The staff is amazing and they were very helpful today to assist my parents-in-law that's don't speak any English. I'm very pleased with your efforts.

Location is strategic, near the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast are good and complete.

Staff were attentive and quick. Food was very nice and imaginative. Rooms very modern, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Proximity to airport.

We had to stay here yesterday to today.
Swiss checked us in here due to flight delay.
Unfortunately no kettle tea or coffee in the room.
No body lotion etc.
Around the toilet in the bathroom everything full of water.
And that all at 4 stars.
No standard that one would expect from Switzerland.

Spacious parking garage makes for easy loading/unloading.

This next to the airport, very nice, comfortable and good customer service.

Was really a cold experience. No help whatsoever from staff and pricing at the restaurant was too high.

Outdoor lounge area on a summer evening was quite nice. 2 stops to the airport on the tram 2 blocks away is hard to beat.

Good hotel with nice rooms, bed is very comfortable, great breakfast. Minus is no spa and the shuttle doesnt go all day and cost… which is unusual…

Advertise themselves as AIRPORT HOTEL, but when asked for shuttle they charge 12 bucks per person, which is more than the taxi fare. Don't understand this concept. Rest is good. Well this is in response to the comment left below by the manager. It would be helpful, if you actually mention that airport shuttle is available but with charge on the website and clearly state that.

There's no option of zero rating… The service is pathetic. There was no Airconditioner working nor a fan provided with such temperature. Staff was rude and untrained. Not picking up calls and not even speaking properly. When we requested for a fan they threatened to call police. Please never select this hotel even they of charge accommodation… The worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life… The staff is totally uncultured… Worst experience of my life.

Nice rooms. Free upgrade. Good service at reception and bar. But not in the restaurant. Breakfast okay.

The Wi-Fi is slow, the place looks quite good from the inside and the rooms are quite cosy as well. The only problem is that I think that these people might be a little racist. Like when I entered my room, I was given a sheet to learn how to use the toilet. There was no kettle here, I think because they think that people from where I come don't know how to use a kettle, but that's just what I think, maybe they do this for everyone. Has a large TV and a fitness center.

I am staying at the hotel 20 June 2018 thought to write it. No doubt this hotel is beautiful but staff here is non coprative. We waited for an hour at the reception to gain access to our rooms. We did our booking with this hotel on 13 the June. They don't even serve complimentary water and tea every thing is paid here. Very bad experience after spending so much for our stay in Zurich. I will not recommend this hotel to my fellow countrymen think twice before booking this hotel.

Unhappy… No one speaks French at the reception… The free advertised breakfast actually costs at least 25 Swiss francs and it is impossible to get a room with 2 separate beds even though we booked more than 2 months ago.
The location is good.

Not so good interiors. No water kettle in room in same price Hilton and move n pick better.

I don't know if this happens regularly or if there was a glitch in their system. They gave us keys to rooms which were already occupied. And this not just happened with us, but with a lot of other people. It was a chaos.

Nearby 10 minutes There is a supermarket, because someone in outletcity Root supermarket dragged to everyone for half an hour, so not to go to the supermarket shopping, a bunch of people privately complaining, 20:00 has stopped business, had to rush tomorrow morning Coop am7:00 business, after the purchase back to match the departure time. It turns out that Sundays are not open at all. The breakfast was very thin and quite disappointing. The attitude of the service staff is still good.

Great hotel conveniently located. Modern, Comfortable. Staff speaks English, food in the restaurant is expensive but good. However its Zurich, EVERYTHING is expensive.

I slept here because of a flight rebooking. I got a free upgrade to a comfort room that was very nice, with very a comfortable bed and Nespresso machine. There is a bar where you can drink excellent cocktails. The dinner tho was not very good, I got it paid by the airline but I could just eat from the buffet (not the menu) and the dishes were cold and not very tasteful, with very limited options.

I had a pleasant stay at the Dorint Airport-Hotel Zurich on the last day of my trip to Switzerland. The room I stayed in was clean and elegant. The bathroom was well-designed, specifically the heater next to the shower, and the TV speakers in the bathroom that made it easier to listen to the news no matter where I stood. Service staff were cordial and helpful, can't recall what his name was, but he had a neatly trimmed beard. Small issue with the power plug — it is a bit diff…icult to use my cross-country adaptor to charge my devices since the plugs are so close together, but apart from that I have no complaints. A suggestion: Perhaps a room humidifier could be provided? My throat felt quite uncomfortable when I awoke due to the dryness of the air coupled with the air-conditioning. Overall, I felt well-rested and comfortable, and I definitely wouldn't mind utilising your services again.

Nice hotel, it is modern in style but very nice. Staff friendly and professional. Overall a good place to stay if coming into Zurich for a day or two. You can easily take an Uber (10-15 minutes) into Center City or hop on the trolley a short walk from hotel. You need to transfer onto train to go into center but only 40 minutes ride and an enjoyable ride. If 3 or more people Uber is the faster and cheaper way to go. Then it is door to door.

Staying overnight due to a rerouting of plane. Personnel was quite welcoming. The room is spacious and good, however if you are allergic to feathers, expect to sleep with nothing… : ( A bit disappointed for a 4stars hotel. Location is perfect for access to the airport.

The rooms are good and quiet, the breakfast is excellent, the fitness room is OK. At the bar there is something to eat almost just before midnight. It is an airport hotel with no shuttle service…

I stayed at this hotel only one night, due to a missed coincidence for the return flight to Italy. Very spacious bathroom, super comfortable bed, perfect cleaning, full breakfast for all tastes. Unique note, lack of any basic bathroom accessories (toothbrush toothpaste) for people like me who didn't have their own belongings/suitcase. Perfect location 5 minutes by shuttle from the airport.

Stayed here after the airline booked the hotel due to flight cancellation. 1. The TVs have NO ENGLISH Channels (unless you want to watch throwback music videos. Forget trying to watch the news or a movie to pass the time you’re being inconvenienced and are not where you intended/preferred). I brought this up to reception and they sent housekeeping to find English channels. She couldn’t find any. Nothing happened after. 2. The room reaked of a unpleasant smell. The same for the bedding even though the sheets were clean. Little toilet paper, no robe, no bottled water. 3. Basically, the hotel is very basic. Since I didn’t book myself … no loss for me but wouldn’t come back if given a choice. The fact that ENGLISH is not included in a hotel that services the International public results in me giving this hotel all of the NO-s! **The bar is good though.

On the surface a really posh hotel. But no including shuttle and no to-go breakfast is bad for a airport hotel. Carpeted room is also not ideal. On the plus side: personnel friendly and except the carpet, the room was clean.

Worst customer experience ever. Impossible to make any changes after an online booking. Really disappointing, they could have be more understanding.

The staff jumped to help all of us out efficiently and served us dinner while understaffed with a group of unexpected guests. Now I am enjoying a good breakfast with nice service. We actually want to plan a visit to Zurich under better circumstances.

Very close to the airport. Tram station is on walkable distance. Staff is good with visitors. Rooms are big and clean. Food is bit expensive but various other options available near.

A Hotel with no Hospitality. I stayed here from 19th to 26th Sep 17. I have to say it upfront for that my experience in the hotel has been horrible. The hotel has undone every good experience I had in Switzerland. The hotel is a budget hotel with some very rude people. I stayed here as a part of a group and hence have no idea of the rent we paid and can’t compare the services with the price. The room doesn’t basic amenities like tea makers and if you in habit of walking up with tea or coffee then your luck is at worse. The breakfast arrangement resembles a refugee camp and the staff the rudest I have seen across the world. In short it’s a hotel with no Hospitality.

Close to airport is the advance. Buffet breakfast is mess and tea/coffee is kept along with main buffet, you need to stand in que for sugar, not at table. Suggest to have tea/coffee counter separate away from crowd, in room TV speakers are connected inside bathroom good unique thinking, it's a shame the telephone and mobile charging connectors are not available next to the bed table either sides.

Good beds and close to the airport. Rooms are dark and quiet for an excellent sleep. Bring any snacks or drinks because the only option here is the overpriced restaurant and/or bar. Adding some vending machines, stocking the minibar, or having a small store onsite would be a great addition. Airport shuttle is quite pricy. Nothing spectacular but a decent hotel for a night's rest.

Really nice hotel. Food is a little on the expensive side, even for Zürich, but there are plenty of other options all within 15 minutes. Shame no airport shuttle, but the tram is easy enough.

Very pleasant staff.

Great hotel. Easily accessible from the airport — 5 minute tram ride. The stop is a block away from the hotel. If you purchase the 24hour ticket you can use it all day long to ride into the city and then take the tram back to the airport. The room was absolutely immaculate and very comfortable.

Excellent and beautiful hotel, I loved it!

Room was way too hot… Air conditioner didn't seem to work. If you open the window you hear the loud planes, cars, and trains. Bed was like a rock. Worst night of sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Lastly, even though this is listed as an "airport" hotel there is no shuttle so be prepared to spend an extra 20 to 50 chf on transportation to and from airport.

A very nice house with the right attention to Detail. Very friendly welcome and great Service as the Latecheckout. The Breakfast is not included and fails with 27 Swiss francs.
