Nice room. But this is not the place to stay in the summer there is no air conditioning and a shortage of fans. I cannot believe our travel agent booked this hotel for us. Definitely stay someplace else in the summer.

A good hotel near Zurich Airport. Service quality is good. Local busses ply just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality. Staff is cooperative. Ambience is clean. Rooms are clean, upholstery is OK. In total a good experience. COOP store is near by which has reasonable price of daily items.

A normal hotel 15 minutes from the centre of zurich.

Very good hotel. Breakfast very good. Very clean rooms. Very well could by trains. Central Zurich is only 15 away by train.

Both receptionists were completely charmless. Maybe that's not their fault though. One was exceptionally rude however. It was tragi-comic to watch this person instruct a trainee whilst throwing a tantrum. Hopefully the new person doesn't apply anything learnt here. Two beds does not a double bed make. Wine bottles in the mini-bar should have their seals checked, the white wine's seal was not intact. It had been re-filled with water. Simple job, careless not to notice, and possibly a reflection on the class of person who stays here. Why on earth is an industrial sized vacuum cleaner operating in the lobby at morning rush hour? The shuttle bus driver had closed the boot before he looked around for other guests that were waiting to get on — I was 10 metres from him. In my experience I'd suggest the NH culture needs re-strengthening or maybe the staff are just not that well paid? I would not recommend this hotel at all — sleep at the airport.

Quick check-in. Room is big and clean. There are USB plugs for charging but there is no cables. I called the reception desk and they simply said no even if there is a small piece of paper near that plug written "you can call reception for borrowing one". Breakfast is quite complete with sweet and salty style with fresh fruits. Location is good as I am driving. There are some free blue parking lots around the area. There is a paid underground parking if needed.

Excellent but who has a coach and forced to pay 70 euros per night.

Good stay. Nice hotel, good location. My only disappointment is when I book at double bed I expect a double bed, not two single beds pushed together. Other than that it was perfect.

Airport Hotel. Clean, breakfast good, window well insulated so that you do not hear the fliers when the window is closed. Very nice running track at the smooth along right next to the hotel.

Lobby looks good, room clean, ventilation system but apparently intact, which makes sleeping at 25 degrees difficult.

The headboard trembles and wakes me up every time the neighbor closes the door of his room.

Very clean with nice garage and restaurant. Overall good price (Swiss level). Only downside is the air vents in the room… just too noisy and if you turn it off you will air circulation as you can't open the windows due to noise from closeby airport. Just simple things to fix to make this a great stay.

Nice hotel within reach of airport, good rooms and nice breakfast. Stayed here for a night during visit to Switzerland, this was one of the best hotels given the price we stayed during our one week tour to Switzerland.

All right, but flight noise is very extreme on the third floor. The bed vibrates properly from 6 o'clock after no-fly time.

Location convienient close to airport, clean room, decent breakfast.

The service at the restaurant was really good, as was the home-made tomato soup. I found the main courses to be too big.

Good choice if you want to be close to the airport in a quite confortable hotel.

Small room with stains on an ageing carpet… Heating was not working and I was put a small extra heating very noisy… Worst 4 star Room I had in Zurich.

If you have to stay close to the airport, then this hotel is the price in relation to the service. Clean and good breakfast included. Service is very friendly and accommodating.

Although we have made a reservation including breakfast in NH hotel system, hotel and customer service did not accept it while our accommodation. They always told me that you made just room reservation and they demand proof. When I found the e-mail, they accept their mistake. I kindly demand approximate 3 days * 2-person breakfast fee return they reject to refund this money and even if we are completely right. Every day we had to share additional budget breakfast at the outside of the hotel. For the room cleanness, there was a spider web and bugs on the ceiling of the room. There was no air conditioning central heating in the hotel rooms. I bought a small portable fan from the lobby. I do not recommend any one to choose this hotel for customer satisfaction procedures, general cleanness and heating system.

Average hotel. Pros: professional staff and close to stores and shops besides the airport. Cons: hard bed, no coffee inside room, and room is warm.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staffs, very nice breakfast buffet. Highly recomended. We had a conference on the 25th of November and decided to stay the night and my family were really impressed. God bless you Hotel NH Zürich management.

Nice, clean hotel, very friendly staff. Noise backdrop due to the proximity to the airport of course accordingly.

Value for money. Nothing very special about this hotel. It is located very close to Zurich international airport and has rail and bus connectivity. Breakfast buffet is not worth the amount they charge.

The accommodation is comfortable, hotel is very approachable from Zurich airport and there's a train station at 2 minutes walking distance at Opfikon that connects you to the rest of city well. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are excellent. The front desk staff is cordial and very helpful with your queries and requests.

Good quality hotel close to Zurich airport. There is a shuttle bus running from 5.30am to to airports those who need an early start. Any earlier a taxi cost around 15CHF.

Nice and clean hotel, pity that for hotel like that there are no staff who speak neither French nor Italian languages spoken in Switzerland, that in English to believe that have not lived in Switzerland, disappointed that have not spoken the languages of the country, but Zurich is not part of Switzerland?
Very unsympathetic reception staff.

Rooms are very hot and when I called down to the front desk to ask if they could change the temperature, they had a girl come up and changed the thermostat and said that we should get some relief, but she brought up a small fan just in case we didn't. Well, needless to say, we did not get any relief because she made the room hotter, not cooler. We also found a nice spider in the bathroom.

Carpets worn and stained, some hair forgotten in the shower, mattress a little too hard. Quiet despite the proximity to the airport.

Nice rooms. The advantage is that the hotel has a shuttle service to the airport the hotel being very close to the airport, one wakes up against the soft sound of the planes.

Nice and very nice Hotel, staff quite nice and helpful but they don't tell you they charge a bail of 200 francs for your eventual expenses. It is also quite far from the center of Zurich and close to the airport, so that the planes do reverberate everything when they pass.

It is perfect place for a romantic getaway or to party in the bustling city of Zurich. 15 min. Of the Centre with the S-Bahn, and very welcoming.

Quite alright. Drawbacks are the hearable airplanes and the slow internet.

Very bad hotel. I book 2 rooms here but when I come the reception just told me we did not book it. And the money is already take from my credit card.

Airplanes fly directly over it (~150m) on their approach to Zurich international airport. Great for plane spotting, no so much for sleeping.

A good hotel near airport with hotel shuttle to airport from hotel. They have a good spread of breakfast too.

Average property of NH. Close to the airport but not close to Zurich. Need to take a taxi and the average spending is at least CHF 50
The staff is professional, but from my experience I can say that it is not as cosy as would be necessary, especially at the front desk seemed rather rude and unprofessional.

Good hotel for Zurich airport and access into the city on the excellent public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff, the level of English puts my German to shame. Only thing I would says is the free Wi-Fi is VERY throttled.

Friendly, fast, functional but with some little surprising amenities and relatively nice.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is located next to the international airport of Zurich. It has a bus connection from the airport to the hotel without any cost. The staff is very friendly. Pleasant and cordial at check in. The bar is open until 10p. M. And it offers good burgers and good beer. This well connected to the city. Surely we repeat.

I stayed here for a night before heading to Interlaken. While the room was average. There was loud noise which woke me up in the morning… realised that they were drilling wall next door to install TV… nobody informed us nor were appologetic which was dissapointing. Breakfast is super expensive… CHF 33.00! did not try.

People who are incapable and hungry for money: ruthless. For 1 glass of water they called the police.

Fitness room: A bike and that's it.

Overall the hotel is very well. The rooms are spacious and quiet, modern and clean. They have amenities in the room and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is quite complete and at the front desk are very friendly and smiling. The only small detail perhaps replacement of things in the room to shine by their absence, but perhaps I had the wrong day of the waitress.

I was on a business trip and have already paid one night at this hotel. The problems started from the very begining: — I landed in Zurich by 22:00. A shuttle service was supposed to arrive by 22:20 but the driver lost his airport passcard and didn't make it till 22:45. — Once I got to the reception there were no rooms available (though I had already paid for it). They moved to another hotel (they paid the taxi and the room there). Didn't get to sleep till 0:30 — I wrote them to show them my concerns about the situation and after an apologize by them they offered me a free stay (I rejected cause I don't usually travel to Zurich) or a gift that would be sent to my house in Spain. I've received a package from them this week and it was sent without the delivery expenses paid. So my compensation gift it is supposed to cost me "only" 31€ (a third of the stay I never got). I think this is the most absurd thing that's ever happened to me in a hotel. Can't say anything about the hotel as I never slept there and will never do for sure.
