Really nice hotel; staff were super welcoming and friendly.

Spacious suite, lovely style, great service, good value.

I liked the place but room which I got in main building was very hot. Opening window helped but street was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

I love his hotel. A perfect embodiment of a “home away from home”. A place to stay with a human scale and touch. Perfectly proportioned with essential comfort and practicalities. A large terrace and comfortable and bright public area that is the breakfast in the morning and a wonderful place to work and chat with other travellers during the day. In a residential area with plenty of lip-smacking options to choose from for dining. For sure, my pied-a-terre when in Zurich!

Very nice and rich breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Includes juices, water and coffee, for 28. — on weekends 24. — during the week.

Best spot, amazing terrace with the best sunset in Zurich. Higly recommended.

Had a very good time with family, stay was pleasant and they do have small play area for kids.

Rooms don't have basic necessities. Breakfast is so minimum, less than b&b. Bathroom is very old and water goes all over, even in room as there is no sold sepration between room and bathroom. Rooms decore is very dull and boring. Not enouh privacy and lot of noise. Connection to MainHB is not that convenient either. I'm surprised how this hotel has achived 4 star status.

Great hotel with nice rooms. Not very centrally located but close to the long road. The breakfast on Saturday/Sunday was a treat!

I loved this hotel for its design, location and yoga classes! They have a very nice cafeteria and it seems that in the restaurant they eat very well. They offer free-use bicycles to guests (which are in perfect condition). Highly recommended!

Unique in terms of where it‘s located and how it‘s designed as a place. Staff is quite friendly and there‘s a good amount of space.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The smoking lounge is continuously served and receives small meals on request. Worth a visit again and again.

The 2 rooms apartment is very big and clean, as well as L'occitane things (cream, soap & shampoo)

I paid €250 for a room from 3 people but once I entered I realized I was in a real loft open space… with so much to cook hydro dishwasher espresso Machines Induction cookers etc… um apartment in downtown Zurich with a glass A spatial… really a great place.

Nice rooms, fair prices, good location… if you are looking for something beside the usual… go for Greulich.

Staff was good but there are maintainance issues with the hotel. Bathroom is worn and needs refurbishment. Air flow in rooms are poor, and so are noise from both road and courtyard, very poor noise filtration by room walls. Breakfast was good.

Very cool place in a hip area. Yoga mat in the room. Great breakfast, good coffee.

I ~love~ this place, from the little grove of trees in the courtyard to the soft pink lighting in our room to the delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Will stay here again next time in Zurich. So beautiful.

Lovely, lovely place. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, and even called their colleagues family. The rooms were minimalist with touches of class. E. G. A yoga ma in the room, quality washing products, fresh apples and soda water every day. The central hotel was nice with plenty of cool features. E. G. A yoga room, cigar room. I'd definitely stay there again.

Big and modern rooms, breakfast included, cigar lounge is also available in here. Location is peaceful but the "bar street" is a walking distance from hotel.

We've enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We've been getting around Zurich via public transportation which is nearby and convenient. The staff has been very helpful with guiding us to the best options for attractions as well as directions to navigate the city.

Rooms spacious, very classy, clean, simple TOP. Big-time, sensational kind, attentive service. Breakfast, the hammer.
Dinner in the hotel's own restaurant, was just to enjoy tasty. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

Awesome service, that's the good. Staff was very nice. The hotel is severely overpriced, and location is just so so. It's actually around nothing but you have a bust station and tram spot 3 blocks away. And everything inside is tiny. You can do much better closer to old zurich and be in the heart of it all.

Big room, has exhaust and at least provides a fan even when they don't have an aircon.

Good, modern design and relatively spacious room, if a bit on the spartan side. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

I love this hotel and try to stay here on every trip to Zurich. The inner courtyard is filled with beautiful birch trees. Rooms are modern and minimalist. Service is great and the restaurant is very goodl — I look forward to returning and to trying the "house" bicycles to explore the city.

The restaurant… small but fine and excellent map. Service, especially the preparation were significantly higher than Zurich's average. Nice and incredibly nice.

Was with my boyfriend on Valentine's day in the Greulich. Everything was wonderful, the food excellent, service very friendly and concluded there were on Bill even a Valentine's greeting that is written by hand. It doesn't get any better!

Excellent service. An experience for the palate and the eye. Compliment. Like to come back. Prices for lunch more on upper limit, but it is worthwhile in any case!
