Loved staying in the suite. However, restaurant staff are a bit cold and the buffet breakfast offerred at the hotel is mediocre at best.

Comfortable stay. The rooms are decent sized and clean. Very good service, but some of the concierge struggle with English. It’s a bit odd taking an elevator up to the 6th floor then taking another elevator to the rooms, but overall great hotel in convenient area. Great value.

The dining environment is beautiful, not noisy, salad bar unlimited supply of king crab is quite have the sincerity, the grilled lobster is delicious, but the steak seems to be pot temperature is not hot enough, not fried coke incense, the feeling of just simple surface overheating a bit, eat up nothing steak fragrant.

This time try the afternoon tea, the overall size not too big. Meat probably 8 or so, most like steak and beef broth, steak sauce variety plus vinegar flavor even more. Other meat products in. Dessert Cape Prussian style pizza kind of frozen taste, the fruit is acceptable. Generally take a roll to eat relatively cost-effective.

Fantastic location and the room is modern and comfortable. Automatic blinds and a high tech bathroom. The service is inconsistent which I didn't like. Some staff were very warm but one was colder than the in-room fridge selling overpriced cola. I also felt like I was being nickel and dimed by the front desk staff trying to upsell which put a bad taste in my mouth. This place easily has potential of garnering a five star review if some of the front desk staff had training in how to treat people. Also the internet only works in your room and not in the lobby areas.

Location is near Taipei 101, shopping malls and MRT.
There are Starbucks, 7eleven and restaurants around. The room is cozy and clean.
The toilet is pretty spacious, with automated toilet bowl and bath tub in my room.
Could use better shower gel and shampoo.
Requested for stronger hair dryer and they immediately provided me with one, thumbs up. Service is warm and friendly.
Allowed to check out one hour later.
They noted down my room preference for my next stay (stronger hair dryer). The only negative point is the breakfast selection, not fantastic and not enticing.
There are Taiwanese porridge, rice with dishes, egg station and pastry.
Maybe it's just my breakfast preference. Overall I enjoyed my 3-night-stay but I might skip the breakfast option next time.

Love this place so much. The location is in the very centre of 101 shopping zone. Service is quite good.

The decor is very new and modern; the rooms are clean and spacious, especially the bathroom! The service is excellent. From the doormen, reception, concierge, event staff; they are all courteous and attend to you with a smile. I feel the doormen deserve particular mention, they attend to you from luggage to door to elevator, and with such a genuine smile. All speaks good English, so no troubles there.
