Friendly, accommodating, and professional staff! Great location… convenient to train and old town! We enjoyed the rooftop bar! Rooms are small. Breakfast was adequate. Price was commensurate to a 3 — 3.5 star hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

Location of this hotel is great. Only 700m from the train station by walking and near many restaurants and shops. Rooms were also well cleaned. Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice, but not very clean. And what else to expect from a hotel in a house which is already 700 years old? The place is historical, the location is gorgeous. But the hotel itself is tired.

Hotel located in the heart of the city, in the restaurant area. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful in everything you need. Good breakfast included in the price. The Wi-Fi in the fatal room. The room was very nice and the bathroom was very small.

Cute, cozy hotel that is centrally located and convenient to dining, shopping, the Zurich HB Main Station, and the river. Small rooms with no AC which was ok in late spring/early summer but could get quite warm. Evenings can get quite loud from the restaurants below the hotel so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The egg boiler and müesli were delicious at breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is clean and convenient for Zurich. However, the rooms are small and rather spartan furnished.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a solid selection. My room was small but was in an appropriate way. Shower was very nice.

A very clean and conveniently located place. Your stay gets better if you get to meet Kasper.

The Wine Tavern is very cozy, has a good selection of wines and delicious cold plates.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included, which is great in a city that isn't the most affordable. Location is perfect and near the old part of the city. Parking is the biggest downfall, as you'd have to park elsewhere and it's not cheap but that's not uncommon. It's better to walk everywhere anyway.

Very nice and comfy hotel, right in the city center. There is free Wi-Fi, but the signal is very weak to non-existent inside upper-rooms.

Too expensive for what you get. Location is great, as well as the wine sellar. The rooms though are just big enough for you to fit in.

Was nice to stay but roomso small and no refrigerator fell like stay little inn but breakfast was good and reception was jund.

This is a great place to stay. Located in the historical city, this is a traditional old building with great ambiance. Not crowded, the staff are friendly and nice; welcoming and hospitable. It is also a great convenient place, being so close to the Railway Station and then to the Old City to explore.

Bad quality of room furniture, very small rooms, almost Wi-Fi not existent, reception quite rude when asking why the Wi-Fi was not working. American Express not accepted.

Booked a room for over $200, and it was the worst room: next to the elevator and within 5 meters to the reception area, the walls were extremely thin. When asked to switch to a reasonably quiet room, receptionist was extremely hostile and would not switch room until we agree to pay additional surcharge. If you want an unrestful stay in a thin-walled hotel, you have found it. There are hostels better than this hotel.

I was the only tavern in the wine, but it was very special. Very nice atmosphere in the wine cellar. Operation is also very attentive and friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here two weeks ago. Clean, charmingly decorated, excellent service. The location cannot be beat. The Weinshenke is also worth a long visit — — wonderful wines and food in a beautiful setting. Recommended, will stay here again if ever back in Zürich.

If they only got the internet to work in every room. The staff is very good at helping you find things to do. The location is perfect for dining, shopping, and public transport. The breakfast is also very well done.

My favorite little hotel in Zürich for the past ten years. Ideally located – old town / close to the station. Not an "anonymous" hotel – very familiar atmosphere, nice team, great sense of hospitality. Not to mention the historical wine cave…

I have been to this hotel on two occasions, its a really good budget hotel for those that don't want to spend lots of money but want to be in a good location. Breakfast is rather simple, not much choice, beds are comfy and the showers clean. Staff is very friendly.
