The Service: Wonderful! Very attentive, took great care of us. Servers are always around. The Food: We come for Chinese New Year eve dinner. It is buffet style. Almost US$100 per person. 2 seatings. Both 2 hours to ear. YES… TOO RUSH! People are like fighting for the food, cutting lines. It is a terrible dinning experience! Not organized! Everyone get a main course, lobster & steak. Appetizer & dessert buffet. Love love love the dessert choices! The Parking: Restaurant validate parking for few hours With the price they charge & only 2 hours to eat… not worth it!

We upgraded our room for the king size bed. It’s a spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast is delicious as well. The only thing I recommend is the dim lighting.

Went here for a wedding. Venue was beautifully decorated. Service was great and food was very good.

I would like to recommend the afternoon tea ticket which I bought on the internet. It cost 17xx for 2 people. The shrimp, desserts and service are excellent. The interior design and atmosphere are very good for a date. Don't worry the darkness when you wanna take a group pics. Very classy hotel that has a nice French atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Good bed, Nice bath and shower. The lighting controls are incomprehensible. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Taipei as it is next to the Maine station and there are plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and polite and speaks decent English. Breakfast is plenty of choice and a good mixture of Western and Asian dishes. Overall the hotel feels really dark, due to the selection of materials. I would certainly consider returning here if I go to Taipei again.

Located in the fashion Plaza of Beijing station, in the same square as the Taipei Transfer Station, the traffic location is excellent, close to Taipei Station, Taipei MRT, Taiwan High-speed rail, the accommodation can see the surrounding scenery, nearby shopping areas, sightseeing spots, restaurants and bars.

Across the st from major train and bus station. We landed at midnight local time and needless to say we had some time to kill before out 3pm check in time. Spent a few hours in the airport until we took the 1819 bus to station across the street. We walked to the hotel concierge on the first floor right when you walk in. They were able to check our bags to lighten our load for exploring before our 3 pm check in. We decided to take the elevator to the 6th floor to see how early we would be able to check in. Obviously at 7am it was a little early but we left our cell phone number. We walked around to some restaurants and a museum. The hotel called at 1030am and said our room was ready. When we got to the hotel about 20m later our checked bags were already in the room. Within 10 minutes we were in our room on the 16th floor complete with balcony, garden tub, closet with a safe, and mini kitchen area (refrigerator, glasses, and coffee maker)

The room was tiny, lights ways too dim, very weak and unreliable Wi-Fi, aircon was like a mouse blowing through a straw, room got very hot, weak shower, no ironing board in the room, cold and untasty food from room service, while the minibar had almost nothing in it. Good location near the main rail station and friendly customer service, but not enough to offset the bad room.

Ridiculously good service. Good if you're into that and dim lighting throughout the hotel.

Actually, this place is quite good. However, the staff (named Amber Pan) that I checked in and checked out is not up to standard for this kind of service. She is always frown. When I checked in, I have asked her " Are you chasing me? " she said "yes". When I checked out, I have signed my credit card and give it to her. She asked me unpolitely to hold the slip back and said she had to finish her work before. The check out time is very long. Whereas the other staff has already checked out 3 guest rooms, I still had to waited for her. After check out, She immediately made a call without asking my luggage so that I have to request the other staff to help me deposit my luggage.

It has its standards, so you won't be expecting anything less. However, the CP value is extremely low, as you might get the same stuff outside but at about half the price? Anyhow, the food here is great, at a great price. The wedding ceremony held here is pretty good, but double the price you can get elsewhere. This is, however, at a great location, so all your friends from around Taiwan can get here with public transportation.

More costly than most in the area — but it is so worth it. Premium fittings and lovely finishes to everything from the wall (real wood! ) to drawers. I had a lovely view of the Taipei Main Station alongside the highway, which is a little noisy but still acceptable to me. This is my number one choice for any stay in Taipei henceforth.

Upscale boutique hotel w very nice cozy rooms, dark wooden panels w both carpet n marble floors. Service staff is very warm n hearty, n always w a genuine smile. Thoughts have been given to designing all the little details in the room. All rooms are no smoking. I will stay here again in my next trip back.

I stayed the day after Christmas, so it was quite packed. Even after arriving at 3pm, we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready. That said, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. For example, I brought my daughter and one of the front desk staff gave her a balloon shaped like a puppy. When we finally got our room, the front desk manager escorted us to our rooms and coordinated all our luggages (we reserved three rooms). That's pretty dedicated service for any hotel. As for the rooms, its intentionally dim and romantic. Our bed was fitted with side guards to prevent young infants from falling down, so they do cater to children, but you have to make that request during the reservation. Overall I think this hotel is worthy of its five star rating, certainly a lot better service and attention to detail both in terms of decor and service than your average five star. Worth staying if you are in Taipei.

Staffs are very nice and really helpful, hotels and rooms are a little bit dark, but location is really convenient with shopping mall next to it and Taipei Station across the street. Overall, really good hotel.

This hotel is located at such a convenient location, right next to a mall and an MRT station. I really enjoyed being able to walk over to the mall and shop around/ eat whenever I had downtime. The inside of the hotel is decorated really nicely and the service is extremely courteous. The rooms seemed like they were intended more for couples than for families, since there was no divider between the bathroom and the room, which seemed kind of odd to me. The dinner buffet was not as good as I expected, and quite pricey too. Overall, I think this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved my stay there. Located next to the shopping centre and Train station. The rooms were really nice. Sensors in the washrooms to switch on the lights automatically was awesome.
