Dated hotel, out of the center.
Unfriendly staff.
Small rooms with strong smell of closed and dust. The carpet in the room was dirty.
The rooms don't have air conditioning or even the fridge.
Parking is charged, but beware: there are few parking spaces reserved for the hotel.
We had reserved the parking space for a day. In the afternoon we took the car to go downtown and in the evening, when we returned, we found a car parked on our place. We went to reception and the lady said she couldn't do anything because she didn't know whose car she was. We then had to park the car along the way.
Obviously we didn't pay for parking at the hotel.
If you have to be honest, for the cost that the hotel has, next time I'd rather spend a little more, but have something extra.
They were really thrown money for the service they offer.
Look for more hotels!

The property is really good. Linen was great. It was quite spacious. Property is quite close to supermarket, tram stop and restaurants. The staff was really rude. Room was not ready untill 2 pm. When we questioned the staff at the reception, he was quite rude and told us he can’t help it if 68

Good location, close to public transport and hbf, nearby restaurants (2-3 stops by tram). Room was decent size and clean. Bed was two twin beds joined which I didn't liked, floors were creaking a bit which I don't mind actually. Elevator can just fit 1-2 person. Staff was friendly overall. Room had a table fan which worked fine at night for us. Overall its a good deal if you get this hotel cheaper and certainly not worth for >100$.

Pros the price is accessible for Zurich well connected to the Zurich train station I leave picture of the route by tram from there to the hotel the internet is paid but very accessible and works well one franc per day, already there is free internet in Zurich unless you leave your Phone number to send you the key in the pages that offer free Internet, same procedure for the Internet of the airport there is a supermarket in front of the hotel the hotel has old look but this very care good housekeeping in the room cons the Receptionist are not always at the front desk you have to ring the bell so that you will be attending.

Worst hotel I have stayed in a very long time. Very small rooms, dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds. Room was not available at check in time. Noisy. Stay away. Room we got was nothing like on the pictures.

Not a bad hotel for its rate. Staff is very friendly and helpful but lack of free breakfast, Wi-Fi and water is why I give it 4 stars. I guess you only get what you paid for. Oh ya, icy cold radiator (doesn't work. )

The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly. The entire hotel, however, stopped at the level of the 70s, except the refurbished bathrooms, which are quite new. Breakfast is good but nothing special.

Excellent quality/price, breakfast with good variety of products. The staff was very helpful and the room was very good. Considering that the hotel is pretty much downtown, that Zurich is not economic city I would say it is a good solution for short stays.

Have the TV in front as I am a TV addict discovering the programs in German language. Room small but nice! Staff Tshuss. Pedrolito Allios Gérard Taiwo.

Would not recommend this hotel, one of the worst of my life! Very small end noisy rooms and not at all soundproof, the floor is wooden, and you can only imagine if you have a upstairs neighbor who walks back and forth until 1am. parking not free 25 CHF bad smell in the room Wi-Fi not free breakfast not included staff for nothing kind.

5 stars, not because it is a 5 star hotel. But value for money is correct. I'm here for the third time now. Excellent public transport connection, clean, bathroom in the room, affordable, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Absolutely OK if you just need a room in Zurich.

Its a nice reasonable room with 3 beds (suite they call the room type) to stay in Zurich. Its 30-40mins walk from town where alot of the restaurants are.

Hotel is OK but staff is very good. Around 12 min from Zurich main Station by tram.

My experience at this hotel was not very good. The room was already quite humid musty when I entered it. However, the other guests were really problematic. Due to the great noise of them and their consumption of drugs (grass) It was not possible for me to open the Windows without the full volume and all the smoke businessmen.
A departure from the hotel after only less than two hours without a use of the room could not be compensated accommodating.
Hospitality is different.

Budget hotel and somewhat acceptable service. I can't recall but there is a poker face guy in the front desk, even when he is telling a joke. That's interesting XD.

Clean and cheap for a dear city like Zurich, good breakfast.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very professional. Is located next to a train that will take you to the town center. A coop is in front, and a few restaurant.

OK to sleep one night, but without more…

The room was so small also there was steps before the lift that make it difficult for me holding my baby stroller to ascend these steps. The hotel don't offer any drinks in the room even there was no boiler. On the other hand the staff was so helpful and hotel was so close to the tram station and the city center.

Rooms were extremely small. All the staff was not very polite. When the official exchange rate was 104.7 Frank's to a Euro. The hotel was giving 95 Frank's for 100 Euros. If the have a different rate they should display it at the reception.

Would not recommend this hotel. No airconditioning or fan, no basic facilities such as kettle and mini bar. Had to go all the way to the cafe to get hot water. Rooms are small, barely enough space for 2 person to move. Hotel facilities are old.

The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. The prices are very low for Zürich but my room was very small.

This hotel is cheap and located quite centrally. The rooms are clean and of a reasonable standard. Recommended for short stays.

Hotel chose base for its location (near center), but expensive for the quality and service "minimum" rendered. Heating that malfunctions, see not… Non-existent soundproofing (very difficult to sleep), Wi-Fi fee, clean room but small especially bathroom (where does your business? ). In short, at the hotel Olympia, this is the strict minimum for a maximum price!

Clean and tidy. Value for money in such a costly city.

We reserved a room at 11:00.00, then after the time when you could still cancel the reservation. Evidently the date of the reservation was wrong, but it was no longer possible to change or cancel so we were charged the full price of the room. When we then contact the tree and explained the situation, they were very rough. Saying that they could come in against us with the price if the right day we would have booked from them. Which we had not been able to do since they did not have free rooms. We then booked from a hotel in the same chain, but no one came up against it with the price!
Even the lady at the front desk was grumpy.

Top price/performance in a good location in Zurich!

Friendly staff, decent rooms, many TV programs.

Very nice hotel. Only stayed a night in, but highly recommended. A block of the tram and minutes away from the Centre.

When I arrived, I was informed that there were no rooms for me, and that another room was booked in a hotel "near the station".
Why not have informed me before by phone/email, that's the least of things? Furthermore this hotel near the train station turned out be a much smaller hotel, in full "red quarter" (langstrasse) : infected room, smell of cigarette, cry, and music all night…
